Reviews of ARTES HOTEL
A really nice hotel. Only stayed a night, and didn't eat an evening meal here, but the helpfulness started as we entered the shaded carpark. The security person cam and took our bags into the hotel. After check in, another took bags to the room, explaining the facilities on the way. Breakfast was good.
I stayed 2 nights (from August 8 to August 10, 2024) in this hotel with a group of 53 people who came on a pilgrimage to Turkey. The hotel is really impeccable, very clean, the rooms are very spacious and a very good and varied breakfast is served on the top floor of the hotel with a very beautiful view of Hatay. The staff is very kind and very concerned about the well-being of their customers, especially Mrs Pelin who helped us a lot during our stay.
It's really the best hotel you can find in Hatay. I highly recommend it and it will be the hotel I will choose without hesitation if I return to Hatay.

I stayed there from March 28, 2026 to March 31, 2026. The service was good and the breakfast was excellent. However, something very strange happened—something I have never experienced in any hotel in the world.
I was sleeping, and at around 16:03 someone knocked on the door. I didn’t want to open it because I wanted to rest, and I was not properly dressed. Suddenly, they opened the door on me. I was shocked, and they said they were from housekeeping and needed to clean.
My question is: is cleaning mandatory? Is this a Turkish policy or an international one? I have never seen such behavior in my life. Is it normal to open a guest’s room like this?
