Ferman Pera Hotel

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I would especially like to thank Hayri at the reception. He was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, he made everything smooth and stress-free, always going the extra mile to assist with any questions or requests.
His positive attitude and warm personality truly made a difference and added to the overall experience. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and attentive. He is definitely a great asset to the hotel.
Highly appreciated—thank you, Hayri!

Clean (? ) rooms, often cleaning and lining/towels replacement. I read some reviews and I guess im lucky I got a good experience 😁
Sure the rooms are small abd neglected but main point is that its clean (aka no cockroaches) and cheap 👍🏼
We didnt have a lot of interaction with staff but the one we did have was not bad in any way.
Location is top tier ALTHOUGH it has gotten very expensive to eat out lately (10€+ per person for cheapest meal).
Noise: I didnt hace a problem with it, its loud but managable… I was on 5th floor with window on some "roof part" or something, not street.

They tell lies on there booking page booking. Com advertise as serving breakfast for additional fee 7.30 to 10.30 but they actually dont serve breakfast at all! Im going for surgery and cant walk far at all I booked this place purely because breakfast facilities were available as the website led me to believe this and reviews I read online. I contacted them they denied they advertised breakfast option but clearly did not willing to help resolve the situation.

I lived here with a friend from 3.9.25 to 11.3.25
The reservation was cheap and we really liked it!
Place 10/10
+ Near the metro.
Stuff 100/10
+ They speak English and some Russian.
+ They always showed care and respect for us.
Clean 7/10
+ A nice girl cleaned our room every day, changed the bed linen, mopped the floors, and brought us water.
— But the towels were a little dirty.
Room 8/10
+ Comfortable beds.
— There are very few hangers in the rooms!
— The soundproofing of the neighboring rooms is very poor (I slept with earplugs)
And! After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until evening for free.
This is a very good hotel, and I hope it continues to develop.

Worse treatment I have ever had, super racist workers, the day I checked out I was waiting in the lobby meanwhile after spending 30 minutes in the lobby the hotel employee came to me and kicked me out rudly. Very bad air conditioning, very noisy, inappropriate behavior staff specially the guy called mehmut.

Decent budget hotel, not far from Taksim square. Premium twin room was bright and clean, slightly unusual shower separate from the toilet room but shower itself was warm and powerful, just what you want! Beds were comfy enough, everything fine in the room.
Yes it's a touch noisy due to the tiled floors and there's no door between reception downstairs and the rooms on the 1st floor, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, and the area is fairly noisy until early morning due to bars nearby. However, there's some great food close by and even a little shop for water / snacks / beer, so it's all good.
I'd stay again, definitely makes the grade for the price paid.
