A very nice hotel, with great pool complex and lots of slides for small and large children. Centrally located and 24 hours all inclusive.

Best hotel ever…! Forget the negative reviews at HolidayCheck, these are all funny people who do not appreciate the service and the ambiance. We were in March 2018 here and Super duper satisfied with everything.

A very nice hotel.
We were greeted very friendly at the reception and had a wonderful room, including free minibar.
Our suitcases were brought to our room kindly.
The food from breakfast to the dinner was very varied and delicious. Everything was very fresh and plentiful. Fresh salads, delicious soups, fish, beef, — and chicken/Truthanfleisch… Scampi, etc.
The service was very friendly and always provided full glasses at the table.
Wine and sparkling wines are only available in the "dry" version, but this is the way to eat. Best I personally found the Rose wine.
At breakfast I would like to give special praise to the Omlett prepared at his own request, that was felt by all guests as delicious. Who wanted, could also get fresh fried eggs.

Program/Animation 4 young and dedicated men and women have made up their mind every day to set up a good program and have endeavoured to involve everyone in different ways.

Very nice hotel in side Kumköy, not far from the beach, which regularly runs a small propelled as a shuttle. Shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity. We stayed in October 2017 for a week there. The hotel is very well maintained and looks appealing. There is quite a large pool, the water was very pleasant. The slides were only open by the hour. Beds and umbrellas were always available on the beach and at the pool. The AI offer is excellent. Here everyone will find the right food. You can actually eat and drink somewhere all day, even on the beach and by the pool. We arrived late at night, even there was still hot food, soup, various salads and desserts. The buffet was always delicious and plentiful. Occasionally there were special theme nights. It was grilled daily and there were fresh and individually prepared pasta. To describe the whole range of dishes goes beyond the frame.
The rooms were also very nice, clean and tidy. They were cleaned daily neatly and the mini bar filled. We had a free room upgrade and were able to use a family room with two separate bedrooms, each equipped with its own TV and mini bar. A bathroom for both rooms. We had four more than enough space. The staff was very nice overall. Guest structure approx. 60 percent German, 30 percent Russians, 10 percent others.
We are sure to return to this hotel. Thank you very much!

In the evening many pensioners meet German schlager almost all evening. Nothing for young people. That comes to that almost every night prostitutes were there with old Turkish men nothing so great for families.

Cool, real 5 stars. The food, the rooms, the pools are steep with slides. To the Sea 2 min. It is possible to pass on local porovozike, but we more often went on foot. On a fish day we abbaleli when saw the royal creeps, Red fish and many things tasty. Sunbeds are better to occupy in the morning then no places to find. I do not advise to go to animation. The disco was only once and that there were very few people no one danced, and looked at us as we dance.

I'm staying here with my daughter. The hotel is a fairytale. The sea is good. The food is amazing. Saw a photo somewhere in the reviews with Shrimps. Thought M ala cards. For 10 days two times were shrimp fish nemerenno. The fruit is full. The alcohol is different and very good. There are no restrictions and still bring that zakajeesh. Pools too. In the evening the show is chic with invited artists. Afternoon too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Minus one-the price for the Russians (taking into account the rate). Not for everyone.

Just cool. Nothing to add. Well, maybe only one thing — the hotel outdoor is quite small. For families with kids that's fine but without them it's boring a bit.

The hotel is super. We met well, they put us in fast. The food is diverse, and there's plenty of it, hungry. The staff were very polite and helpful. Five minutes to the sea. It's not a problem at all. Never even had a bus. We need to walk too. Animators are nice. The room is clean. We recommend it. The only small minus is a slow internet. But calling and writing messages is enough.

Friendly and helpful staff. The food is good and diversified. Breakfast tasty baking and a fish is above praise. The beach was very clean, but it was very well known in advance, so they knew what they were buying. It goes good menu to the beach-but on a schedule, not all day. Hoshee Place for recreation with children-sea small and good sand!

If you would like to buy good and cheap, you can go down the street at the main exit right… (not to the main road! but directly the road stands the Villa! ) There you can buy both super nice bags, purses and belts, as well as trips / or Hammam book! Stefan advises you love and professionally!

The hotel and the rooms are beautiful. The staff is very attentive and friendly to 95 percent. The biggest one for my 3 year old daughter was the children's disco in the evening. The head of animation Calderon has given great effort to be fool around the little ones. A big Kudos to the entire team. The only thing not so well liked, was the food. The selection was large, but Loveless cooked. Spices and salt have been veeeery sparingly used, or were just completely missing. You're definitely better!
It's better off, shows the hotel Oleander, diagonally opposite. We were here in November 2015. The food was prepared clearly affectionate and very delicious.
In spite of eating, there's 4 stars for the hotel as the rest fit.

Very good hotel for family vacation. Before the clubs away; young couples might be bored. Clean hotel and rooms on a hard +4 *.

Around the hotel there are many small shops, interesting evening stroll and buy something. Visitors from the CIS were few, mainly from Germany and the Netherlands.
The food varied and very tasty. On 5 +. Despite the large number of visitors, the food was always plentiful. To not wait in line for food, you can come for an hour and a half later after the opening of the restaurant. Even večnogolodnye Germans gorged.
Food, drink at the beach bar. A wide, fine sand beach. 20 m into the water — an adult waist-deep water. From the hotel to the beach on foot 5-7 minutes. For those who do not want to spin the Earth with their feet, from the hotel to the beach and back rides free electric taxi.
A great big pool and small slides. Luxurious SPA. Indoor pool next to an open, comfortable in the heat swim in the shade.

1/ around the hotel is full of different shops. In the evening you can stroll to look at and even buy different stuff. On every corner showcases any excursions. Sellers speak German, English languages. At least on Russian. 2/ the staff is polite, smiling. Rooms are cleaned well and clean. Cleaners twisted various figures out of towels. In the fridge were always juices, water and beer. 3/ separate an indoor swimming pool is another plus, in addition to the main outdoor pools. Several water slides. Large clean pools. 4/ the food is delicious and varied IN ALL RESTAURANTS WHEN OTELLE. Including a restaurant on the beach. At lunch you can not go to the main restaurant, grabbed the food that was in the bar on the beach. Of course the choice of dishes is ten times poorer than in the main restaurant. Round the clock drinks and food. Various bars open turns that EVEN TECHNOLOLOGIES the GERMANS were FED up ;) from CIS countries there were not many guests. Mostly Germans, Dutchman, the Belgians, the French and even the Turks. Despite the large number of guests, food was always enough.
