Reviews of Element Residence
The rooms were below expectations, not matching the pictures at all. The location is so noisy the hotel had to provide earplugs for the guests. The elevator doesn't start on the first floor, you have to carry your luggage through a narrow staircase.
However, the gentleman working the reception was great, he helped us a lot and gave us great advice. I gave it a 4 stars just for the gentleman, but I won't be using this place again.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful (special thanks to Ayhan) and the assistants were very kind and well-mannered.
Everything was great, and the only downside was the noise around the hotel area.
Other than that, it was a wonderful experience!

The apartment is very well located, close to main attractions and right next to Taksim Square. It was clean and the staff were kind and helpful. Since it is on the main boulevard, the noise level can be quite high, but after a while you get used to it. Overall, a good option for staying in the heart of Istanbul.
