No responses to messages that I call very bad service! Although my messages are read.

Because the hotel is closed! They’ve not reopened after the Coronavirus closure yet! They’re pretending they are open, disgusting!

Lush resort, good location, taxis come straight to the door, only thing that let it down was that the pool was absolutely freezing and the entertainment was not great and finished before 11/12pm, the staff that took our luggage to our room was very rude and waited at our door for a tip, did not leave untill we physically asked him to and said that we wanted to get settled in, accommodation was beautiful though.

Holidayed there in September this year. Rooms filthy, we were offered 3 other rooms but they were disgusting. Food very basic and reminded me of school dinners. Swimming pool had 3 inches of scum around it and people had written there names in it. Would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel as it is very rundown and needs upgrading.

Just back from a second superb holiday in Sahra Su. Its a beautiful resort with fantastic grounds, super clean, great food and brilliant staff. We stayed in the bungalows rather than the villas this time and it definitely looked like some £ had been spent around the complex upgrading. If I could make one suggestion its that I feel like a little more effort could go into the night time service in the restaurant making it a little less canteen like and giving it a bit more atmosphere. Foodwise we have no complaints at all. It was lovely and varied with plenty of choice at every meal time. Thank you to all of the Sahra Su team for looking after us — we hope we see you soon!

Great frienddly staff but watch out forstafftrying to get extra tips from yo but all in all great place they are about 4 poolsto choose from for all tastes as it is October less people here but the staff say it's usually more busy but the fall of Thomas cook has had its affect but the staff are making the most of it.

We had the most amazing time at Sahra Su back in June. The spa especially was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food wasn’t the best but it was only a short taxi ride to either oludeniz or Fethiye which are both full of amazing restaurants and bars. The staff in the spa really made the holiday for us. Offering recommendations for places to visit. The hotel was extremely clean and the well laid out. The pool was lovely and not over crowded. Honestly I could visit this hotel every year and still enjoy it.

Loved every minute of it the staff were amazing and friendly (especially our favourite Fevzi). The room was good with aircon pools were great food was great we will be back as we were all really impressed. A big thank you and well done to all in the hotel as they made us feel welcome and comfortable. The people of Turkey were all also great everywhere we went so we loved the country! Thanks all love Steve and family.

Good food & drinks, helpful and entertaining staff, beautiful scenery & very clean and nicely kept hotel and grounds.

Very safe & Secure hotel with great poolside rooms, entertainments very good and food & drinks excellent.

Just spent a week at sahra su and 100 % will be returning next year with family. The hotel is kept clean at all time the staff are very friendly and nothing is ever too much for them highly recommend for family of all ages.

Very lovely hotel and all the staff were lovely. Great food and great atmosphere. Loved the entertainment. Volkan and Aykut were brilliant and so friendly and welcoming.
Definatley want to visit this hotel again.

Just got back from a family holiday.
Had a bedroom on ground floor which was great to walk out into the pool my daughter had a single bed bonus no sofa.
Blankets not the best wooly blankets.
There was a couple of problems which were sorted straight out by our Thomas Cook rep Sacha Hopkins, she was wonderful. Hotel staff nice enough but not the helpfulest.
The room was not the cleanest bathroom mainly. Quite tired rooms. The huts look beautiful and worth booking.
Wi-Fi is only available in the reception.
Breakfast we had once as was not the best.
Lunch was a good choice.
Evening meal was always nice enough. Cannot see the cooks as they have shutters half down so not very personal.
Waiting staff are all lovely every evening.
Bar staff all lovely, drinks OK.
Snack bar is minimal and cook to order so not much variety and takes a while. Crappe lady is so lovely.
Ice cream is one hour a day choice of 2.
Pool is small but most rooms have small pools outside.
Loungers are quite worn.
Entertainment team are amazing. Not the biggest shows but great.
All day those guys work thier butts off.
All in all the holiday was a shut down break for us which we had as its away from everything.

Just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay at the Sahara Su with my husband and 6 year old son! It was our 1st visit. We had a 3 bed room with balcony and my son had his own bed instead of the usual fold out effort! Our beds and towels were changed daily and the room was more than adequate considering we were only sleeping there. The hotel is very clean and tidy with an amazing view of the mountains and the gardens are well tended. … The bar and restaurant staff were lovely. The animation team were brilliant and great fun (they kept going from 10am till past midnight) and not at all pushy. We miss you guys! The food was great with even a roast on Sundays! There was lots of choice, even for all inclusive, with lovely fresh salads etc Can’t wait to go back. Hope to return soon!

Just returned from a weeks holiday and it was fabulous. Amazing food choice and a great drinks selection available. Very clean resort. Rooms are basic but totally adequate. Worth upgrading to a bungalow or villa with swim up pool. Look lovely. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel grounds are well kept and very nice. Our room was cleaned everyday with a change of fresh towels (you have to leave the old towels in the room in order to get new ones though, so don't forget them by the pool). Although there are 10 pools, we only ever used the main one as it was right by our room and it had a small water slide too. (The water slide is not open all day, it opens at 10am and closes off by 5pm if I can remember clearly). We didn't really enjoy breakfast and just stuck to what we knew, and had a freshly made omelette with toast and baked beans most days. Lunch and dinner was good and food was always freshly prepared. If you ever missed breakfast or lunch, there is a snack bar by the main pool where you can get freshly made burgers, pizzas, chicken nuggets and fries. This place opened at 11am, can't remember what time it closes. One thing we noticed was that ICE is very limited throughout the hotel. At the bars they would never offer to put ice in your drinks and if they do, it would only ever be 1 single cube, and you would keep having to ask for more. Wi-Fi was one of our biggest problems! As it was always down for hours and would sometimes only work on the lobby area. On a few occasions we managed to get it in our room and by the main pool but not for long. If you have a late flight home, please prepare yourself as they do not have late check out option and you have to vacate your room by 12pm.

Brilliant holiday location. Variety of. Pools, food and drink. The staff are helpful and fun. Lots to do and it is perfect to relax. Easy to get a taxi to the beach and town centre.

Beautiful setting. Don't arrive at 3am as you won't have towels in room but other than that rooms clean & changed everyday. Pools lush. Loved the music, the drinks & the food was excellent. Amazing choices. Just try everything all so tasty. Staff helpful & friendly. Unfortunately no wet weater programme so they repeated a quiz night but the Latino dance show, Acrobatics show & Turkish Night was brilliantly entertaining. Recommend the hotel if you are a couple & want to eat drink relax swim sunbathe & see cultural shows. Small hotel so no long walking from rooms to pools & restaurant's. Snack bar 11-5 WOW awesome pancakes. The views of mountains are lush as you sunbathe & swim. All in all Happy Holiday for £800 2 of us all inclusive swim up pool room.

Really disappointing week. The actual hotel looks stunning and clean as anything, but the problems are all lying underneath. First issue, was the supposed “welcome meeting” we were told to be there at a certain time and to even bring our travel documents. It wasn’t a meeting. It was a Turk trying to rip off every single person they could by pretending they gave special offers for different trips etc. We aren’t stupid so we said we will think about it and see how we feel — to which point they started to be really pushy and rude because obviously he wanted money there and then! Luckily we didn’t spend a penny because it was so obvious they were ripping us off. I reccomend you go into the towns nearby (oludinize and iserarnu) and you will be the exact same trip for about 10X less! A boat trip for 5 hours in the hotel was £70 we got it for a £5! Do not buy anything from the hotel. Anyone who buys from them is gonna be really disappointed and feel stupid because it’s just a waste of money that you can use when shopping The main problems we had were with the house keeping and cleanliness of the room. The rooms looked clean when we first got in, but every single day we were given no new towels to shower with. We had to call reception 4 times out of the entire week and were waiting for sometimes an hour before they could be arsed bringing them up. And the last two days they actually just kept our dirty towels and folded them back up! Disgusting!

Read a lot of good reviews about this hotel and made sure of it myself. After the rest there were only good impressions and memories. Very nice, attentive staff. Unobtrusive, but at the same time decent service. The grounds are well-groomed and unbelievly clean. The pools are in perfect condition. Turkish cuisine itself is very tasty and diverse, and this hotel is also a good chef. Sun, mountain air, pleasant atmosphere, delicious food, good company-pledge of a good holiday.

Just outstanding. In the foreground, the wellness area is very nicely made, top offers and excellent massage from professional women. The responsible ones who draw up the plan are of the subject and know what is good.

What a wonderful hotel with friendly helpful staff. Excellent food… they have a new head chef this year.

Top hotel, staff are really friendly and nothing is to much trouble. 1000 times better than GARCIA HOTEL & SPA, who's staff are rude and the manger is horrible.

Relaxing. Comfortable. Good atmosphere. Looking forward to a return visit.

It's ok… food just ok… but staff very helpful. Local shops half an hour walk away or 5 minutes in a taxi to Hisarano (maybe spelt wrong). Cheep fake stuff, clothing really good, but parfum a big no no! Rubbish and a waste of money.

Great hotel, clean well kept with a friendly service. Beautiful thatched roofed accommodation with secluded pools at a cost premiun. Plenty of swimming pools, lovely well kept gardens. Very quiet out of season, but a beautiful quiet holiday. Entertainment was sparse out of peak season but, very good. Minus a star because the beds in standard accommodation are truly terrible.

Very pleasant location and environment. Food is plentiful but missing higher end stuff so clearly on a budget. Have pretty weird idea what music is good for poolside. Rooms clean and pleasant. Overall great value for money but don't expect high end food or service.

Although this is a lovely hotel, it certainly isn't the 4/5 star it's promoted to be, lots of corners cut. Food was good and a good choice, although the same for kids daily. (We never took our children). Always running out of cups and glasses do had to use paper. And when asked for more the staff would just bring one or two. Desserts were always warm, not sure if display cabinets where even chilled (nectarines were beautiful but once they were gone they were gone, not replenished). On first few days the minute you left table to and get something else, the whole table was cleared even when we had left stuff on table to indicate we weren't finished. Saw lots of reviews of entertainment staff being great and other staff being happy and friendly but never saw evidence of this. There was lot of feeling that some guests of a preferred nationality got preferencial treatment, i. E. Turkish people were given welcome cocktails, had drinks take to tables at dinner etc. If you wanted a drink at dinner you had to use pool bar to get this. Our accommodation was fabulous (we had a bungalow) with a small shared pool which was great. I wanted to use the gym but as it didn't open till 10 and the air con wasn't effective I never used it. Over all I would say it was just ok, defo not a 4/5 star rating.

Just returned after 1 week all inclusive. Avoid this at all costs. Do not use this hotel! It is not 5 star, it is 2 star at best. There is dance/house music blaring from 10am — 7pm so don't expect to sleep in or take a nap by the pool. There are not enough loungers by the pool so it is rare to get a seat and they only have the cheap plastic loungers which are too hot to sit on without a towel. The hotel only has Wi-Fi in reception, nowhere else. There is poor air con in the hotel, with portable units used in reception which is where guests would gather to cool down. The bedrooms are baking hot with poor sub standard air con. Our room was a standard, and it was tiny, with a broken tv, and bathroom that you couldn't open the door without hitting the toilet, that's how small it was. The food is basic and the drinks are watered down. Food hygiene is a worry, with the non-air conditioned restaurant swarming with flies on the food and the odd random cat. Staff are unhelpful and when we complained that are room was not up to the standard that had been advertised they refused to change it or upgrade it. The hotel advertises a spa, but they don't tell you that you can only use the spa between 12-2pm without paying extra. Nor do they tell you that you can't use the pool in the evenings. There is shockingly poor/no evening entertainment. The Hotel is in a remote location, so All in all, avoid at all costs.

If you're English, I wouldn't recommend going here unless you can put up with rude Turkish people. I've been to turkey before, and they were never this rude to me. Staff wait on the Turkish, but not the English and will give tours to the Turkish upon arrival. But not the English. The drainage system is poor here so whenever you go to the toilet, all toilet paper has to be put in the bin, even after a poo. Food is lovely, can't complain about that but, just the general rudeness towards us for being English is uncalled for. A man even shoo'd me of when he started talking to me when he realised I wasn't Turkish. Beautiful surroundings and gardens and a/c in every room.

Fantastic holiday with brilliant staff. Very clean. Food good. Out the way a bit but cost 20th (£5) in a cab to nearest town. Suited us. Also a shuttle 3 times a day to the beach. Can't wait to go back.

Had one of the best holidays ever here.

Returned 10th October, my holiday for Ten days was fabulous, I booked again, the staff for the Hotel are simply the best, friendly caring and so kind and helpful, they were lovely. From arrival the Receptionists, the bar staff the dining room staff the kitchen chefs, I really enjoyed the food despite having a wheat intolerance I was happy and content the food was fabulous. The entertainment staff were Brilliant, keeping everybody entertained, they work so hard, thank you Mesut and Sercan not forgetting the female entertainer, she was super.

Really clean hotel, friendly staff couldn't do enough for you. Let down by the low quality food and drink.
