An establishment to absolutely avoid. If you do not want your vacation ruined by stress, this is not the hotel for you.
SUMMARY: An establishment that clearly misleads consumers. You might find yourself locked out of your room at midnight, the "Superior Sea View" room you booked actually faces a concrete roof, the promised "contracted beach" directs you to a concrete area with no sea view (with extra fees demanded if you actually want to see the water), and the food/beverage services are severely inadequate.

The experience my wife and I had at this facility was far below acceptable hospitality standards. I am outlining the service flaws we encountered point by point to inform other potential guests:
1 — Misleading Room Advertisements: While the promotional photo for the "Superior Sea View" room we purchased showed a spacious balcony directly facing the sea, the balcony of the room assigned to us looked out onto a massive concrete roof. The sea was barely visible as a thin strip on the horizon. When we complained, we received the unprofessional excuse that "the image is for representation purposes. " Selling a roof view under the promise of a sea view is clearly misleading and constitutes a defective service. (I am attaching photos of both the advertised room and the room we were given to this review so you can see for yourself. )
2 — Being Locked Out at Midnight: We went to our room around midnight but could not enter due to a malfunction in the electronic lock.
Dalya resort is a big hotel beside of others in Datça. You need to walk through houses to reach hotel beach or if you can catch the shuttle. Good are not very good I mean very classic open buffet. Dont look for any special taste. You may can change two lift to go you room. There is towel to beach dont worry. But you cannot find even coffee late night.

I will do a summary of our experience at this perfect hotel.
1. The staff is very friendly, kind and they struggle to help you with all of your needs and requests.
2. There is an agreement with Kargi Koyu, "Yesim Beach", wich is a good area, with stones on the beach and nice colours of the water. If you want sunbed in front of the sea, you may pay extra, but the included sunbeds are just at 2m from the sea.
3. There is a strictly program for the go and return from the beach, as the hotel offers transportation there, free of charge.
4. The rooms are getting everyday cleaning, and they are very nice with comfy bed.
The overall experience was very good, they have a big parking, the views are amazing, and you are near the marina (16min by walking).
