Good reception. But getting lounger is bad if nobody sits for 2 hours should just launch towels.

Terrible staff on desk no Wi-Fi no safe had pay exta 200 pound to upgrade and still did not get safe code to use and Wi-Fi was piss poor thatvwe got for the 200 pound extra we paid direct to hotel staff I will be back to turky but never to this hotel only person half descent was the room cleaners who did a few things for my daughter but ill not be back due this cleaner did the picture for my daughter who is 2

I want to say it’s great. If you could base a review on just how hard a handful of staff try, then this would be 5*. But I have to base this on my experience and overall I’m let down and underwhelmed.
You turn up and you have to cart your bags across the street and no one will help you either in the lobby or up to the room.
In fact, my first impression for comparison is probably a fair one. It’s a Turkish premier inn with food included and a pool.
You’re being sold extras from the moment you arrive. Want a better room? Extra. Want Wi-Fi? Extra. Want to use the room safe? Extra.
One bottle of water to last you the week in the room… want more? Yes extra.
How they charge £30 for Wi-Fi with a straight face baffles me! 1MBPS if your lucky and you have to log in numerous times a day.
Rooms are clean, if under equipped. The TV stations are not what the card by the side of the bed says and as unreliable as the broadband.
Food is bland and at the end of October they wind down but the travel agent might not tell you. Not enough sun beds based on the number of guests and when others whack a towel on them at 6 am and they don’t enforce the “sunbed with no one using them for an hour or more will be reclaimed “policy. Causes friction.
All inclusive? Maybe, but it’s local brew, local spirits and it’s not 5* at all. Like most of Europe 5* is the equivalent of 3* anywhere else.

To be served Raw chicken, to then find out the same thing happened to another guest the day before is NOT a mistake, your management is a disgrace.

This hotel is lovely the only thing it is annoying is people who put their towels out early then disappear most of the day and others can’t get one think management should remove towels after an hour if they don’t return.

Dirty hotel unpleasant staff rude management and reception staff bar staff very arrogant and only polite if your a child or blonde young females.

Arrived for a week for our honeymoon and could not fault this place. Great staff, spotlessly clean and excellent food. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants an amazing holiday.

Our first time in Turkey and this hotel and we loved every minute of it. The staff we're fantastic couldn't do enough for you. The food was lovely, everywhere kept clean and the entertainment was brilliant. Both my boys 6 and 14 enjoyed it so much we are booking to go back next year. Yolo.

Now with my son we are resting in this hotel. It's a great hotel! They settled in as soon as they arrived. The rooms are not large, but very cozy. 4 pools, slides, animation cool, two bars, ice cream from morning to evening, the restaurant is just a fairy tale — the food is delicious, varied! The staff are English-speaking. There are a lot of Europeans in the hotel. I recommend this hotel! At the hotel 4 degrees, I would put up a 5 z!

Lovely hotel, All Inclusive is good, plenty to choose from and the desserts are gr8, paid extra to upgrade to a larger room as the standard room I had was a bit on the small side. Entertainment and kids club is really good, my 6yrs old went a few times and always enjoyed it, water fights and ice cream at the end of the afternoon.

Great hotel for family's. The entertainment, food, reps all great. Only let downs we're — The rooms were not that great but was clean, the corridors leading to your room had very dirty carpets and the Wi-Fi connection was slow. If u can see past that you will have a great time here.

Nice hotel with lovely staff. Good selection of food but wasn't always hot enough. Not enough sunbeds, the 1st hotel I've ever stayed where you have to set an alarm for 7am to get up for a sunbed. Animation team do a great job keeping everyone entertained. If you have kids they'll have a great hol. For adults only tho it's far too crowded and Loud. The ice cream woman is the most sour faced person I've met.

Fantastic hotel very stylish and great staff from reception to cleaners all very professional. The entertainment team are what makes this hotel work they are outstanding. This is not a holiday for those in need of calm and quiet but for familes it is a must, having said that I went as a couple and it was brilliant. Few downsides are that the Wi-Fi is not free with every room and the food amazing at it is can be a little repetitive. Facilities on site hair dresser shop etc mean you have no need to venture out other than for trips etc. My only complaint is that if you want a sunbed then its a 5.30 start at the pool and stay with your bed until after 8am otherwise your towel will be removed, but then I guess this is so in many places. On the whole though if you have kids this is a must. 10 out of 10

A hotel that will offer you an extensive and delicious cuisine. Noisy but active animation. Paid Wi-Fi for 30 lira per day! The staff was very helpful and helpful.
The location is great. There is a swimming pool for adults and children and small slides. Lots of sunbeds.
The cocktails are tolerable, especially as for the 4 *.
There is a children's club. And it is separate from the noisy area of the hotel, but in the shade.
The hotel is located far from the sea, on foot about 20 min. From the hotel. The shuttle bus to the center and to the port.
Near the hotel there is an active evening life, many bars, not far there is a good grocery store and Waikiki-a shop of textiles and clothing.
The hotel is more for youth and family holidays.
The rooms are nice but advise to ask for "family" they are revated and better than just standards.

Lovely hotel rooms are spotless pool area spotless staff are fab spa is fab food is fab a nice chilled out holiday no entertainment but its nice in the day time and we just went out after midnight would recommned this hotel to couples and we are back in september for 2 weeks :)

Not good hotel. Our room is ok but a bit old fashioned. Bed is uncomfortable like a concrete floor. Breakfast is horrible, Dinner is ok and tea time is ok. But we went out to restaurant for a meal most of the time. Boring Entertainment every night. And the problem is that there is not enough chairs and tables while watching entertainment. All the staff are friendly. Most of the people are bad manners, cocky, drunken and very rough. Will not recommended to anyone about this hotel. Not a 4 star hotel. It's a 2 star. Rubbish hotel overall.

Everything is super, all inclusive: countless dishes, wine (white, red, pink), rum, whiskey, beer, belis, gin, vodka, a bunch of cocktails. To the sea 15-20 minutes, own beach area with a pier, a toilet, a shower. The bus stop is a minute walk away, as is the ATM of the savings Bank. The Kipa Hypermarket is a 15-minute walk away, a regular shop next to the hotel. The excursions were bought near the hotel, all without cheating. At night the bus from the hotel is delivered-bring to the street bars. In general, will not be bored) ) ) ) )

The hotel is not big, three pools of different depths, one of them with slides for children. Two bars on the hotel grounds and another one (tea, coffee, wine) at the reception. One self-service dining room in the area where you can have a snack in addition to other meals. The rooms are small with a balcony but in the room only sleep so do not critical. The rooms are clean, the room has a TV, a fridge, an electric kettle. Animators work, but Russian only one. The hotel is generally designed for English and Dutch, Russian-speaking very little, which in turn is probably good. The food is excellent, I have something to compare with. Marmaris itself is a small cozy, clean town. In shops, bars, restaurants and on bazaar accept any running currency, but to pay more advantageous Turkish lira. Exchange currency is best in the supermarket chain Migros take the goods and pay at the box office what you want the bill to get the change in the lira at the highest rate in the city, the second place to Exchange mail Marmaris Good course and no commission. Marmaris is convenient because to Rhodes 1 hour of travel on a catamaran, swim in the hotel. In the morning from the hotel the bus took to the port and in the evening returned only 50 dollars per person, only the road, excursions and meals separately, but we did not use ourselves coped.

FANTASTIC location 15mins walk straight rd to beach. Hotel ground floor lovely, reception, dinning hall, pool area … room's definitely need upgrading slightly for next season not just a paint & wash (modern IKEA type furniture) …? Food is very good and plentiful, service and staffing excellent 10/10. Would come back knowing the place had went through a refurb…

Absolutely loved this place. Security amazing. Best part of holiday was the YOLO ENTERTAINMENT. Absolutely faultless. Brilliant with kids + us 2. Was proper gutted to home.

The food is very good Clean rooms and very good hotel Its not close to the sea, you can walk about 20 min. No free Wi-Fi, its cost 30 lira per day!

Overall good. Animators are constantly there and there are a lot of them. I went with the baby for a week. It's a 15-minute walk to the sea. Cleaning the rooms is not very. The floor is washed every three days. There are not enough Russians, and the reception was almost explained with gestures. Rest in general was a success.

A big, clean, chain hotel. Not much in the way of character or local/Turkish charm, but very comfortable (particularly for western tourists). Walkable to bar street and it's on the main drag. Pool area is nice, but the water park next door is loud and can get annoying.
