We stay in Araz Apartment In Bursa and were so shocked at how amazing it was. The staff were so attentive. Helped us figure out where to go and how to get there. They were so kind.

The hotel is clean, organized, very quiet, and has an excellent location, convenient and close to the market.

We are five adults and a child. We got two rooms with breakfast for 2, 500TL. The rooms are clean and the receptionist is very respectful.

The first and the most important thing is very cleanly, and the behaviors of staff is very good also service is fantastic.

Historical center, cool cozy streets, transport and big mall nearby.
Every day cleaning. Great room furnishing.
Very responsive and competent staff.
Wi-Fi fails occasionally.

Nice hotel, friendly staff always ready to help if you need it. We were a couple with a dog, they accepted us and settled us, we stayed for 3 days and everything was more than good.

It's a really nice hotel, the staff are very helpful, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is nice and there's a lot of variety. Friends can come here with peace of mind.

Suprisingly, it is clean and comfy. The food prepared mostly met our taste preference.

The Hotel is well maintained and the rooms are spacious.
Sadly small niggly things like:
A — Internet doesn't work on the 4th Floor despite requesting help.

Very central location, and the hotel provides vallet parking, which is very convenient for such a busy location. Everything you need is a walking distance. Restaurant, shops, etc.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Golden Majestic in Bursa. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The service was exceptional, and the staff made us feel truly special.

Ok hotel in useful location, but some issues. Stayed 4 nights, first room toilet seat not attached to toilet. Changed room, to better larger room.

Excellent location, right across the street from Ulu Cami. The hotel is quaint and nice, with a comfortable lounge area. I stayed twice.

Single room was great, very clean and with all amenities. Only things missing were shower slide doors.
Service was superb.

Prusias Otel very lovely hotel not so big but so kind. Very helpful staff.
Clean rooms everything is well organized.
Breakfast good and mix the hotel offer a good Turkish breakfast.

Delightful ground floor twin room, spotlessly clean — modern, excellent shower etc en suite.
Outside was the cafe, beautifully run by the owner’s charming mother, who gave us breakfast.

Had a wonderful stay at Grand Turkuaz Hotel Bursa. The service was excellent and truly made the experience memorable.

Manager Ercan in reception was extremely nice, helpful, polite, and very cooperative. He helped me as a tourist in many things. Turkuaz hotel owner is very lucky to have him :)
