Booked 1 week ago. Very nice experience. Location is perfect. Breakfast is amazing. The receptionist was super friendly and very helpful and was always asking us if we need any help. Definitely recommended!

I recently had a fantastic solo stay at the Crestium Hotels, Prime Square in Taksim. As a single traveler, I found it to be the perfect base for exploring Istanbul.
The location is absolutely unbeatable for a tourist. I was right in the heart of everything I wanted to see. I could easily walk to the famous Istiklal Street whenever I wanted, and the Galata Tower was also within close reach. It was so convenient to be able to pop back to the hotel to rest my feet or drop off shopping bags.
A major highlight for me was the convenience of the tours. Multiple operators run their services directly from the hotel lobby, which made joining a group very easy and safe as a solo traveler. The free pick-up and drop-off for these tours was a fantastic perk that saved me a lot of hassle.
The hotel itself is modern, neat, and very clean. I had everything I needed: reliable free Wi-Fi, a very comfortable bed, and an elevator. The large lounge was a great spot to sit and plan my day. The hotel is well-equipped with restaurants, though I found the breakfast to be quite basic—it was fine for getting the day started.
What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. The reception team was incredibly helpful, but General Manager Ali and Front Office Manager Batu went above and beyond. They were friendly, offered great local advice, and made me feel very welcome and looked after throughout my trip.

The service was excellent, everything was super clean and the location is perfect close to all the main places. The staff were incredibly polite and wonderful specially the manager Ali. Everything was comfortable. Highly recommended this hotel. 🤍❤️

This Hotel is highly recommend to stay in Taksim area. Excellent service, good hygiene and friendly staff. Specially the hotel manager Ali, and the support staff Zulbiye & Hale — very friendly and always smiling.

Stayed here with friends and loved it. The location is perfect—close to Taksim Square and the metro. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a great experience staying at Cristium Prime Square Hotel. The location is very convenient, close to many key attractions and central areas in Istanbul.
The services provided were excellent and met all my expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable. What really stood out was the helpful and friendly staff—especially Ms. Hanaa and Mr. Murad, who were exceptionally professional and welcoming.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul, whether for tourism or business.

Very terrible service, stayed two days n asked for water & toiletries for several times but went and got it myself.
I booked double bedroom and they gave me single room which is very very small. Breakfast is not being filled refilled properly.
The reception lady is very rude. Asked for bottle of water at checkout she refused for water on my face and said it only for guest.
Will never suggest anyone to stay at this hotel.

It’s my first and definitely last stay in this hotel, rooms are not cleaned there’s dirts under the beds and in the cabinets, also service is bad. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to taksim, staff is friendly and helped us in the check in, even helped change our room to a bigger one with better view for no extra charge.
The Wi-Fi is fast and good.
Only bad thing are the slow elevator and the poor variety of items for a turkish breakfast.
