Hotel nice, not recommended for where situated, drinks were only local, then they run out and shut the bar refused spirit drinks, Only a handful of staff polite. The Entertainment was poor anywhere you walk in the Hotel was hills or steps not recommended for elderly people with kids or anyone for that matter unless you a keep fit person. This I the worst all inclusive I ever been to, oh and Chicken nugget s and chips round the pool every day.

Nice pools beautiful balcony on 4519 not much entertainment but very good. 4 stars.

What a fantastic place can’t find a fault It’s our last day tomorrow of 10 days. Eleven in our group including a 5 week old baby. The staff work sooo hard. Fantastic place wud recommend it. Having the most amazing time don’t want to leave.

Absolutely Fantastic views, which really do make the holiday. We spent an amazing morning in the spa, which we loved. The 3 pools were clean and we never had a problem getting a sun bed. The staff were friendly, especially at the aqua pool. The Beach area was also lovely.
Unfortunately the apartment was not 5*, more 2* which was so disappointing, but it was clean, and had stunning sea views from all the windows and had a large balcony.
The canteen, you really can’t call it a restaurant was like a cattle market! Dirty tables, Luke warm food and the most miserable barman ever! Huge que to get a drink, with no facilities to pour your own wine or beer, which we’ve had at other hotels, again only 2* We caught the bus into Bodrum instead.
For these reasons, although we had a nice relaxing holiday, we would not go back.
Star rating should definitely be reviewed.

One of the best hotels in the world. Liked food. Clean beach. Snacks all the day.

Everything was alright except 2 things. No internet in the room and many stairs to the beach. The second is not something easy to overcome because of the location, but internet in the room is a must in 2018. Food is good transportation is easy if you want to go to the city, animations are good, the beach and sea is wonderfully clean and nice. The hotel in general is very clean and the staff friendly. I recommend it if you dont need internet in your room. There is internet in public areas. As you may understand internet was my problem.

Big, nice hotel. The sea is very clean. The overall satisfaction was excellent. Rooms on the 4th. Food is good. There are all sorts of entertainment events in the evenings. Given that the weather is lucky, you can say that the rest is chic.

Thomas cook uk moved me to this hotel without informing me. I only found out before airport transfer to the hotel. I am fuming. Hotel hotel is dirty and don’t deserve more than 2 stars.

Beautiful. Which was stupid, that the safe cost extra. Thanks to Ayşe and also to the hotel that there was always someone there when there were problems. And the hotel makes every effort to have a nice holiday. When an earthquake came, we were also there.

Nice hotel. It is necessary to consider, that the beach is not present, only bridges and a big difference of heights from numbers to the sea. We'll have to run the ladders.

Nice place. Food was nice but the same most days except one day they had v nice arabic Shawarma. Also have bbq every evening which is a nice touch. Nice pool, close to beach, mediocre waterpark with only 4 slides, kids still loved it though, they would leave the place. Outstanding views and excellent staff. Only downside is it's on a hill and so makes it harder and a little tiring walking around hence reduced from 5 to 4 stars.

One star to much if you ask me. food is ok, but always the same. from the beach to the street is 10 minuts walking stairs. If you have bad luck, you must go even further. rooms in the hotel are fine. The ones that are higher up the mountain are less fine. swimming pools are great, but pretty far appart. there's a small beach, and many wooden places to go in to the water.

Relax for the second week, very nice and very beautiful views. Animation partially Russian, very active and cheerful, for Aqua aerobics special thanks. The staff were very helpful. Rest 90% foreigners, the practice of Lingua. The food is quite acceptable. The sea is clear and very warm. The territory is big and very beautiful. We really like.

Great Holidays spend there, large variety of dishes to choose from, nice service, great additional activities. Only one downside it do not have any sandy beach. But in general great holidays spend with wife.

Frankly this is vacancy he was expounder best vacation.

My elder brother will go to there in this year. So I think he never goes to a bad space or hotel.

Dont listen anybody. This place is awesome. Meal, room, service, entertainment and especially sea are incredible. I advice to everyone.

Best holiday ever! the place its very nice and the views are just gorgeous! All the staff working in the resort are very nice and helpful too, will miss this place :).
