Whoever gave this hotel 4-star rating has never been to a real 4-star hotel. No credit card accepted. Rooms are small, with paint stains, broken tiles, showers are the smallest I've ever seen. I came in middle of august, so it is a very hot summer, the AC works poorly. At least sheets were clean.

Good place to stay, reception staff are polite, allowed for my late checkout request. Hotel is clean and peaceful. Rooms are clean and decent sized. The Bathrooms are clean, but dated and the taps are stained… I assume from the hard water in that area Had the dinner and breakfast… its slightly below average, and I think there is room for improvement in that department They have a big outdoor pool and a indoor pool with thermal waters, a Turkish bath Overall a pleasant stay, would definitely stay there again.

It was… Fine. Clearly their building budget went into the pool and the pool only. Our room: under the tub/shower was rotting away because so much water leaked on to the ground from a 3 minute shower. You can see they tried to "fix" it but the entire space around the tub is rotted out. The rest of the bathroom was clean but nothing special. The beds were comfortable but basic, the table in our room was broken and so were the bedside lamps. There were old chips on the ground and the fridge had one drink of each kind. Nothing to brag about, it's just a good place to sleep and then leave for the day. On the bright side the AC was really strong and cold! The food: The food was edible but pretty unappetizing. It just looked really plain and was kind of cold which is not what you want for seafood etc. Same with the deserts, they were really bland and not worth trying. Breakfast was the same, an array of Turkish and American type foods but none that's good or fresh. The biscuits and cereal were stale as anything. The common area: Kind of looks like where a cult would meet up. The pictures online are pretty misleading because the room with all the couches is pretty dreary, dark, and just plain weird. I couldn't imagine spending and evening there to be honest. The pools: hands down the best pools I've ever been to (there are two and a small kiddie one). Super clean and refreshing, couldn't have asked for better, it was great to just take a dip or even swim at night!

This hotel is seriously out of date. The decor is from the 70's… and I mean literally, its in serious need of a revamp. The hygiene and cleanliness is seriously lacking and the staff are acceptionally rude (not just on check in and check out, but generally as well). And then you get ripped off… most hotel provide guests with bottles of drinking water in their rooms. This hotel does not have drinkable water in the taps as all the water is spring water… then the rogues at the hotel charge you double the price of a bottle of drinking water. My advice is that if you want to make a trip to pamukalle, make it a day trip and return to antalya… if you are forced to stay in pamukalle, stay somewhere else!

No me gustò. It is a hotel that lack of maintenance in the rooms. The dinner incomible. We sivieron all the dishes at once and we rushed to finish. Breakfast poor quality. Not I would recommend this hotel.

How do I even rate hotel when I can't get into my room? Yes, it's that awful. It's likely I won't have listed all the awful things that define this "4star" hotel, however, here's a few that I did find: 1) Cracks in electric outlets. 2/3 outlets had cracks in the plastic. 2) The bathroom is perhaps the "best" part about this hotel. There's dirt, mold, rust, dead insects. All inclusive. I've attached photos, so I don't have to describe the awfulness. 3) The ceiling light near the bathroom and front door was also not working. 4) And how could I forget? The very first thing that a guest does upon arriving and after checking in is to go to their room. With the expectation that they will be able to open the door. Well, not in this hotel. Here, the metal plate to which the door handle is attached moves, so the door is not possible to open. I was in room 1115, however, the lack of scews was evident on other doors as well. I went to the reception and told them of the problem, but the receptionist was dismissive. He said he'll "send someone", but nobody came. I then used a phone nearby to call for help, a guy came, showed me how to use a door (he literally pulled down the handle and said "like this"). Then he shifted the responsibility to someone else, as he was not "an engineer". Overall, a horrible hotel with rude staff.

It is the hotel that included our package for Turkey. The outdoor pool looked beautiful. And the inside is fine, sum. The room is spacious and bright. But the bathroom is the worst, it was dirty and worn out. I had never seen in a hotel, curtains of cloth bath instead of screen, which I find antisanitary. The food and the regular breakfast.

Basic room. The location is good. You can view the cotton castle from windows in some rooms. The pool and spa area were so dark. If you want to go to sauna, you need to pay extra. The sign to pool was confused at the last building. It pointed to the end. I assumed it must be a out door. I went there in the evening. Do not see so well.

Not a good experience, but they charge because they are just one of the very few options there… Natural hot water indoor pool though is a good experience.

Room was clean, basic but fine. Pool looked very nice indoor and outdoor. Food was bad. However village is 15 minutes walk with delicious place for kebab / pide.

I didn't like it here. Even the Wi-Fi does not normally catch. Great difficulty. For tea have to pay, although they could drink so much for such money. We were here on a tour and slept here. We were fed a supper but tea and other drinks are paid. Absurd, for what money took so much? The pool is very nice.

Great outside area. Lovely pool. Room good but small balcony, no seating area. Restaurant manager very friendly but Mehmet the waiter needs to learn how to at least smile even if he can't speak English. Food not good especially the evening meal.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, good SPA service and nice and big outdoor swimming pool. There is a indoor thermal pool. The hotel is away from the main city streets, no restaurants or shops close by. There is no elevators. The Wi-Fi/Internet only works in the lobby which was a big let down for me.

The room was not clean.

Nice pool, food was alright, but bathrooms are a bit old and there's no one to carry your luggage to your room. Free Turkish bath is the self service kind and not the traditional kind.

The room was not bad as it was big but the service wasn't good. There were few staff to bring our bags.

It's missing some services. There is No shampoo and cream in the rooms. The meals could be a little more complete.

The rooms are clean. There is an indoor swimming pool with thermal water and hammam, which can be used free of charge without restriction. Nice to give a bathrobe. The food is delicious, although the choice of dishes is not so great. Drinks at dinner are paid separately (even water and tea). But it is compensated by the fact that the room has a kettle and mugs. Free Internet with quite a good signal. The staff is friendly and helpful, although in Russian hardly speak.

The room was OK. The restaurant serves plenty foods but they don't give us mineral water for dinner. We have to buy it. Weird.

Good hotel for only one night.

We enjoyed stay at this hotel during our visit to pamukale in dec 2012. Best hotel.

Hotel fairly comfortable … are several buildings joined by walkways with beautiful gardens… excellent breakfast. Good service…

I quite liked this hotel. The room was spacious, the bed large and comfortable. It was clean all around. We had a mini terrace, so that was very good. You have a pool inside and the outside. I would not mind coming back here if you'll visit again the area.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel staff is very good. They always smile at you. The rooms are clean and well managed. But the most important thing I want to say is that the manager of the hotel whose name is MURAT he is one of the best manager's I've ever seen he is so helpful. He can help you in anything. He is a very nice person. And I'm only writing this review because of him as if someone is going to stay in this hotel he/she will get full help from manager Murat.

The hotel is not located near the center of Pamukkale. I don't like dinner because it's seem like tours buffee.

3 stars international category hotel. The whole site is a bit dated and you see it. Lights were not working, toilet was Barely functional but the rooms were clean and there is free Wi-Fi.

Very unkindly, especially golden hair woman really unkind and always annoying. There is never 4 stars hotel. Breakfast and dinner is really poor. There are a lot of chiness. So always crowd.

It's good place. I can see thr Pamukkale.
