Great hotel with even better staff at reception, as when we arrived our room had been cancelled by our booking agent, the gentleman at reception tried numerous times to contact the booking agent only to be given excuse after excuse, luckily they had a room spare which we were given and at a lesser price than our booking agent, we don’t know what we would of done if they hadn’t a room being stuck in a town without a hotel to stay in. The room was an immaculate double overlooking the pool the only thing that I could say against the hotel is that the Breakfast was basic, but hey ho you can’t win everything, we just need to retrieve our cost from the booking agent and get an apology from them and an explanation. Thank you for a great stay.
