An amazing complex. There are multiple communal pools down the centre of complex as well as many villas having private pools. The complex also has its own spa, bar, and restaurant. The whole complex is on he beach front and a 2 minute Walk from a great beach club/ water sports centre. I go to this beach club every year and live it!

Great place to stay by family. Apartments for rent. Close to the sea.

Possibly one of the nicest places on earth. Been here twice and each time I loved it could ask for a nicer place!

Beautiful resort with beach and views to die for.

Houses belong to different owners, but the system of operation is uniform. Clean, nice pools. Cons-On the territory of only one restaurant. To the place where there are several large restaurants to go 5 minutes by car or minutes 7 by bus. The beach is not very clean.

Pros: It's in 1 minute walking distance from the beach. There are lots of swimming pools and water in pools are checked daily by a 3rd party company. Cons: It is not close to Calis. You have to take a bus to go there for any kind of shopping or restaurant etc. There's a grocery store in the place but it's overly expensive. Everything is sold for 50% more prices than Calis. There's also a restaurant/bar in the place but it is also overly expensive and food is not good at all. Don't expect to get a working Wi-Fi. They have lots of access points but they are sharing 16mbit dsl connection to 1000 people so no-one can use it.

Were in September 2015 by two young children 1 and 3 years old.
Disadvantages. The approach to the sea has to cross the road with a brisk movement. Drivers in Turkey are not accustomed to skip pedestrians at pedestrian crossings.
Lawns are running. We saw a viper in the square.
Cleaning in the rooms is not always timely, you have to insist.
There is no children's playground. A pathetic likeness by the sea, where the slide and swings are glowing in the open sun.
In the shop on the territory of the complex assortment is very skimpy, and the prices are significantly inflated. We have to travel to the city by bus, taxis are very expensive.
Bus drivers ignore passengers with prams. I had to complain to their office.
The apartments skimpy a set of utensils and kitchen utensils, much had to be bought without guarantee of compensation.
Depressing the habit of guests throwing butts on the ground, by the pool. Young children pick them up, they have to follow it. But this claim is not for the staff.
Dignity. The rest is fine. Clean pool and grounds. The staff is friendly and polite, as are all the Turks.

The Sunset Beach Club is a fantastic place to stay, I recommend it with barely any reservations. I am no seasoned traveller, I've only been abroad half a dozen times but the self catering apartments are the best I've ever stayed in (all mod con's, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, air conditioning, excellent cooker etc). The Sunset Beach Complex was nice and quiet, very clean, felt entirely safe and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are a large number of beautiful swimming pools, which when we went in mid September were either unpopulated or only had a couple of people in. The one next to the excellent bar was especially handy. The sea is a 30 second walk across the road with a roped off private swimming area in the lovely Aegean. As suggested by the resort's name the sunsets are stunning. There is loads to do in the local area, tons of bars/restaurants within walking distance and the regular little buses take you to tons more for 2 TL a trip, a cheap water taxi take you to Fethiye itself, the Tuesday market I will never forget, highly recommended. The resort's staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, a special mention to Muhamet the bar manager who was a smashing bloke. The resort shop was really good supplying all your basic needs (milk, delicious fresh bread, excellent Turkish cheddar, bacon (surprisingly), fresh salad etc) and Kipa (a big Tesco supermarket) is only a 2 TL busride away.
