We liked it great but unfortunately we had experienced the fires with 😢

I couldn't recommend this place!
Always eat cold and the same.
There are only a few or no employees who speak German or English.
Corona measures are not adhered to, neither distance nor other things.
Corona cases are covered up.
Since I was affected myself, I know what I'm talking about.
You are treated as if you had killed people.
The incompetent manager Mehmet threatens the affected persons and kindly does not even ask about the well-being.
If you want to have something to drink in the great noisy quarantine rooms, the super 24/7 reception hangs up. And unfortunately not just once.
For the test, 15 euros per person are taken extra (allegedly VIP service)
So you get into a small car with 4 people and are taken to the hospital and picked up. This should be the great VIP service.

Eat monotonous, every day chips, rice, pasta, mostly cold and taste bad. We got dirty towels way too often. Hygiene concept is not adhered to, no distance. In the service there is only 1 lady and bekir who make the greatest effort. Osman, the guest advisor is also top. The manager Mehmet does not tolerate criticism, covers up Corona cases, claims his guests lie as soon as you have something negative to report, kicks people out of groups and blocks them instead of facing the matter and sometimes admitting mistakes! In itself a good hotel, but very poorly run! A change of manager would work wonders.

Good value for money, good location, good shopping, not far to the fine sandy beach (800 m). If you do not want to walk to the beach can use the shuttle bus!
The guest supervisor Osman is very helpful in everything (also Coronatest) Have been there 7 times and come back again and again!

Disgusting food, have to eat out every day. Hotel food is totally inedible & I’m not a fussy eater! Drinks watered down & the wine is foul.

Great Service, nice employees, super hairdresser. Would love to come back.

I had the Best holiday from this hotel best service from all staff from food bar and even the housekeepers my once in life time trip away from my kids was made real with all the help from spa area … all I need do now come back for more!

Can’t fault this hotel, some bad reviews on tripadvisor about language barriers for English but the staff were amazing especially the waiting staff and photo guys in particular verdat, mustafa and omur, the shows were fun and the rooms and pool were immaculate (we stayed in a duplex room) we had an amazing Turkish bath experience and my mum and sister enjoyed a daily massage. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the beach which is free and only 3 minutes and all inclusive bar and snack bar and sunbeds. The food is very German orientated and of course no pork products but very clean and varied. We especially enjoyed the Turkish night with bbq kebabs and a fabulous belly dancer. All good time of day. Was in this hotel from 2-12.10.18. In any case do not take the tour at the office, which rents space on the — 1 floor of the hotel PALM beach RESORT & SPA. Send, not knowing accurate information, always confused in the description. Deception at all. We took a tour on a pirate ship, the description of the employees of this company, the ship was sailing past the old side, swim to the spit, where the hours bathing and animations with children. Was represented by a huge inflatable town in the picture for this tour. Children had to look for treasures. And the ship itself with kids had competitions and games all the time of presence on Board. As it really is… The bus was late to pick us up from the hotel for 30 minutes. When we arrived to the ramp of the ship, saw a sign about what to carry on Board food and drinks (even water) is prohibited. Although all were with the children. Water and food had to be thrown away in a special box. As soon as the ship sailed from the coast, our water and drinks and chips etc. It was proposed already to buy. All that tour is supplied only to the maximum to sell food, drinks, photography, pirate bandanas and toys are paid for. And the prices horse. Children were not engaged at all. Swam in the sea, and on the river for two hours, swam to spit, all went ashore.

We spent our holiday from the 15.4. — 25.4.2018 here in the beautiful Hotel. Upon arrival, was a kind of inner voice, "Yes, that will be a nice holiday here". And so it was. The Hotel is very clean, the rooms were clean, and sometimes, adorned the beds. The food is not very rich, more like eating also, I don't trust myself on the scale. The fish and Turkish night were great equipped to time, the Turkish evening on 23.4.2018 was, at the same time with the "day of the child and of the independence of Turkey". The beach section is very good, you can reach it by foot (when the abbreviation kenntwir ran at the beginning of a couple of corners), it drives but also a Shattlebus. In the beach bar also has a very nice staff and food is also abundant. The Guest relations Lisa Aksoy is a very Nice, one comes quickly into the conversation with her, you can discuss with her.
