Worst vacation ever for maximum price! Some of the stuff not even wash there hands after using toilet. 😶 Hottel is full of russians, almost non of the stuff are speaking english, only like 2 in reception 🙃 Hotel is fully booked, if you would like to lay down on sunbeds any kind, you should woke up 5a. M. And go to do reservations. They put labels everywhere "reservation is forbidden" but if you ask stuff to move any left stuff, the act like dont understand. After complaining to guest relations, they promissed us to have sunbath reservated for us till the end of visit, because there was our honey moon, but after 2 reservasions, they forgot about us and we still had tu wake up 5 am to have space to lay down. 🙂 Also, they are talking about all the luxury, but actualy, every luxury stuff is extra pay, for example they offer sun bath near sea for 100euros per person 😀 Anyway, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HAD 😑 never going to any of rixos hotels again! 🤮

Amazing resort especially for families. Super activities at Rixy kids resort here. Plenty to do for everyone. Food and drinks are out of this world and service is always with a smile and staff cannot do enough for u. 👌👏👏

I asked for a clean towel like three times, the staff completely ignored me. There's also construction site nearby, loud noises even at night. i understand you need to improve your facility, but first you need to respect your guests.

Lovely hotel with lots of fun activities! Stunning outdoor area and beautiful beach and not to mention the very friendly staff all over the hotel. The best time to visit would be between April and October.

Not ideal for animal lovers. Senseless fish killing is allowed and is even tolerated in the restaurant directly in the swimming area. Despite my complaint to Securitas, nothing is done. Does not fit a 5 star luxury hotel!

1. Claims to be 5 Stars — they claim to have had a face lift. They have NOT. It’s old and of poor decor and standard.
2. The staff DO NOT understand what vegetarian means. They actually think lamb is not meat.
3. My wife is allergic to egg. They lied to us and said they’d make eggless pancakes for her — we luckily found out that the they don’t know how to make that and we’re going to give her egg pancakes.
4. The staff do not understand English — it’s VERY hard to have anyone help and understand. And they also seem uninterested.
5. They claim to have a “party concept”. It’s a disgusting collection of hopeless staff and thumping loud music throughout the resort from morning to night. You can’t read a book, relax or even listen to your own music on your headphones.

We came early in the season mid of April. The water park and kids swimming pools were closed due to weather conditions. BUT inspire of this we Love the design of the hotel. True luxury level. Beautiful park with pine tries. Staff is great. Food delicious. Bars are outstanding. Rooms are specious with large and children safe balconies. Beach and sea is great. Amazing mountain views.
One minus the Spa and hamam facilities are not impressive for the luxury 5***** hotel.

Shouldn’t be open — not acceptable for a 5 star resort. Nosy dangerous — works are still outstanding and will go on for while.

This is the best hotel my wife and I have been in and we have been in many, the food here is out of this world, being all inclusive if I was to complain about our room it would be there is no tea coffee facility.

Fourth time here. But I don't think I'll come yet. And here's why: Now the hotel has been loaded. And if before it was a party-youth-family, now turned into a larger family. And now 50% of them are Turks. As a result — sunbeds are all occupied from 8 am, in restaurants tables are constantly occupied. The third day you can't find small spoons. Friends for 4 days did not change clothes in the room. Arrived at 7am — the rooms were not given said only after 14 hours arguing that there are no rooms, despite the fact that I was leaving my friends. On requests to call the manager — went behind the wall and came back saying that there is nothing they can do. As a result, after long conversations settled in 11.00 to the far room. Friends who did not scandalize and come at 14 o'clock — settled at 16 hours. At the request to change the number — said that they will not even consider — there is an instruction to no one to change anything, like and so do not cope. Shocked by the attitude to constant loyal customers! Old hotel, poor animation, territory is big but not very intuitive – easy to get lost. Fresh orange juice only during breakfast. You have to pay for toothbrush — definitely doesn’t match the 5-stars they claim to have Never coming here again.

The hotel is great. There are many leisure activities: the aquapark, the gym, etc. There's something for everyone! The paid water sports are overpriced (e. G. Jetsky costs 70 euros for 15 min). The shops in the hotel are also very expensive, better to go shopping in front of the hotel.! The food selection is huge! From saladto countless main dishes and delicious desserts to a huge selection of fruit. Our room was always clean. With the deckchairs you have to be fast, otherwise they are reserved and there are none more.
The only big problem is that there is no one here, absolutely no one who can german. At the reception, few should be able to speak german. Someone who can't speak English, Russian or Turkish has been thrown up here! This is the reason why I rate it with 4 stars.
But all in all, it was a great 11 days.

Large area with gorgeous landscaping. The food is varied, the alcohol selection is great, animation is good. The beach is wide, divided into several separate but the entrance to the sea is everywhere strewn with sharp rocks, there are fish which are sometimes (painfully) bite the legs. Service everywhere quick (on the beach, at the bar, in the restaurant). Rooms disgusting, only change towels. The balcony is not clean, cosmetics has added only after a call to the reception, bar was not always replenished. Room a bit old, not very well maintained.

Well, objectively so-so. 11 years of active use are felt throughout. Recommended for a party break

Just an ordinary Antalya hotel. Don't expect so much if you have stayed true premium hotels many times. Rooms are small, interior design of hotel is old fashioned and dark. It's like the time is freezed at end of 70's. There is no sand but a lot stones at the beach. Hotels occupy too large area and that gets you walk endlesly reach your room. After stayed at Rixos Gocek, I and my wife though every Rixos Hotel was above and higher. But this is absolutely big disappointment for rixos brand. There are a lot of better alternatives around at the same or less price.

Great hotel with lovely, helpful staff. Excellent food as well. We were especially looked after well during the World Cup (England v Panama) with a bucket of iced beer and some nuts as standard at every table. Little touches like that really stand out. They accommodated us very well especially after we asked to change rooms more than once. Wonderful experience in a great location.

Rixos brand have been always our favourite place when selecting resorts in Turkey and worldwide. What impresses me that the place tend to change to the better each and every year, retaining customers and have been there 6 times and each and every time it is different. I would suggest improving and expanding their check-in desk thought.

The hotel is very much loved. He's certainly not Deluxe, he's just a good 5, but! You won't be bored here! The hotel constantly hosts concerts of stars, events, parties. There are great DJs! If you are with children, the child will not be bored! Just take the rooms in the main enclosure. Not a promo! And if you want to drink imported whiskey, not local, be sure to say not just "whiskey" on the bar, but "Black label")

The hotel Area is large, beautiful, groomed. The Food is excellent. The Animation is not very pleasant. Excellent work girls on the reception and in the guest service. All questions are solved instantly, which is very nice! The hotel Has all the facilities for children and youth. Recommend!

Hello, returned from the hotel on the 18th of May 2018 in general the hotel liked a particular room 4107 though and far from the main restaurant but with good route, clean, and in a quiet place. Missed illumination, twilight in the evening oppressed. Food is good but without frills, lamb, beef, vegetables are. Seafood Crab sticks One, two kinds of fish, mussels from semi-finished frozen, vegetables, sweet cloying, cheesecake Decent once was, 2 times in almost a week so cream was not all shot… The hotel is positioned as a youth in the disco queue for drinks and pours surrogates asking cognac, pouring brandy and with a very tired not friendly face… Mojito in general the horror of a sprite! Instead of a mineral! + Ice + local drop of alcohol, mint is simply thrown unsuppressed and it give out for Mojito and there was a day and in general at a disco was absent at a beach and on a steep disco in general crowd to people, stuffy and one and a half bartender in general very surprised the hotel, the winner among youth Hotels… The beach: From a panton very well without luxury th everything is, from coast very much who at a catch strongly cut feet… Summing up in the season the hotel costs 200 000 for 10 days and the service corresponds to the hotel 4 + all you need to add fruit and cream in time and add bartenders with cheerful faces and not lazy to do the right product. Very large area lots of greenery. Pebble Beach. The food is excellent. Poor housekeeping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not to go to Turkey especially to this hotel.

It so happened that my birthday coincided with the rest in Rixos and in the rooms we were waiting for a surprise-cake with candles and congratulations from the manager of the hotel.
We all love it!

Very bad staff, room service and no one speaks anyother language than Turkish. All pools was either closed or dam cold. Only one inside pool was heated 26°C. Food was good.

For us everything was top. The room, junior suit, was large and clean. The hotel grounds are large and clean. The beach is relatively ok and as always.

— now has to pull off a star again. You have replaced the international drinks that were still inclusive last year with fake brands (some brands still exist, but you have to ask for …)
Previously "Jägermeister" or "Ramazzoti" various brandy or whisky varieties are, among other things, now "Jägertraum" and similar — one now has many Turkish replacement brands instead of the original brands. Old furniture in rooms. Ive changed 2 rooms because of the poor conditions for. 5* hotel. It looks. More like a 3* ONE. Goos food though, friendly staff but overall condition way to expensive for what it provides. I'm disappointed.

Really good place. Recommend for everyone who has money and who is lazy, everything will be done for you. Your main goal is relaxing and nothing else!

Pros: Family-friendly high class seaside resort. A big variety of things to do and enjoy. Great service. Cons: Way too big place, it's tiring just to walk to the restaurants. Not well-organized. Lacking character.

A very large place with different types of accommodation and private beach. The hotel has several attractions (swimming pools, water games, sports equipment, disco etc. ). The Cıbo is satisfactory. For me the biggest flaw was the poor cleaning of the sea water.

Good for children… Good for everything… Clean, best drinks (include all labels and marks) and foods, everything free. It's my 3th time, thanks for all…

Good hotel but not pulling on five stars. With waiters as written Beda (bald-faced some Mustafa money requested for 2 to 100 čivasa and the outdoor bar all a freebie). All five stars would give for the abandoned documents in your wallet that brought back with all the money by DHL.

The hotel was amazing staff, very beautiful :) We had views of the courtyard and a room overlooking the sea, the sea is better. There are a few shops in the vicinity of a bus, which take you directly in front of the hotel leads into the city. Customer service was amazing, excellent value for money. There are many various restaurants most are 2 nice large selection of food and we have tried all other restaurants. Our rooms, where a very good size 2 Queen size beds and a desk with a box bed flat screen TV bathroom huge. There were a lot of children and staff will advise you entertainment for the children and adults running around. Hotel was very good with us, there was 9 of us total 1 vegetarian, 1 gluten-free and 2 children. The only bad thing I can say is, I wish I went somewhere abroad first before because I am I anywhere to stay Disappointedso looks like this hotel is my annual holiday :).
