Spacious room with pamukkale view. Delicious turkish breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. 10minute walking to pamukkale / hierapolis.

I highly recommend it because it has a very beautiful view over Pamukkale, the Swedish buffet for breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and decorated with taste. Don't hesitate to check-in there, it is worth the money.

We booked a "confort room with views (to the travertines) — 1 or 2 beds" for 2 people. At the cheking the owner gave us a "confort room" with 3 beds (2 individual and 1 double). And with no views (just to many roofs). We went down to the reception and told this to that man. His answer was, literally " excuse me mandam, IM THE OWNER AND I KNOW THAT ALL ROOMS IN THAT FLOOR ARE CONFORT ROOMS". Also, he said that the one he gave us was more expensive because is for 4 people. At this point IM THE ONE WHO BOOKED (AND PAID) a confort room WITH VIEWS and 1 or 2 bed, as appears in booking and in my voucher. With views. We 2 dont need 3 beeds, 1 is more than enough. Finally he said "i will show you the other, is smaller but maybe you will be more happy". Going up stairs he crossed with a young boy and tell him, in turkish, that I was complaining about the room and both of them laughed. Sorry, maybe im a foreigner but I DO understand turkish. After changing the room, when we went into the bed we realized that the sheets weren't clean. The man who was at the reception came to see and changed them. Maybe the sheets werent changed o maybe were not well cleaned, but the person who made that bed must saw that. In other order of things, the location is fine. But I will choose another hotel next time. Better value in other hotels.

Stayed for 2 nights, rooms were big, comfortable and had clear views. Staff very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was very good. Excellent location in city centre of Pammukale, short walking distance from the travertines, good restaurants not far away serving traditional tasty Turkish food. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Great hotel in very central location. Staff very helpful with advice about terraces. Rooms clean and decorated well, large bathroom! Food at hotel restaurant delicious and plentiful. Hotel within walking distance to terraces and great view from room. Would go and stay there again.

We did not liked room. Decoration was arabesque, we did not need the additional bed but it was not taken. The food in restraurant was good and waiters were friendly. Also breakfeast was were very good.

The small, family-run hotel with excellent kitchen! the staff is very welcoming and friendly! the kitchen is great! Breakfast very varied, the hotel is new and very clean with a very nice design, nothing like it in the County not found! the only thing that pumped up this pool, or rather its purity although it is possible that I am spoiled as other guests with great pleasure that bathed the hotel is 5 minutes from the entrance to the been helping travellers enjoy Pamukkale travertines, vacationing with her husband and 20 year old son 02082016

Cute hotel with swimming pool, pleasant service and friendly staff.
They want the payment only cash but also accept euros and make you directly change them without fees and good rates. (if you want on the road leading to the travertines of pamukkale there are atm)
Have to book the suite (it cost only 40 euros per night), is very pretty … Note the water much more clean than I have found in istanbul.
You have to climb some stairs on foot as there is no lift (but honestly I am not weighed)
In the restaurant the food is good, the prices are a little higher in Istanbul but all in all we may stay saw prices in Italy.
Advice to contact the hotel and book the shuttle (shared with other leisure) from 25 lire per person per stroke. Takes an hour to get from denizli to the hotel.
We stayed 2 nights because we got in late and wanted to take advantage the next day. Once li (recommend you visit heliopolis and spas over the travertines)

This family run hotel is wonderful. The rooms are spacious, and have all the amenities. The pool is large and the area around it is conducive to relaxation. The grounds are clean, and the facility is kept spotless. The rooftop dining area is the viewpoint of the Viewpoint. It has an unobstructed view of the the travertine cliffs at Hieropolis. The food was very good to excellent, and the menu offers a broad variety of foods. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff, i. E. The family. Mehmet owns the hotel, but his daughter Bushra sees to the management of the place. She and her cousin (son of the cook) are there 24/7 it appears. They are involved in everything from airport shuttles to front desk to setting up meals. Bushra is adorable and impossible not to like. Her cousin is whatever the male equivalent is. Mehmet is hopeful he can keep his daughter at the hotel, but Bushra seems interested in going on to higher education. Our group is hoping Bushra somehow ends back at the hotel after her foray into the world.
