Well first of they greeted us well by taking our luggage's and being friendly and kind. They gave us a really good room with a free minibar and coffee and tea. They cleaned our beds really well they did it quickly. The hotel had two swimming pools one indoor and one outdoor and one kiddies pool with water slides for big kids. You got free sunbeds shampoo and towels. A nice relaxing private beach only for people at ideal prime the food service was good it was spread out breakfast lunch dinner my kids especially loved the snack bar where they could have kid food and loved the patisserie section with loads of donuts cake and cookies. The 24/7 drink bar is really cool they do not mind serving drinks at night time everyday they do a show after dinner which is spectacular Turkish dances songs more me and my wife loved the spa although it cost money it was relaxing especially the Turkish bath it was so good we done it twice. This was one of the best hotels I have been too ever in my life definitely recommend if going to turkey for first time!

Wi fi is terrible, you can say that it is not. Food is not for a five-star hotel. Umbrellas on the beach do not give shade at all. That's why there is no place to find shadows during the day. Breakfast and dinner are very short in time and if you do not have time before 10 am breakfast, then wait 12.30 lunch already. Stayed with friends at the end of May 2018. It didn't go right the way we expected. Met us in different places, although before us was a huge departure vacationers. They said come tomorrow morning to decide. But in the morning they decided that yesterday's decision was correct and there will be no changes. Or we can even offer the worst. I don't know much worse. From morning till evening the compressor works, and at night it is audible, more precisely it is not audible, and as if in our room there is a disco. The room size is so small that it is difficult to break up together (my wife weighs about 50 kg. My weight is about 80 kg. Hence we are not large in size). There is one double bed. The TV was not included for four days. During all this time (8 days) we were cleaned once. The water in the room (two bottles of 0, 5 liters) in the fridge is visible at arrival. Lovely hotel rooms are great staff very helpful especially the waiter's remember your drinks make sure you never have a dry mouth mouth excellent service, hotel grounds very nice kept very well. However if you a wheelchair user the ramps seem very steep I'm not a wheelchair user my self so only a observation.

Everything was great. The rooms are like everywhere, without the features. The hotel is big. Food is good, 10 meters by the sea. There are 3 swimming pools, 1 indoor heated. There is a free hammam (but it is to say the least) and a sauna and 3 water slides. There is also a nightclub. What else do you need? The only thing that did not like, is that of imported alcohol only rum, vodka and brandy. So I more leveled the hotel closer to the top five than to the ultra.

Very good, but did not like the narrow coastline, where vacationers resemble sprats in the bank. By the way the pool is the same. And still did not like the work of the maid. But landscapes, nature and its species are all painted. All pleasant rest and great mood.

Rooms were small but were only used for overnight. Bathroom and room could have been cleaner. Food OK. Price/performance is right. Many Russians here, though.

Big disrespect! Don't visit this hotel! Today had really bad experience. I saw Buddha spa and wanted to ask how can I visit it. Also I wanted to ask about process and conditions for living at hotel for 3-4 weeks. First it was not easy to get inside. I have to explain about 5 minutes why I want to come in and why I am without braslate. On reception I asked about spa and man told me that someone from spa will talk to me in 5 minutes and I have just to wait. No problem, I can wait. BUT! He told me "WAIT OUTSIDE THE HOTEL! " Seriously?! OUTSIDE THE HOTEL?! I came like visitor and was ready to spend my money at spa of hotel and to get information I have to WAIT OUTSIDE THE HOTEL?! I am traveling around the world already for 3, 5 years and this is the first time of such disrespect and "5 star service". Also I read in one's review that a girl had drawned in this hotel. How is it possible? So it is really unsafe! Maybe I am lucky no to go inside spa and hotel.

Amazing luxury hotel with many many features like 3 huge water slides, baby and kid pool with funny gadgets. Mini club and lots of other shows. Especially the lady with the soap bubbles show was unbelievable. Huge restaurants and never ending food hours until 3 am in the morning. Foods and beverages are amazing. Playground for kids, table tennis, sauna and fitness free to some degrees. Great panorama with extreme long road along the shore. Adjacent to the sea with very easy access to the beach due to it's closeness to the shore.

This is a beautiful hotel with gorgeous surroundings. Staff are really nice and nothing is too much trouble. X.

No one can help when meeting and settling. Go find your own cards. The room is shabby, cleaned badly and then only after a complaint. The view of the lobby shows that it is not even close to 5 stars! The hotel is clean, modern and has a wide range of food. My husband loved the food, however I felt the food was same every morning. The only difference was alternating from American pancakes to waffles each morning. I felt the entertainment was VERY isolating to the British guests. As all entertainment was in another language. So we spend every night in our room, lucky there was some English channels to watch. The bathroom looked clean, tidy and always stocked up. However is smelt so bad, even when returning to the room after been cleaned it still smelt. The last day I was ill and couldnt leave the room so the TV was a plus. I don't know if the illness was linked to the hotel as I know Turkey is known toget upset stomach's. So all in all I wouldn't return due to isolation but my husband would.

Been to many great hotels this is by far more superior great food great entertainment friendly staff would recommend to anyone.

As a true jetsetter I loved it loads defo my best holiday yet loved the fact there was people there from every nation even the rude russians ha ha my only dissapontment was the gym we booked this hotel as it was "supposed" to have a state of the art gym what a load of coddswallop like AJ said it was a big joke I think I mite have been the chap he spoke to about going up the road to another gym ha ha.

We had to go to the room on our own when we wanted to check in. First we had to look for about 15 minutes.
There are 90% only Russians in the hotel. No wlan in the room, pool and beach. Always the same food. Rooms are bad. It just seems cheap. Poor service. No Turkish music. Only Russian and English music. Russian women are so permissive. Not recommended for families with children. In some cases, only Russian is spoken by the service. Always the same procedures. As far as tomorrow is in the menu, I already know. No Turkish culture. I won't be back, that's for sure!

Please read the bottom! First impressions of the hotel is immaculate and is in very good condition. Once I reached the Buddha Spa I entered to see a good facility. Going up the stairs to the Gym I was shocked to find Dirty bottles on the floor, Unsafe weights. I was shocked to find that one of the cords to the lift bench was unsafe and very loose, this could cause severe damage. One of guests I was talking to in the Gym decide to go up the road as the Gym was in such a bad state. On the second last day of my visit to the hotel a girl drowned in the pool. I was very shocked at this as the lifeguards are suppose to be on duty between the hours of the pool opening & closing. I have uploaded a picture to the photos of this resort. My last day the worst day of my life! I was assaulted by a member of staff. At the lobby bar up on entering a member of staff assaulted myself. He put his arms around my stomach and tried to grab me in. Also in addition, I have seen members of the bar staff drinking vodka and sprite while serving. You may find that this hotel is perfect in the reviews. But I would definitely not recommend going if you have young children or want some peace and quite.

The beach is near, pebbled. Room 4402 overlooking the hotel courtyard, the sea and the mountains-in full beautiful. The room was clean, the bathroom was very clean and the breakfast was good. The food is kind of good and tasty.

Internet and Wi FIV rooms are not available. In lobby traffic is bad. To recharge a gadget in lobby is not possible, there are no rezetki. Kitchen on a good three. There is no custard coffee in the bars. Just with the vending machines. The coastline is very narrow.
