Very nice hotel! The name of the high class corresponds. The hotel is suitable for young children. Very good food and alcohol. The beach is sand but there are a few rocks.

Xanadu Resort Hotel is a classic example of a family holiday. A variety of entertainment, a water park and a huge playground with carousels and active and developing games, will not allow children to get bored, and parents carefree to relax. This hotel leaves no one indifferent.

It is usually picked for organizing conferences and symposiums in dead season. I have been there in last november. The halls are quite big the lighting and the sound coverage of the halls are good. Lets come to the open buffet. The meals are great. The cook are fine. The rooms are clean but do not try to pick the rooms near to the disco and bar. The echo and voice can be distracting after midnight.

Stayed here last year for a conference. Overall the resort was amazing, zero complaints. There is a bartender named Oğuz who works here and he is really good at his job. My friend and I sat at the bar talking to him all day and he was really funny and helpful.

Hight class service, plesant staff, clean and comfortable rooms, green teritory and good animation during the holiday season.

We had a wonderful vacation in the Xanadu Hotel and enjoyed most amenities like the spa area and the massages. The rooms are rather small but what do you need them larger for except for sleeping. The 24 hour room service is handy though. The lamb chops were deleicious, I had them each single day. Thank you for the good service.

Staff working in hotel is not well educated and rude. There is problem with everything for them. Also english knowledge is problem in that hotel. For sure this hotel is bad choice for travelers with small kids. Warning! Many tourist from Russia!

Great Hotel… The fact that this is an old hotel is already known at the booking. Nevertheless, it is well in fire. But the service is a critical point: the pool and the main restaurant are barely cleared. After we criticized this circumstance, it became even better. Otherwise the quality and choice of food is very good. The Seafood Restaurant (at an additional cost) and the Italian restaurant can only be recommended. Unfortunately we could not visit the other à la carte restaurants for lack of time.
We had two connecting rooms in the garden area. The cleaning was great too, the beds very comfortable. The complex is located in a pine forest. Just that is the beauty of this hotel. The animation was great and not intrusive. I would recommend it to anyone.

It's my first time visiting and I will definitely be coming back. Very clean and very friendly staff. Rooms are immaculate and cleaned everyday. The mini bar is excellent and restocked everyday too. There is a wide variety of foods for dinner, you will never go hungry! Excellent entertainment. There is absolutely always something to do.

It was supposed to be a 1 2-h local number and one family with two bathrooms.
When we arrive, we are told that the numbers are gone, wait.

Great hotel. Good service. Very green territory. Just a great kids club (better seen). Food varied and tasty. Good animation. Quite a lot of water slides. Special attention deserves a video slide with a height of 4-5 floor — simply breathtaking. In my opinion, a great place for a family holiday. Next to a huge water Park with 42 slides and a Dolphinarium. Recommend.

An exellent experience at Xanadu Resort High Class.

We have 3 days with my family in Xanadu Resort. Very satisfied by the environment, service and activities. For the children there are part of the special with the custodian and animatore that organize activities according to age groups.

We stayed at a very nice hotel and we arrived in Turkmenistan on 23 Nissan.

For kids is a great program. Wi-Fi throughout, even on the pier. Got a housekeeping at a high level.

Good service. High attention to detail. A large green area. A clean beach. Many pools. Good animation. Lots of fun for children. Great kitchen.

This is the third time that we have been to Xanadu and we have chosen to return each time because of the quality of the service that the hotel provides. We were apprehensive about returning to Xanadu this year when we heard that the hotel was under new management. We really felt the difference in the service that the hotel had previously provided. We felt that the staff did not seem as 'involved', content and determined to provide the High Class service advertised. To be honest we felt a little neglected-the attention to detail was missing. We did however have a fabulous holiday thanks to the amazing people we met there and we would return in the hope that the feedback given by many of the regular holiday makers would be listened to. Definitely something for the management team to think about…

Just returned, had an excellent time. Plenty to eat and drink, lots of sun beds and good facilities. One minor complaint, not enough bar staff and service can be slow.

Worth every single penny! I stayed at the Xanadu three consecutive years during my fall vacation and it was every year just awesome. The two pools — one, above the other — are well tempered and at no time too crowded nor too empty. The buffet, that is served every day the entire week, just offers everything you can dream of. That in mind, it get's even topped by the daily extra buffet in the evening, that offers either local specialities or international cuisine. If you tend to stay up late, you can chose, whether to go in the Xanadu's own discotheque, hang out at the beach bar or enjoy one of the various shows in the rebuild of a roman theater. Whether you want to relax, or to be entertained, you are always right at the Xanadu! I'd always go there again!

Read many good reviews about the hotel, but unfortunately, as You all know, the people you can trust, but gently. Had a rest at this hotel in early September 2010 a Semey (at the moment of writing review I were in the hotel). If someone believes that cheap plastic chairs in all the bars and plastic knives and forks at the beach bar is a high class, my review is not for you. By the way, cheap chairs, picnic area (which we have sold in supermarkets for 400 rubles) standing on my balcony (I have 2 rooms suites. Everywhere shabby, cheap used furniture, a bar in the main lobby resembles a snack bar in the provincial station. But the saddest thing is to rest with children up to 7 years. They are not allowed neither bars nor a La carte restaurants, neither in the Spa centre. I've seen nowhere, apparently, the hotel management dislikes children. There is a kindergarten, where the working students, but nobody not be held liable. Therefore, if your child выколят eyes until You eat in the La Corte restaurant, then that's your problem. Hotel sharpened by the British, a lot of them, 70-80 percent. Unfortunately, they are not young, they are 50 to 80 years.
