I love it. That's literally it.
Staff need lots of training on customer service and on English. Housekeeping customer service skills and standards need to be followed (housekeeping knocks on door while in the room for 3 times within a 15 min period) No consistency and basic hotel standards are not met. Room facilities not all working (phone not working for the whole visit). Internet is very choppy. Room was not cleaned properly when checked in (sand on the floor). AC was not cold enough at the beginning of the stay. No blinds and curtains to let the sunlight in. Both laundry and mini bar super expensive. Checkout process was very slow and the receptionist need training on basic checks. The positive is the location and the breakfast within the stay.

The hotel is fairly well presented, the welcome is friendly. If you come by car, the staff take care of parking your vehicle and puts at your disposal a golf caddie with a driver for you to submit to your room. Our room not being ready upon our arrival, the reception staff we kindly proposed us to move to their coffee Lounge to wait in front of a small café, or we do a small guided tour of the facility. Nice effort for only 20 minutes wait. The only false note that I could note is the level of the Beach Club or the hostesses will choose your place on the sun beds by the sea as well as the service rather long. I had the bad surprise of never see come from the simple orange juice squeeze after 30min of waiting and time to pull out the hostess at the reception at the Beach Club we're still waiting to confirm with the server so that they either withdraw my note. However, the hotel is listening to customers and the reception did his best to make amends for this inconvenience.
