The hotel resolved any questions immediately — it's worth a lot! You are super! You are a professional in your field! I also want to thank the Russian-speaking Shahin. He told me everything, showed me everything, and accompanied me. You are super! I was lucky to get to a hotel where the service is excellent! The hotel is located in a great accessible location. Everything is close, cafes, shops, bus stops, attractions. Everything is super, it corresponds to the information! The rooms are clean and large, the bed linen is snow-white and pleasant to the body. The windows faced the street, but it was magically quiet to sleep anyway. I slept like at home. Thank you for the warm welcome! Keep it up! I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends and acquaintances.
We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk team was incredibly kind and professional, a special thank you to Cenk, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and enjoyable for us. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and inviting. The location was also very convenient, making it easy for us to get around. I stayed here a week getting dental work done.
This hotel was close to my dentist. For the price point, I was expecting the worst.
I was shocked at how nice the rooms were. Not extravagant but beyond adequate.
The staff could not be more friendly or attentive. I don’t get any better service at 5 star hotels.
I don’t need my room cleaned daily so I leave the do not disturb sign on. They basically begged me to clean my room :-).
I LOVE this hotel and its staff.
HIGHLY recommend.
