Have been to grand aquarium since 2002 lost count of how many times we have been there it’s the best place to stay especially for families mr Rui and aly and sally are so lovely and honest and all the staff and entertainment team are the best ever lots of lovely memories will be back next year can’t wait it’s like our 2 nd home love it ❤️

Brilliant entertainment good food staff so friendly fabulous atmosphere will definitely be going back.

Here now with my 15 year old autistic boy and we are both having a wonderful time. The manageress goes above and beyond to welcome everyone of the guests and I've even seen pitch in with the staff when needed… so far everything has been amazing. The rooms are not the Ritz, but the grounds, staff and location are wonderful.

For a family holiday, me, my fiancée, mother and father In law and brother in law came here for two weeks and we can not pride the staff enough, they was friendly,
Funny and inviting, the hotels are cleaned daily, the pool is beautiful, the bar in within a cave which makes this hotel stand out to myself and the family more, there is pool games daily to keep children and adults entertained, nightly BINGO! Nightly entertainment ranging from circus acts to belly dancers — never one had a bad meal here and we ate in quite often. We are looking at returning again next year. There is in onsite shop open 24/7 and there is a box full of lilos and other pool paraphernalia —
I would rate this 15 out of 10. Can’t praise this place enough.

Amazing hotel and the staff are lovely we arrived early morning to be greeted by a lovely young man who took our cases to the room, on site shop was kept open and bar for food for us. Ans the food is beautiful. I can’t fault the place apart from the usual “sunbed” fiasco. Same people same beds everyday and not a chance for anyone else to have them, beds in the rooms are like sleeping on rocks and the slide should be open longer for the kids as they love it as do the adults apart from them minor things it’s AMAZING, would defo return to this hotel with my alarm set to get a sun bed.

A great family friendly atmosphere. First time here and we will definitely be back. Everyone is great — the staff are so accommodating and nothing is too much for them. The entertainment team are such good fun. Great guys and not ‘in your face’ like some places. Please don’t change the team! Lovely pool, bar and restaurant and games for the kids along with the slide which is an added bonus at the pool. Nice very clean apartments — cleaning staff are brilliant the place is spotless and they’ve been in our room every day. Safe for kids though be careful as the pool does have deeper areas though it’s well marked so you can’t go wrong. Noodles and rubber rings on hand if you’re not such a good swimmer — perfectly safe. Management team lovely and can’t do enough for you. Thank you for a great holiday Grand Aquarium we will be back xxx.

Amazing, loved every minute. Great food, drink, service rooms comfortable and clean but the staff are what make this hotel and holiday so good they are all amazing. Sad to leave today.

A fantastic hotel for a family holiday, all the staff and entertainment team are friendly and welcoming. Accommodation very clean and to a good standard. The pool is gorgeous and the water slide lots of fun and the food served in the restaurant is delicious x.

Grand aquarium is one of the hidden gems of Turkey, fab place fantastic food, drink, prices, pool area and slide are spotlessly clean, rooms are really good and the kitchen area has everything you could possibly need, the staff make it their utmost goal to make your holiday the best eva, can’t wait to come back next year ❤️

Me and my partner Visited Grand Aquarium Apartments for a friend's wedding. We were greeted, and shown to our rooms with help with the bags. The complex is beautiful and mediocre size (big enough but small enough for all staff to know who you are mostly by name! )
The Food and drink was beautiful and at amazing prices. Enough on the menu to feed everyone.
With the unbelievable service by all waiters and bar staff we were always being serviced in respectable time. One that went above and beyond expected always was a waiter called Jack, who made our stay feel so much more marvelous. He always looked so enthusiastic about the customers around the restaurant and bar as well as trying to serve our larger 13 person group.
Cleaners come in on a daily basis, emptying bins and cleaning bedding and towels.
Honestly the place is incredible and would seriously recommend to anyone from couples, friends, families!
From cleaners, waiters, manager's and spa and haircut treatments we were blessed by the professionalism and outstanding service.
Just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff who made our stay so exceptional! We will be back!

Absolutely amazing hotel Staff are very helpful, friendly and make you feel part of a family. Rooms are cleaned most days. The pool area and slide definitely make this place, always get a sunbed and plenty of room. We had the best holiday here and are already looking to come back next year Would highly recommend this place.

This was my first holiday abroad with my boyfriend (who has been to this hotel 4 times now) and was the best experience I've had!
The hotel was gorgeous and the rooms are lovely and clean.
The pool was cleaned out every night and was immaculate.
The food is also gorgeous, we did plan to eat out most nights but the food was so nice in the hotel. We stayed there a lot.
Although all of the above was great, the staff were the best! From the waitors; Rocky, William, Mehmet and Ali. To the entertainers; Tolga, Ozzy and Charlie. They all fairly looked after us and always made us feel at home, we have made some friends for life with them.
I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat and am already planning our next trip back!

Had a fantastic family holiday 19 of us went. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool area with entertainment (pool dance, water polo anx other pool games. ). Lovely food and great entertainment on a evening. Loved my stay here it was my 3 time and won't be my last xx.

Would highly recommend staying here if you ever visit icmeler. Me & my family are just back from here & wish we could go back. All the staff are so nice. Food is lovely. Would recommend getting photos done in the apartments by aiden and staff, photos turned out amazing and great memories to keep, take the turkish bath package so relaxing. We will be booking to go back.

Really can't fault this hotel. beautiful surroundings, great staff, great swimming pool for kids and adults to behave like kids again and regal looking without the royal costs.

Such a beautiful place, great pool and restaurant, only ten minute walk to the beach, loved it!
