Beautiful place
Very friendly staff, clean all hotel, perfect food and drink!
Lovely and perfect!

Cozy territory, two beaches one passing in walking distance one distant but runs the bus (the driver is not very polite, does not open both doors to the bus are clogged tightly through one, thanks at least to the exit opens both). The rooms have everything you need. Four stars because asked for a room as quietly as possible settled right on against the stage, maybe of course everything else was occupied. The food is delicious. There is also meat, vegetables, fruits. Recommend. The far beach is worth it to go there, back you can walk, not far. The hotel is next to the waterfront, you can walk to the old town.

I loved the hotel! Suitable for a relaxing holiday. They're feeding perfectly. There is only one non-essential minus — the pool is open until 6pm. But since the sea is a 3-minute walk away, it's not scary.

Great cozy hotel. It's a beautiful location. The nearest beach is 3 minutes away. There's a bus on the far there. Nearby, the historic centre of Side. Promenade. The mall. Responsive and not intrusive hotel staff. Very clean. Not the greatest variety in food, all enough and tasty. There is a spa at reasonable prices. Recommend!

It's a very good hotel! The food is okey… It's a LOT of russian people on this hotel who doesn't know how to show respect and they where really rude! But that's it. The hotel is good.

Three with a minus, dirty dishes, the rooms smell of dampness and toilet so there is no ventilation in the toilet. On the beach, old dirty torn sunbeds, lie down like an old cot — then you do not get out of it. Cleaning in the room consists in rubbing the floors with a wet rag, if you want to replace the towels bring with some hair and goats, though it is washed. If the tip is not left regularly forget to fill with liquid soap dispenser. Except for the liquid soap in the dispenser there is nothing, forget about shampoo. Beach towels are given out once and for the rest of your stay if you want to replace pay a dollar. In the dining room, the food is monotonous for so much that on the third day eating boiled eggs for breakfast begins to turn. To take meat dishes on hand at lunch and in the evening is a huge queue, you can stand in it for 15-20 minutes. Savings in everything, reusable plastic glasses do not wash, and just rinse with a loss of hand sometimes when no one sees a bartender with an eagle nose pours on the second circle in unwashed. Chairs in the canteen plastic ribbed in which clogged dirt that they sit on — only get dirty. Water only in two coolers, but it is filtered from the water supply, there is a toon pipe at the back.

Nice hotel with some drawbacks. Nothing to complain about. Wifi for a fee (24 dollars for 14 days for one device) and it does not take anywhere in the room. There are water outages. Well, that's all the disadvantages. Good location, near the ancient ruins. 2 beaches, one close minutes 5-7 from the hotel, second 20-30 minutes walk, but on the second there are shuttle buses. There are shops and ATMs nearby. The staff is helpful and friendly. Food is quite good. The rooms are cleaned every day. In general, the hotel justifies its three stars.

Great budget hotel to stay in Side. The Grounds are small, but all in greenery. The Kitchen is great, the choice of dishes is not big, but all delicious. From the hotel 3 minutes to one beach and 10 to the other, there is a shuttle service. Near all the ancient sights of Side… The rooms are basic but the fridge, TV, air conditioner and hair dryer are present. If you get a room with a view of the pool-quietly sleep you will not succeed, but in other buildings all OK. For children there is a minizopark.

Nice hotel. There are two private beaches. Food is monotonous but tasty.

Vacationing with a friend in August 2017. Everything was great! The grounds are lush, well-kept, the rooms were cleaned every day. Bath towels were changed three times in 10 days, you only need to ask the maid. The staff is very friendly, always help, prompt, very responsive. The atmosphere in the hotel home has to communicate. In ten days all made friends, exchanged contacts: Russians, Turks, Finns, Germans. In the evenings by the pool playing music, wishing you could dance. Well, in our case, the instigators were Russian. It was very fun! On the last day already danced around the pool under the Turkish tunes. The food is varied, lots of steamed vegetables every day meat. Three times was the grill: fish, Shawarma, meat. Visited the local Hacham: I like it. Hovered for a long time and qualitatively! Special thanks go to the employees ricepcion: Natalia and Hussain. Very helpful, friendly people who will help in any situation. The main plus of the hotel is the staff. Very sincere, warm to people who love their work and their guests. You want to come back again and again!

In the spa lovely masseurs: Two brothers and a Russian-speaking woman. From them the blows of good and appeasement! People with super positive energy and high professionalism! Rustem massages have left an unforgettable experience!

Great budget stay.

Had been for 2 weeks there and satisfied. The food was very tasty and the Service was also very good. The rooms were very clean. The private beach was also not far from the Hotel.

Young man from the Restaurant, we have 7 € and view maps. Wanted to submit this. 26.06. In 2016, our vacation was coming to an end. Until today, not a view arrived cards! Otherwise, the Hotel is better as last year. Better Food. The room service is much better than 2015, staff friendly.

We are priced each year at sunberk hotel.

1. Upon arrival, receive non-posted performance
It is been posted a family room with 2 separate bedrooms, which was confirmed to us in writing by the tour operator. In the hotel no one knew what. We got a room with 3 beds all in one room, there was no privacy. We were told we get a new room the next morning. The next morning, the new room was always not done for us. We spent the night in a stuffy room with a dirty and smelly bathroom.
2. Catastrophic care
-There were no intact coffee machines the day 2. On demand, when the coffee machines were running again, the reply came "drinking tea".
On the 3rd day, there was a brewing apparatus, which probably not have ever been used, and from the inedible coffee came about clumpy powder milk in a filthy bowls. On this day, there was only a cup coffee throughout the day. On day 6, there was no coffee at all, nor a brewed neither breakfast nor lunch or after that. By day 7, there were no decent coffee supplies, so that a friendly couple who felt compelled, at the neighbouring hotel to ask coffee so that we could enjoy regular coffee on this day at least a cup a few cups could enjoy.
Beer and soft drink supply also disastrous. 2 day 22, 30 beer more 3 TAF ab 22, 45 out of beer, each and all, on the 4th day during lunch time, so at dinner, at least two hours no beer more on day 6 from 20, 15: 00 out of beer, no soda, no sprite until the end of the AI time.
