When we contacted her, she said she had no time to deal with us. Several times I called the hotline and was told that the hotel does not think it is possible to stay for the following reasons: • Dirt and terrible smell in the rooms; • No free Internet • pools more chlorine than water; • In the bar – divorced drinks of the lowest quality and rudeness of the bartender; • Broken (traumatic) furniture; • the Lack of beach towels; • Insufficient food in the restaurant; • beach Shuttle in the crowded bus, from which to beach have to go 20 minutes, etc. The Operator of the hotline recommended to resolve all issues through a hotel guide and our Kharkiv travel Agency.
