I had a wonderful stay! The owners are incredibly kind, friendly, and understanding — they truly make you feel at home. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I would definitely love to come back. 🫒

We came to this restaurant on the recommendation of a local hotel owner and brought a friend along. The pizzas were excellent, fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth trying.
However, the service left a lot to be desired. On both visits, we were served by the same staff member who unfortunately did not seem interested in offering a welcoming or pleasant experience. The first time, we gave the benefit of the doubt, everyone can have a rough day. But on our second visit, the attitude remained the same: unapproachable, indifferent, and almost hostile. It felt like he didn’t enjoy his job and we were bearing the brunt of it.
Great food, but the service really took away from the overall experience. A bit more hospitality would go a long way.

So far, this is my favourite hotel in Turkey. Rooms are spacious, beautiful, and clean. People are awesome! We arrived late after one of our friends had an accident. We didn't eat anything, and Civan gave us some cheese and bread and olives, which was lifesaving. Plus, a night before we can learn to cook some Turkish dishes.
