Had 7 days with friends there. Really marvellous. High quality drinks and food, amazing atmosphere. Will come back again… One critic point: service too slow. Waiting too much for orders.

Everything was amazing, can’t ask for more! Great service and even better food.

We have been here since Sunday and we are totally thrilled. The service is great, incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms couldn't be better. The food in the Main Restaurant is amazing, whatever you hope for and wish for in a holiday you get here. Cleanliness and hygiene are very important here. The entire complex is beautifully landscaped with so many trees and with great attention to detail. It is the "PLACE TO BE" and I can say with 100% conviction that I will come back ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Thank you very much Marvy for a great end of vacation. As well, for the nice staff who allowed themselves to steal the money form my own purse that I was keeping in my room.
I discussed with the manager and he did literally nothing (but I have to mention that security cameras captured how 2 housekeepers entered in my room, but the room was not cleaned after they left).
The manager just watched the video recordings and said that they can’t do anything about that because none of the housekeepers admits that they touched any personal objects.
Very, very disappointed. I won’t ever recommend it to anyone.

The food is the same every night in the buffet. My grandchildren struggled to eat as there was no. Choice for the children. Everything is cold or Luke warm. There are cats roaming all around the outside seating dinning area. One cat urinated on my maxi dress then went over to another guest and urinated in her bag.
I know it is a difficult time but the food and service is definitely NOT 5 star standard. The season may be coming to an end but we are still paying guests being treated like an inconvenience.
We had to phone reception 3 times for toilet roll and shampoo. The room had not been cleaned properly the floor was that dirty the soles of my feet were black. I was that surprised I even took photos. I showed a member of staff and asked them to mop all the floors.
The manager would never come and talk to you the staff from reception would go out the back then relay what he said.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Such a wonderful high-quality hotel complex.

I visited this hotel back in May 2018 (delayed post due to legal reasons) on a business trip with Thomas cook. The health and safety of customers is totally compromised by staff members “having a laugh” on golf buggy’s. I was thrown out of a golf buggy travelling at inappropriately high speeds that had no safety features at the time even though the hotel deny this. Consequently I spent nine hours in Turkish hospital a further 18 back in the UK with head scans and full body scans as a result at the age of 22 I sustained a broken hip and pelvis. I was out of work for 6 months and still not fully recovered. The hotel continue to deny this event even though it was witnessed by over 10 staff and recorded on cctv. The big bosses of the hotel were also present on the day of the accident. Please please do not put yourself in danger at this hotel DO NOT USE THE GOLF BUGGYS I will bounce back but a child or elderly guest may not. Please see photos for validation.

Friendly staff with great food and nice pools! Visiting for the second time and for sure that’s not the last lime.

We had money stolen from my Daughters room. When we rang reception they told us it’s not the Hotels problem and that they are not responsible? When asked if they are responsible for the staff I was basically hushed up and no answer was given also when it was reported my Daughter was laughed at and told call the police if you like when we said ok call them she went off and came back and had still not called them. We are still here waiting for them to be called. Also everything you pay for at Marvy is extremely over priced ie 3 Euro’s for a chocolate bar that’s 1 Euro from the shop just outside the resort.

Animation team are amazing with the kids. Mali is amazing with them he is Always up beat and making sure the kids are entertained and such a wonderful guy. Your kids will have a fab time.

Family hotel. With a very decent kitchen. With beautiful views. Few young people.

They are massively understaffed. I tried to call them and they didn't call back. Got into issues with rooms since there are all manner of insects in there. Staff were overall really unhelpful. Not the best hotel.

Loft-style concept, good map of alcoholic beverages. Natural products are a priority. If you understand the concept of the hotel and do not quibble with the details, then one of the best non-standard options in the region. The staff are great. Wi-Fi works well throughout the area.

Best place for a family vacation. The sea, the beach, pools and water slides are wonderfull. The food is abundant and of the best quality, worthy of a 5 star all inclusive. Much better than Antalya hotels.

We have been travelling to Turkey for 20 years now but this hotel is by far the most beautiful resort we have been in. We had a fantastic holiday. This system leaves nothing to be desired. Our sons were absolutely thrilled by the aquapark with the many great water slides. I was particularly impressed by the beautifully maintained facility and the very stylish furnishings. The house was furnished with a lot of love and an eye for detail. We had a Family Sweat that was just perfect for a family with two children. From the bed we had the perfect view of the sea. Simply fantastic. The food was a dream! Very diverse and varied! The fitness and spa area is also highly recommended. We will definitely be back! Thank you Club Marvy for the beautiful holiday!

Food is good service also the rooms are nice and the pools and sea are great. We all love this hotel and will be back for sure. I felt the need to update my review of Club Marvy. We have been here now for 10 days. We booked full board plus and upon arrival we were informed of what that entails. However we didn't completely understand the person at reception because of the language barrier. After almost being here for two weeks we didn't have any issues until today. Of course we went back to reception for clarification of the issue. This time we had no problems understanding the receptionist. She was polite and understanding of our dilemma. Courteously she explained the booking that we made and as a gesture of good faith, waived the fees we were correctly charged for but were not aware of. We were of course, surprised and pleased. This is how you handle a potential bad situation and turn it into a good one. Hats off to Club Marvy. We are going to return again next year.

Food is good service also the rooms are nice and the pools and sea are great. We all love this hotel and will be back for sure.

Perfect facility, nice staff, perfect rooms and view, close to the Izmir airport, suggesting to you to stay and experience this beauty.

The food is great, our room has a marvelous view, and the other guests are happy campers, too.

The room we are staying in is exactly like the pictures on the website, food is fresh, friendly and helpfull staff although not everyone speaks english but they will help you the best they can. The beds by the pool and sea are wonderfull and few but sweet waterslides.

I've come around a lot but that was lace … eat that selection wonderful … Water slides. Aguapark and service facilities of course the 5 twin cats I'm back there next summer …

The charming atmosphere of this uniqe resort made me fell like ı was in the heaven. Especially the concept of Boho Beach and İskele Meyhane were amazing. Sunset view from Boho Beach while you are swallowing was kind a bitter sweet memory in my mind. On the other hand, the aegean breeze on İskele Meyhane and the sounds of aegean coast behind carried me away to the other coast of here, to our neihbourhood without going there… In short, I extremely suggest you tohave that marvellous experience in a day…

There is something for a dreamlike hotel with a huge complex, whether it's an adult beach, an infinity pool, an outdoor pool or a family beach for everyone.
The cuisine and food are a dream, I would give the food 6 out of 6 stars in richness, freshness, choice and taste.
Children's landscape and slide selection is great for children and young people.
Especially recommended, however, are all employees who, with a smile on their face, receive them everywhere and welcome whether from the lobby; Damla, Eda, Sevda, Müseref The restaurants Hasan Chef, the waiters Aysel and the traby Mehmet as well as the Pool Bar Baris Ibrahim Serife Selin and the towel Boy Musa were all very nice and friendly a top holiday I would always fly back there and recommend it to everyone.

Best place for a familya vacation. The sea, the beach, pools and Walter slides are wonderfull. The food is abundant and best quality, worthy of a 5 star all inclusive. Much better than Antalya hotel.

Huge complex great rooms great food great beer and spirits and lovely pools and beach all in all I want to stay again soon.

Unfortunately, the water was only very cold but no one can do anything for it.
Food was versatile and delicious.

Not as good as many other resorts on the southern coast of Turkey. Smell of sewage from bathroom in rooms. Strange differences of food quality per day. One day it's superb, the other it's average to bad. Pools have too much chlorine.

Big territory, green and everything. But it would be nice to have a refresher half of the entertainment and invite more janitors and gardeners (or make the work already available). I want to smile on all the staff.

Great hotel, ideal for families. So much choice to keep the kids busy, from splash parks to water slides and multiple swimming pools.

A nice Hotel which is in it's ages. The luxury rooms are not that special unfortunately. The gym is OK. The kid's entertainment and care are negligible… but the setting with 2 private beaches, the huge garden and the food makes it a nice place. We would come every year if child care, gym (sports) and superior rooms were special…

It is class one always has to do something, there are so many slides. Children can enjoy themselves there. The waiters are friendly and often make jokes. The food is the hammer, there is so much choice and there is guaranteed for everyone. The location is awesome. The Hôtel is not in the city it is located outside at Bergen there everything is green and the sea is turquoise blue. We have emerged there and you can see so many fish it's really nice. The beaches are clean and big, and it is also no waste in the sea. Attention is paid to the environment. The rooms are also very happy from the outside they are very colorful painted is very great I hope this review has helped.

Extremely beautiful and peaceful place! And the sea in October was so cool! If you want to escape from everyday life-this is the place!

So, the hotel is very through anander. But the worst thing is we had a health problem and had the ambulance from the hotel to the private hospital be associated with. On the way we have firmly put that in the ambulance were no oxygen mask, because the oxygen bottle empty goods. There was nothing no first aid up to the hospital. And we discovered that supposedly everything is fully provided with mask and syringe and so on, clearly wanted to have money still properly defiant of us still. We clearly were still firmly that a hotel with this hospital together agreement. And that this ambulance is always you.

This hotel was really great I recommend you, the facilitators are the best in the world…

Hello. We spent two weeks at this hotel and we all just loved it. From our very first experience entering the room until checkout, everything was as it should be. The location here is wonderful. Private yet not too far from the rest of the world. We booked ultra alles inklusiv and that is just what we got. We ate at the main restaurant mostly but also enjoyed a smaller more exclusive restaurant for the guests who booked a superior room for breakfast. At lunch time we frequented two different small lunch restaurants which had very good food as well. Two times during our trip we also ate at two different ala carte resteraurants, very nice. There are also many bars at which you can get everything from water — coffee — soft drinks — juice — beer — wine and cocktails. The main pool is enormous. It can be seen on Google Earth quite clearly. The second pool isn't much smaller. Then they have 7 water slides at yet another pool. A kiddie pool is also here including small slides. If the weather is poor they also have an indoor pool, we never used it though. On top of all that they also have 2 private sand beaches with lifeguards. Sun umbrellas and lounge chairs are free at all pools and the beaches. The entire location has free Wi-Fi internet connection. Not just at reception but everywhere including the rooms so you have access to the internet wherever you are at the hotel. Not at all the norm. The staff are for the most part very friendly and helpful.

Superb infrastructure and great buffet with very friendly servers. But three stars because room very noisy and not very clean, a dressing down in a corner of the bathroom Monday still not picked up Friday not to mention miles legs species found in the bed during the week.

HOTEL ""we were Sultan Club 3 times now and found above all staff very professional and above all suspicion. The reception staff has probably ' and know their work within and especially Edward Günaltay, each comes with them and speaks very good English also there is many staff at the front desk where the language barrier is no problem. The rooms are very clean and clean up is and if you need excellent. Entertainment is aimed mainly at the French, but it's a small price to pay for such a nice hotel. The food is excellent and will make the mouth water, there is something for everyone and take care of the Chilldren ie special food needs, the staff is very accomodating and eager for your needs including a Chilldrens Club. Staff work their socks off and are proud of it, this time make the finer hotels in the group ' I just wish our stay was longer than two weeks.
