Just spent seven days here with my sister and 3 nieces and my nephew great time had by all all the staff from bar waiters and entertainment staff were excellent to us all they made sure we all were looked after help us and they were very friendly and kind jay poppy Omar oktay and jasmine hasan sercan Ali are all really good at there jobs and we loved them all thank you to them for making our holiday Barbara room 3114

Just back from this hotel. Arrived 28th June. Was amazing staff where lovely couldn’t do enough. Tattoo and salon amazing staff just so friendly. Food was lovely and lots to choose from. Entertainment staff outstanding. My daughter has been dancing to that crazy frog song constantly with her yolo vest on. Can’t wait to come back xxx.

Lovely hotel, staff and very enjoyable! Definitely recommend here and will return. My kids loved it so much! So much entertainment at the hotel and made my kids become more confident.

Visiting Turkey for the first time on our Honeymoon and my wife and I enjoyed a Traditional Turkish sauna, full body scrub, and massage. The staff were so polite and very welcoming! I had tension in both shoulders/back & it has really loosened them up! I’m so relaxed ‍The whole experience was great & all staff were very helpful. Definitely get your moneys worth! Thank you to Vedat Ilgın for arranging 😁

Do not pay for Wi-Fi, £25 a week and you’ll be lucky to get it for a minute at a time, writing this from poolside I’ve had to log on 12 times! Asked all week for refund and been told there’s nothing wrong with it. Nobody else has complained (lie everyone I’ve spoken to who’s paid is the same). It’s a technical issue with my phone even though it works everywhere else on Wi-Fi that we’ve been. Because I’m self employed I need internet…. So I paid and it just does not work! Also rooms — we were put in 2114 initially — disgusting room with a great view of a wall and generator! Moved to a pool view which is better but means I have to share a bed with my daughter and there are issues with noise if you’re not out partying on site until 1am or so…. Didn’t bother me too much though as my girl sleeps through anything! I’m guessing they struggle at the height of season. Arrived Saturday 23rd and it was lovely but by midweek it got busier and struggled to get sunbeds. Had a photo shoot, bought a couple of prints but tbh the amount of airbrushing looks a bit silly! I haven’t hated the week, overall it’s been fine for what we paid but given a choice I wouldn’t stay again. If you come here check out Jacobs bar down the street — nicest guys I’ve met other than Rio Cetin who has been amazing helping us out all week.

This hotel made our family holiday amazing. From start to finish. Food was amazing all staff and extremely clean. deserts were fab and the restaurant. would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back didn't want to leave. It was my little girls first holiday and we made memories thT will last forever Well done Julian club and all the staff👌👌especially customer relations rep oslez x.

Dirty horrible hotel the managers and staff are at it from the moment you walk in the door putting large families in small rooms and then asking for payment to upgrade nothing and I mean nothing is all inclusive from low quality drinks and food. kids club is £5 the night time entertainment is almost not existant charging children for 2pence ballons staff rude manager doesn't care hotel is full of horrible people DO NOT STAY HERE.

They wouldn’t even give me a plastic bag on the couch for my daughter to be sick in. Rubbish reception staff.

Our first time in Turkey and this hotel and we loved every minute of it. The staff we're fantastic couldn't do enough for you. The food was lovely, everywhere kept clean and the entertainment was brilliant. Both my boys 6 and 14 enjoyed it so much we are booking to go back next year. Yolo.

Lovely hotel, All Inclusive is good, plenty to choose from and the desserts are gr8, paid extra to upgrade to a larger room as the standard room I had was a bit on the small side. Entertainment and kids club is really good, my 6yrs old went a few times and always enjoyed it, water fights and ice cream at the end of the afternoon.

Great hotel for family's. The entertainment, food, reps all great. Only let downs we're — The rooms were not that great but was clean, the corridors leading to your room had very dirty carpets and the Wi-Fi connection was slow. If u can see past that you will have a great time here.

Nice hotel with lovely staff. Good selection of food but wasn't always hot enough. Not enough sunbeds, the 1st hotel I've ever stayed where you have to set an alarm for 7am to get up for a sunbed. Animation team do a great job keeping everyone entertained. If you have kids they'll have a great hol. For adults only tho it's far too crowded and Loud. The ice cream woman is the most sour faced person I've met.

A Hotel that will offer you an extensive and delicious cuisine. Noisy but active animation. Paid Wi-Fi for 30 lira per day! The staff was very helpful and helpful.
The location Is great. There is a swimming pool for adults and children and small slides. Lots of sunbeds.
The Cocktails are tolerable, especially as for the 4 *.
There is a children's club. And It is separate from the noisy area of the hotel, but in the shade.
The Hotel is located far from the sea, on foot about 20 min. From the hotel. The shuttle bus to the center and to the port.
Near The hotel there is an active evening life, many bars, not far there is a good grocery store and Waikiki-a shop of textiles and clothing.
The Hotel is more for youth and family holidays.
The Rooms are nice but advise to ask for "family" they are revated and better than just standards.

Nice hotel, but the room we stayed in, and talking to some other people on holiday, need a good revamp and all inclusive drinks are really weak, and I don't really drink often.

Food is really good in this all inclusive hotel so only need to go out if you're bored with the 20+ choices of food at every meal. The entertainment is really basic but it's mainly aimed at kids anyway so no problem. The sun beds are a bit short on supply so get up early. If only the guests were as keen on keeping things sweet. Shouting kids bad bad language drunks and rudeness seem to be the standard for so many brits in this hotel.

Not good hotel. Our room is ok but a bit old fashioned. Bed is uncomfortable like a concrete floor. Breakfast is horrible, Dinner is ok and tea time is ok. But we went out to restaurant for a meal most of the time. Boring Entertainment every night. And the problem is that there is not enough chairs and tables while watching entertainment. All the staff are friendly. Most of the people are bad manners, cocky, drunken and very rough. Will not recommended to anyone about this hotel. Not a 4 star hotel. It's a 2 star. Rubbish hotel overall.

Everything is super, all inclusive: countless dishes, wine (white, red, pink), rum, whiskey, beer, bjelis, gin, vodka, a bunch of cocktails. To the sea 15-20 minutes, private beach area with a pier, a toilet, a shower. The bus stop is a minute's walk away, as is the Sberbank ATM. Kipa Hypermarket is a 15-minute walk away, as is a regular shop next to the hotel. The hotel was very clean. At night the bus from the hotel takes-brings to the street bars. In general, not to be bored) ) ) )

The hotel is not big, three pools of different depths, one of them with slides for children. Two bars Nalivajki on the hotel grounds and one more (tea, coffee, wine) at the reception. One self-service dining room in the area where you can have a snack in addition to other meals. The rooms are small with a balcony, but the room only sleep so not critical. The rooms are cleaned every day clean enough, the room has a TV, a fridge, an electric kettle. The staff were very very, very… The hotel is generally designed for English and Dutch, Russian-speaking very little, which in turn is probably good. Horse of the hotel, food is excellent, I have something to compare. Marmaris itself is a small cozy, clean town. In shops, bars, restaurants and in the Bazaar accept any running currency, but to pay more profitable Turkish lira. Exchange currency is best in the supermarket chain Migros take the item of interest and pay at the box office what you want a bill to get change in lira at the highest rate in the city, the second place on the exchange of the mail Marmaris Good course and no commission. Marmaris is convenient that to Rhodes 1 hour of running on a catamaran, the swim-up with its guide in the hotel. In the morning from the hotel the bus took to the port brought and in the evening returned only $50 per person, only the road, excursions and food separately, but we did not use ourselves coped.

Loving this place especially "yolo team" there amazing work long hours and always happy all other staff are lovely and do best to help x.

The hotel matches its 4th. I've been on the same side since 09.10.17g to 17.10.17g. The bulk of the holidaymakers are Europeans. The hotel rooms require a refurbishment. The service is on top! There is too much food, but it is not designed for a Russian person. I really wanted a normal soup or borscht. And so much and delicious. The staff doesn't speak Russian. Teritorria is well-groomed, clean. I recommend it!

FANTASTIC location 15mins walk straight rd to beach. Hotel ground floor lovely, reception, dinning hall, pool area … room's definitely need upgrading slightly for next season not just a paint & wash (modern IKEA type furniture) …? Food is very good and plentiful, service and staffing excellent 10/10. Would come back knowing the place had went through a refurb…

Just arrived home fantastic staff, even managed to fix screw up our travel agent made without an issue, entertainment team amazing Def going back.

A great club hotel for amateurs. It is directed at English, Russians, and Ukrainians very few. Very cozy. Food-Take a lot of Mezima: Service at the level. The only minus is far from the central beach (minutes 10-15 foot)

The food is very good Clean rooms and very good hotel Its not close to the sea, you can walk about 20 min. No free Wi-Fi, its cost 30 lira per day!

Hotel great food ok just the same thing every day not enough sunbeds at least 3 people to every sunbed so to make sure you get one be up at 5am even then you might not get one people sleep on the to make sure they have one in the morning.

I would certainly recommend people to this hotel. Espcially if you have kids. Alot of entertainment for the children. Besides the first night which was a nightmare… the rest of our stay was brilliant. Staff in the restuarant were amazing, food was gorgeous and everyone was very welcoming. I would definately go back.

Very good choice for a holiday with the family plenty of things to do and lay. In the sun recommend this hotel.
