This being the 5th time to this hotel we could see that the rooms have fallen in standards as they now look and feel quite dated. However the food has got a lot better since we first started coming here and as per normal the entertainment team and certain members of the bar staff are brilliant. If you are looking for a new Tattoo then you have to try the tattooist in the hotel as he is second to none.

My favourite hotel in marmaris. I go every year. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It's clean. Food is buffet All inclusive but plentiful. Hygiene is of a high standard. So much better than most of the hotels I've stayed at in Turkey. Decor is a little dated but the communal lounge has been updated since. It has Wi-Fi. Fantastic pools, including the indoor pool which is great when everyone is enjoying the outdoor pool. I tend to use this as I burn dramatically as I can't tolerate the sun even with factor 50. Plenty of excursions, haggle your life away. Worth a day out to most of the day trips. The last couple of years I have thoroughly enjoyed going on the jeep safari. However Green Nature is a family run hotel. Amazing staff I've got to know well over five years. This is why I go back year after year.

Myself and my partner have just returned from a week at the green nature resort and are we glad that we only it booked it for one week! This hotel is definitely not at a 5 star standard I would give it a 3 at a push, firstly let me state the entertainment staff where amazing and the restaurant staff were also very polite and always smiled! Unfortunately the man that works in the spa at this resort puts the whole hotel to shame I have never met anyone so rude in my life he pestered myself and my partner for nearly 2 days to have treatment at his spa which he wanted to charge us £75 English money each I found everything he was offering on marmaris excursion for £8:95 and you had a full day out with the excursion he asked to take our room number and name and told us if we wanted the treatment at the hotel to go in that night and put a deposit down the only reason I gave him my name and room number is because that seemed the only way to get rid of him, the following morning we were woken up from the phone ringing at 9am to tell us we were late for an appointment at the spa which we hadn’t even booked! He was then very rude on the phone he tried to guilt trip me into using his spa by telling me he would now be in lots of trouble and then said he was reporting us to management unlike other young couples myself and my partner were not intimidated by this but it definitely put a downer on our first holiday together, so please what ever you DO NOT USE THE SPA!

A very large hotel with many a swimming pools in different sizes. Lots of fun activities like an arcade centre football pitch tennis court basketball court spa and gym and more. There is lots too do for all ages. Friendly helpful staff readily available all day with a nice attitude. Service is brilliant the staff are always trying ring engage with the customers to mate your stay the best ever. Good location with brilliant views. 10 mins away from the beach 10 mins away from town centre all within walking distance. All in all a brilliant hotel resort, stashing from experience I would highly recommend you go there.

Well what can I say. Disappointed. It wasn't the worst experience but neither was it 5*. The food was average. Our room was clean very well but our bathroom wasn't cleaned well. The toilet seat was mouldy and still dirty on the floor and in the bath. So not a great start. The pools were freezing cold. My son could only go in for 5 minutes and that's it. Everyone else was complaining, so hardly anyone in the pools. Entertainment during the repetitive same thing everyday and they only play music when they are there. Meaning on Sundays no music as it was there day off. Also mini disco started way to late for the kids 9.30pm. My son was already sleeping at that time. So missed out. Entertainment in the evenings was poor. Also if you wanted to participate in bingo you had to pay. So was just sitting and listening to other people playing. Other then that I would not rate this a 5* other people were saying it's because it's not peak season but to be honest this is not an exception as we have paid money for a 5* hotel not 3.

Excellent experience, staff were ever so helpful and very welcoming. Travelled here with our family in april 2018. The all inclusive package is a nobrainer. Standard of food cooked was good even though it was a bit repetitive. Gym and sauna is included free of charge which was helpful. The pools were regularly cleaned which is good to know. Rooms look like they have been refurbished to a decent standard and plenty of TV channels for the kids. Reception staff also helpful and friendly. Will be visiting next year most definitely and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting with family.

Great Hotel Level 5 check in. The Only minus location is not on the first coastline, but there are minibuses which carry to the beach.

Take toothbrush and toothpast with you. And a conditionary. In general it's good.

I read the reviews on this hotel after I booked a holiday for my family and my heart sank, bad food, rude staff and tired rooms alas it was already booked. Upon our arrival we where surprised by the cleanliness and prompt attention, the staff were helpful polite and listened to our needs and this went on for our full stay much to our delight! During our stay it was my partners birthday and the general staff and management certainly went above and beyond my expectations, I booked flowers from a brochure provided by the hotel they where delivered to our room in the morning by staff at a very reasonable price and the quality and choice were very very good this was arranged by the hospitality manager who was polite very helpful and again interested in helping me, I was also told that I could get a birthday cake provided for our desert at evening meal so for a nominal fee which certainly surprised me with how reasonable it was I agreed, upon our arrival at the restaurant we discovered the restaurant staff had decorated our table with flowers and red dressings which was never even mentioned! The staff brought us drinks and treat us almost like family when the cake arrived the waiters and management gave her a chorus of happy birthday which again was never mentioned! All in all we had a great time all on the back of helpful attentive staff from the management to the waiters.

Beautiful resort, and a wonderful location, however there is limited Wi-Fi in the rooms but this is not an issue for me, I feel this could concern people needing internet for work or education. Would definitely reccomend you come stay, all staff are wonderful and I am having a stress free, relaxing holiday.

Loved this place, returning soon twice more this year… Can't wait. Excellent staff, excellent food, clean comfortable rooms and facilities.

Nice enough hotel. Not the same as a UK 5* but what you expect at an all inclusive type hotel. We went half board which I'd recommend as the food is okay for your breakfast or lunch, but you'd probably rather eat out for your evening meal, and we much preferred a drink at Diana's bar a couple of streets away which is nice and lively compared to more of a lobby bar at the hotel. However when we went it was the first week of the season, just to get a bit of sun at the back end of winter. So maybe the entertainment at the hotel improves when the hotel is more at capacity in the summer months.

Having chosen to stay in the new part of the hotel, we found our stay perfect. Nice services. Close enough to the beach.

Stayed here for a week's holiday. Very nice hotel, very clean and staff helpful. Did take us over an hour to check in when we arrived. Food was good. Outside pools very cold despite the heat. Kids found it hard to go in. Would stay again.

Fantastic holiday we had. Really enjoyed our stay. The staff went that extra mile to help with any problems. Very clean and tidy. Great entertainments. Will be booking again.

Not a 5 star hotel. At all. The food was inedible… we ended up going out for most our meals. And bar only had a few alcoholic drinks, most of which were disgusting (stick to the beer) The hotel is overrun with a feral cat population. Our room was left open by cleaners twice and the bar staff would rather hit on you than serve you drinks. There is only Wi-Fi at the pool which mostly doesn't work. There seemed to be many other nicer hotels in the area. Go somewhere else!

Had a great holiday. This is perhaps not like a 5* hotel in the UK. But then it's much cheaper than that. Food was nice, rooms are clean, kids had a fantastic time in the pool and loved the kids club. Really relaxing holiday. One star off for the reception staff. All the other staff where outstanding.

It's an excellent hotel. The food is so delicious and there's so many kinds of food. The pool is good and so the bars are, and they offer so many drinks. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the TV is good. The Internet is good in the lobby.

Staff were very rude and did not make effort to engage at all. Staff were not friendly. We were a family of 5 and every morning the cleaner would leave us between 1 and 3 bath towels. We tried reporting this so we get more but no one understood English not even at the front desk. The food was average… pastas, pizzas, curries, chips and chicken then your salads and fruits. No sea food! The bar staff very rude also. Resort very much like Butlins in the UK and very big. Wouldn't go there again. Sun beds were cleared away from under us by 6pm latest sometimes before.

Small but neat rooms. The beach is either public or diamond. Diamond's territory, bars and restaurants cannot be used. The standard rooms in the main building have a bathroom. Club rooms in 2 other buildings are a couple of meters smaller and instead of a bath shower. Food on Solid 4.

A lot of people Russian percent of 10 to 15 percent. No private beach, only pools. From the pros-good food, a lot of different fruits, ice cream gave 2 times in 7 days. Lots of sweets, fish 3 — 4 species every day. Animation in Turkish or English. The game room is all very expensive, half of the amusement just does not work, I would say miserable. TV only Turkish-Anglo, German. From Slovjanskih-one grew. Music and Ort. And the quality of the broadcast is terrible ( ( (. From the food that did not finished yesterday, today will serve under another sauce and or burn.

The Exterior of this hotel does not match the interior the room I ordered for 5 people had only 3 beds one king size and 2singular beds I could smell the mould coming from the walls and the carpet was disgusting I mean on another scale meaning ripped stained and wasn't clean/tidy this was due to poor house cleaning the rooms weren't cleand as we found other guests clothes laying under the beds and bed bugs in the bed the lunch wasn't nice but the dessert and fruit were excellent. The swimming pool size and slides were excellent and the lobby was beautiful however the Service wasn't great such as the Wi-Fi there was no in room Wi-Fi we had to sit on the balcony for Wi-Fi The friendliness was ok but not that good to be honest. We had had enough of this and left after 3nights although we had paid for 14nights It wasn't worth what I had paid as we got 3beds for 5 people and the rooms need a full re-vamp and the food want nice I have rated this a 2star because of the exterior (outside) but the rooms are horrible honestly if I was to rate the exterior it would be a 5+star but If I wa to rate the interior it would be half a star, the inside of the hotel with out the rooms and corridors would be a 3star but because the rooms were not clean and smelled of Mould and I was only give 3bed I would rate it half a star if u was to revamp the rooms maybe I would give it a 5+star so I rate this hotel 2star due to the exterior and the lobby but the rooms were a massive let down.

Clean and safe. Great for all inclusive with 24 Hour receptions. Comes with shops. Food gets a bit boring.

Tomorrow will be the last day. Wish we had more time. Very nice foods with lots of variety. Nice pools and nice night animations. Also it is a clean hotel. Don't forget to check beach. Fun to stay ♡♡

All staff really friendly. Hotel and pools spotlessly clean. Food good plenty of choice. Entertainment, enough to keep you amuzed day and night, emtertainment team are brilliant.

Stayed here for 2 weeks loved everything about it apart from one day… There was a storm and all the tables for eating in outside were flying and smashing everywhere the food and sun beds were in the water. Other than that out stay was great.

Been here twice now. A great place to stay. Very much recommended.

In principle, we liked the food was delicious, the fed 6 times a day, bar worked 24 hours. Access to transportation was very friendly, although in the first few days we were treated with caution, probably due to the fact that the Russians at all. To bar street was 7 minutes to go by another dolmushe and 4 go to the bus stop. Most beautiful hotel — Central air-conditioning, he worked at certain hours and often this is not enough. The hotel was отвратитеьная animation, it seemed that they entertained themselves, including evening better to be outside the hotel, moreover, that the city is a lot of fun. To the sea from the hotel to go 6-7 minutes, the beach is chargeable and expensive, it is better to go on a beach in Ичмилер that кождое morning carries bus from the hotel. General impression of the hotel are quite good.
