Very good services, kind staff, large rooms. A lot of food to eat and beautiful view.

We've been here two months ago and at first moment we liked it. The amazing view of the pool which was our view from balcony and room also, was perfect. Big like for amazing staff in and around the hotel. Food is nice and the kitchen with the restaurant outside was great. Also, the snack and pool bar is great addition. Beach is not far and has a lot of space free under the umbrella's. I'll give 4.5 stars.

I love this place. We spent a dream holiday here. Everything is good in this paradise. Nice and helpful staff, superb garden, nice pool area, cleanliness, attention to tourist are the priorites, Thanks Fame Residence Göynük.

Es ist sehr schön hier. Auch das Personal, welches fast nur russisch spricht ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist super. Lediglich die Musik ist bis ca 2330 Uhr laut und die Zimmer in dem alten A Block sind nicht die tollsten. Dennoch lohnt es sich.

Nice, clean hotel with very polite staff… Only remark is that there is no children buffet although it says that there is. Five for them anyway!

Very good service. Beach is near but need to cross the road. One star less only because of A block that is not in very good condition (older one).

He rested at the end of May 2018. The main thing in the hotel is a large number of holidaymakers with children even with infants if you are ready for the constant cry of children on the beach type: moms, moms, moms, well mamaaaaaa, to cry and. There were not so many holidaymakers, but there were not enough sunbeds. The food is good but every day is the same, there is something to compare. In the rooms cleaning every day but only the toilet is washed floor, so do not forget to wash your hands, as the toilet remains untouched. The mini bar was full on the day of arrival, then only water, had to catch the cleaner and make to fill the mini-bar. The staff is Russian-speaking mainly from Kyrgyzstan, there are no problems with communication. Problems were caused by English-speaking tourists in the gym, who think that everything is only for them, and everyone should know English. The sea has often been a muddy passage into the sea blocked by three lines of obstacles, the first children by the shore, the second aunt waist-deep in the water leading conversations and the third row is standing on the chest in the sea, these two rows resemble hippos and after passing these obstacles looping between them the sea will open in front of you. When checking in, give $10 and ask for a room in Hull B.

The hotel is just super! Clean, well-groomed, lots of greenery. The food is very diverse. Every day several varieties of fish, on Wednesdays crayfish, sushi, octopus, oysters. Beef every day, not to mention every variety of chicken and turkey. Gorgeous soups.

Second time in this hotel. More than happy with staff, food and hygiene. Staff is always smiling and there to help you. Sea and beach is great. Strongly recommend this hotel, you wont regret staying here for yours holiday.

Good Hotel, especially the Building B. Meals on 5 degrees! It's not very clean-up. The staff is friendly, the animation is not intrusive. It's about 3-5 minutes to get to the beach. I especially want to mention the spa! It's just great! Not all of the five hotels have such spa centers. Go to the masseur Okkesh — do not regret! He's got golden hands!

Two days ago came from this hotel. The hotel is in line with its stars. We arrived early and the check-in was only 14.00. Immediately sent for breakfast, and after breakfast directly to the room. The hotel has two buildings. Old and new. Old, it doesn't mean that bad, just used to be built. The old building is beautiful, modern furniture, beautiful transparent elevator and transparent ceiling. We met into the old building. The room is nice, actual furniture on today's day. In the room towel, shampoo, balm, body gel, body cream, sponge for shoes and even a set of threads with a needle and buttons! Beach towels are issued every day. Clean, or rather change the towel and dim the bed every day.
Beautiful restaurant, solid furniture, clean chairs. Constantly changing tablecloths for breakfast, lunch, dinner. I didn't see any stains. The food is very good, lots, everything is enough, fresh vegetables, lots of fruit. Turkey, chicken, beef, lamb, very tasty stewed vegetables, soups, children's menu, porridge, yogurts. The menu is not repeated. Queue only when opening a restaurant, and so there are no queues. Normal alcohol. There is also a bar on the beach and on the grounds. Lose Weight!
To the sea to go minutes 3. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach is clean, there are garbage cans near the tables that are cleaned. The sea is turquoise, the view is beautiful.

Great hotel! Nice conditions for a pleasant relaxing holidays! There is everything you need for a great stay. Very clean, beautiful green territory of the hotel, big clean nice pool, very beautiful mountains around! The beach is 5 min walk from the hotel, that has his own beach bar and all facilities you need. Good service and friendly helpful stuff. Very good fresh food. I would come here again with great pleasure! It's a great place for holidays! :)

I am the first time in Turkey. I can only Compare with our south. The Last time was in Loo (Sochi). OF course, the flight is hard for me, but now I am ready to wait for the flight and again to get here. Wonderful Service, staff smiling, friendly. The Pool, the beach is 5 minutes walk. Nothing to describe. Just can say come, will not regret.

Hotel for 4 + Rest since May 26. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone likes it! The biggest minus is the lack of awnings from the Sun Umbrellas are not a solution to the problem, they are not enough for holidaymakers.

The hotel is very nice, the food is good, met at 12, the room has everything you need, good service.

Great place. We rest a second time. I hope that we will continue to come only here. Tried other hotels in Turkey. But there were many disappointments. We decided to come back here again. Wonderful service. Cozy. Excellent food. I like it very much.

Very nice place, rooms are big and the clean is done every day. Helpfull personnel, always with smile on their face. Good and variety of food, on restaurant and on beach bar. Private beach, with free towels and chairs.

We went in the middle of June 2017. Compared to the 5 * Hotel Alanya Water Planet where we went in September 2016, it is just the land and the sky, the service at the best level, the hotel is relatively small, but cozy, comfortable, food for 5, the repair was made not so long ago. The best thing about the kids is the water park. We loved it! The only thing that a little upset this sea, here hardly from the hotel something depends, nailed to the shore of all the muck, napkins, sticks of ice cream, sometimes bottles of plastic, on the shore is clean.

Overall stay in hotel went well, thanks! Don't know whether it is appropriate to note the disadvantages? It was a little embarrassing for the employee who baked cakes gozleme, she without hesitation asked for extra charge! Or was it paid promotion? We did not like the the hotel's pastry chef — primitive morning and evening cakes were every day the same and tasteless! Of course, all compensated for the lovely warm sea and thank you for this Turkey!

Pros: Small but beautiful area with a beautiful view, the staff are mostly friendly and nice, enough fruit vegetables, nice beach, but plenty of sunbeds towels, great pool + slides.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Twice, between 21 and 22 pm, we were knocked on the door (closed on the latch) but after we did not answer and did not open, from that side opened the door, and tried to enter. We opened the door after that no one found (immediately escaped) — for what? The Riddle… Not Caught no thief

Excellent hotel with perfect staff. Delicious food. Only flaw is hotel beach which is too small.

Great place for relax. All inclusive, so You don't think even about money. Good food, clean rooms, amazing swimmingpool and preatty good staff. All of that make this 4 stars hotel ready for one additional star. So, * * * * * from me.

The hotel combines reasonable price. All who claim to be more looking for five stars, but I am not sure that the service will be significantly better. If positive attitude on relaxation, atmosphere and hospitality of the personnel meets. "adult" couples with children after 3-4let.
