İ stayed there for 3 nights… İ loved my stay there and the facilities are insanely beautiful. However I gave it 4 stars because of… (the owner of the place (and probably the management) got it right with place in terms of design, program, food, facilities available, pools and etc. BUT it seems like they forgot to take care of the most important thing, the staff! ) for example, they had two guest relations employees at the reception, they cant speak proper english and they do not know what is wjat and where is where even though I asked several times… People at the reception are not helpfuland never smiling… İncluding bad english! Other staff arpund the place seemed to be unwilling to help.! ) I am not sure if it is the low wages the managers provide to these ppl or it is the wrong ppl at the wrong place… Other than that, the place was very nice.

Great all inclusive resort with all day animation. Near the beach.

Below average service, far from attractions, personnel not friendly ar all, rooms and facilites quite old. Long queues in all bars from the resort, waiting time far a drink is usually over 10-15 minutes. Not that all a 5 star facility, in same budget are available much better choices in Turkey. Not recommended.

The hotel is Ludshem. I liked everything. But not all worked out in 10 days. Animators well done, kitchen for every taste, the bar has everything, the beach is clean. Discos for children in every day, my small vassorge. And the adult chic, the DJ is good, and the light is nice. Territory big Neat, there constantly dug. From the cons only 1, could not get any minuses.

Decent Kitchen. Great Beach-Sandy sunset in the sea. Loved the service. The change of the beach towel can be arranged-there are no problems. For children everything is not. Quite suitable for rest and family and couples. The breakfast was very good. There is a Big and green area.

Good time of day. It's not the first year we go to this hotel. Very good service and location, everything is very comfortable. This year went with friends, they were at all for the first time in Turkey. The hotel is in a great location. We have in the room as usual and fruit and all the necessary bath accessories, and friends are not that fruit or slippers, and even towels was not in the room, which surprised me very much. Great staff. Various foods and activities. Rooms are big and clean.

An Interesting place especially for a holiday with children. Huge territory (common for four hotels of one operator) with a large number of zones of activity (Aqua Park, playgrounds, children's clubs) and recreation make even a long stay interesting. However, it is worth taking into account the remote location of the hotel from large settlements when traveling for more than 14 days or planning a sightseeing holiday.

I like Everything: restaurants, rooms, beach, large green area, friendly staff. The Beginning of the season, holidaymakers a bit… I don't know How it will be in high season.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean beach. Comfortable pier. The kitchen is decent. Very good animation. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. No spa.

I was in Side in summer 2017 together with my friends and we were living not far from this Vonresort place. It looked super fancy, clean and safe.

It is a nice place. Just make sure you get a pool view or sea view. Otherwise it won't be nice. they serve good Turkish food, and they make it well there are two pools, one with activities and fun, the other is quite and relaxing they have an open-air stage where they have kids disco at 8:00pm then a live show starts at 9 I think. I'd recommend this place if you are looking for relaxing vacation with food, sea, and sand.

The hotel area is large, as a result to walk, eat, have fun everywhere) The hotel is cared for and this video, although it is clear that it is far from being new. I have stayed in vonresort for 4 days and it was a very pleasant experience, were everything is inclusive like drinks, snakd and three main meals. The rooms are a little bit old and small but honestly it doesn't matter slot since you'll spend all day in the spacious and well equipped facilities.

I think one of the most decent hotels in side, on the first line. We lived in Villas won golden elite, food was for slaughter, everything is delicious! The animators tried! The water park is also at altitude!

Budget hotel. Beach and pools are nice. Foods below average and pretty much same things are served everyday. Mini bar just has water and 2 small juice boxes. Alcoholic drinks are very low quality.

One of the most beautiful and pressing hotel I have been to❤❤❤ everything was perfect people were happy and the rooms were clean and the food tasted good ✌✌ I wish that i'll come back.

Location The total area of the three "sister" hotels is large, beautiful, well groomed. The beach area is wide and long in length, there are volleyball courts. Restaurants and cafes a lot, there was never crowding and lack of free places. Just a great pier. The rooms are fine too. A decent evening entertainment program. Spa services are expensive, do not actually make discounts for the purchase of several treatments.

The place is super, tasty and varied food, the rooms are cleaned every day. There is a water park on the hotel grounds. Nice view from the window, the animation is very decent. 10 out of 10, the ride is unambiguous.

It was our first time. The employees are outstanding good. Its only 1 min to the beach and the beach area was very clean. Rooms were big and beds very comfortable. Thank Osman the barkeeper for nice cocktails and fun :) We had all inclusive ultra, and we were angry because jack daniels cost extra charge… jacky cola is nothing special in our eyes All in once we had a nice holiday Would recommend the hotel to everybody.

Again, we are very satisfied. The hotel is generally very well maintained. The food is varied and tasty. The beach is clean. There is also nothing objectionable about the service.

I was there only for a week but it was there as I was always a paradise was the third time.

I was in April for a week in this hotel. Absolutely brilliant hotel. Clean, a double room available was for me alone. Every day has been cleaned the room, the minibar filled up. The food was delicious, great selection. Very friendly and attentive service.
Wellness offer: great massages. Well trained staff.
Short and sweet: I spent a week in paradise :-)

I liked everything. However, lived in the new left wing. Especially liked the waiters were very yumornye and funny. Sheets and towels are changed without problems.
