Excellent Staff. The staff at the front desk Serdem, Hasret and Ayhan were extremely polite and helpful. The dining room staff Berat Ertan Murat Duygu Hacer Gulsum too were amazing too.
The warmth and friendliness of the staff really stood out.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were very kind and truly went above and beyond to make everything comfortable. Emir, Furkan, Serdem, Berat, and everyone else I met were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The breakfast was also excellent. The location is fantastic. It is close to Taksim Square, and I loved being able to walk easily to Istiklal Street and Galata Tower. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here as part of the Turkish airlines stopover scheme. It was in a great location right in Taksim Square. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, offered a cool drink and swiftly checked in. Our room was very modern with blackout blinds, Espresso coffee machine and 2 bottles of water. The bed was large and comfortable.
The buffet and made to order menu items were amazing. Such a huge variety on offer.
We highly recommend this hotel if you need somewhere in Istanbul.
