Terrible location. Did not have any parking. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

The room was good, alittle small but it was nice qnd clean, qnd the staff are very nice and kind, breakfast is not good at all. But in general the price is low so it is all matching togother.

The hotel is small, is in the old quarter, but inside is quite civilian, renovated, everything is modern. Cleanliness, linen-towels are clean, there is a hair dryer, conditioner, slippers. Breakfast is OK, tea/boiling water is free round the clock. Staff smiling friendly, on arrival for a couple of minutes got a room, explained, gave a photocopy of the card so that not lost (and get lost there easily) with English all right at the guys on the reception. Helped the car park, (who is driving me will understand-so masterly managed on those alleys can only local). On the check-out presented a souvenir for memory, thank them, very nice! Super, Good! Super! The staff is very friendly and ready to help with anything, lovely people! Thank you!

Cheap Hotel in popular but quiet area. Clean, Wi-Fi OK, very kind staff. Recommended.

Prices are clean but the rooms are small for two people. But if you're a stranger to the surrounding Syrian pile, it might scare you. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in the family.

Very friendly staff, quiet place, good location, comfortable bed and modern rooms. Breakfast was ok too. Wi-Fi was the only thing I found it not very good, it a bit slow, sometimes not even connecting but I said everything else was perfect!

Good clean and quiet structure in the center, in the alleys characteristic of the old city. It was a very safe and easy to do. Good and free Wi-Fi everywhere.

Recently renovated, the small hotel is friendly and very clean. It is a really good deal.

Comfortable. Free Wi-Fi. 24 Hour free tea and coffee. Close to alsancak, kordon. Personals very good and trustworthy. Very close subway.

Prices appropriate for a city hotel. Rooms good. Bathroom could be bigger. Breakfast could be alternating, but not bad.

I had a night in this so called "hotel". The room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. It is simply not possible to use the toilet without getting in touch with the wall in front of you. The toilet brush is in the shower as there is no demarcation between shower and toilet. The shower curtain is dirty and with mold spots. The bed is horrible. Every move is giving a sound! Now about service: I have forgotten my headphones in the room. Had a breakfast during room service and before checkout. And even after 24h no mail no call about my headphones. They must have found it and kept it. Better you invest 20€ more and get a night in a better place. Sorry, but I have been traveling all around the world, have used hostels and hotels in every class and in much poorer places in Asia. But this was the worst hotel so far.

I am still at the Hotel and I would like to come back again in future. Friendly staff who are willing to help any time. Its clean and the room is nice and comfartable. I did not regret coming to this hotel. My complements to all the workers …

Excellent budget hotel in the heart of Basmane area. I paid a single economy room only 18 euros, breakfast included. It was spacious, clean, quiet, good free Wi-Fi everywhere, 24 hrs security with cameras on each floor, comfortable beds.

Nicest building on the block but the rest feels slightly unsafe with prostitutes walking around. The hotel was decently clean with a decent breakfast, both could be improved. Amongst all this though the staff was friendly and helpful.
