Our verdict on the hotel:We will be happy to come back. The whole hotel staff is very friendly, previous and extremely helpful and in case of problems right on the spot. I
In particular, Süleyman from the reception, Is very much to be emphasized here. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Our room met our expectations in every way. The food is full to our taste. The staff fully adheres to the hygiene rules. However, this cannot be said of some tourists from the Eastern Bloc. For us it was a nice time here, In the complex and like to come back to spoil the cats in the complex with delicacies. Therefore, on a nice next holiday Norbert and Anja Schwientek.

Would 100% recommend this hotel. Staff are amazing can't do enough for you, the facilities are brilliant. The spa is so lovely and relaxing and a reasonable price. The rooms are really clean spacious and modern, comfy beds great view and good facilities. The choice of pools and not to mention slides are great, sometimes we struggled to get a sunbed so get up early if you can, but you're right on the beach anyway gorgeous quite secluded and plenty of space. The bars provide a great range of drinks plenty of nice cocktails and wines and the food is absolutely amazing so much choice and so delicious! different options every night (alongside your staples). I was so pleasently suprised by the choice, plus freshly cooked Infront of you. Entertainment was also fantastic, great shows and a late bar too. Couldn't recommend enough even better than expected!

Just arrived home from a great week in the (Aug 6th — 13th) The overall holiday experience in the current covid situation was superb. Staff were absolutely excellent. Food was plentyful and so much variety… entertainment every evening. If your due to holiday here soon you have no worries Lots of other guests on the flight home had poor experiences with other hotels… so glad we picked Paloma Grida. We had a Awesome hols ️

Fantastic family resort with a great selection of pools and water slides. Staff are so accomodating and ensure everyone feels at home, food is amazing the a la carte restaurants are sure to garner everyones taste buds,. Love paloma and cannot wait to return for our 3rd time ❤️❤️

Well it would have been nice to actually book and have a holiday here but 3 unanswerd emails and read but unanswered facebook messages. Not exactly great communcation considering I was a potential customer.

Arrived home yesterday & already looking to go back! Our 4&7 year old had the time of their lives & the staff at the kids club showed them so much affection they cried that they wouldn’t see them again! Every member of staff at the hotel have been amazing. Food is lovely & enough to accommodate a very fussy eater. As big as the hotel is, it didn’t feel busy at any point as there is so much space & different areas for people to use. Hotel and facilities were clean and fab, the only down side is that you have to book the a la carte restaurants a day in advance at 9am, so people were queuing in the morning, but I can’t see a way around this really. Very happy 37, 33, 7 & 4 years old with fantastic memories!

All staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Weather very hot. Stunning place would definately come back. Plenty to choose food wise and the kids are well catered for as well. So over all it would be a great family holiday.

This is a good resort for thise travelling with children, lots of pools and a lovely beach, however as always with all inclusive resorts the food can get a bit same-y. The food is decent quality though and flavoursome, and the rooms are nice given the size of the hotel. When leaving it was quite hot sat around waiting for the transfer as the reception area is open air so not air conditioned. I would go back because it is a nice safe place for children.

Just back from a fantastic 10 day family holiday. 11 of us, 2 grandparents 4 parents and 5 children aged 2years to 9years of age. This resort exceeded our expectations by a long margin. You will of read other reviews about this resort and we would agree with the very positive outcome they give. Plenty for the kids to do and the adult bar and beach section where you can get that little peace and tranquility. Something you may not have read is the efforts that the staff go to in ensuring the best health and hygiene for their guests. To help keep the insects at bay (we had no mozzies or any other insect in the 3 rooms that we occupied for the duration of our stay) they spray the rooms, and they also disinfect the rooms you get a letter left in your room telling you when and how. This is over and above what the maids do daily. The grounds do not get neglected either. The pools are cleaned every evening, as are the areas around the pool side. I saw the crazy paving pathways around the grounds being washed and scrubbed during the evenings and sometimes during the day, they even empty the rubbish bins that are actually flower pots and wash them out every time. During meal time the water parks go quiet for an hour or more to encourage you to go and eat the freshly cooked food. You can still use the pools though its just the water jets and fountains that stop. So is there anything negative, well no, but being British I have to find something.

We've only been here for 1 week and so far everything has been incredible. My Partner proposed last night and they've made us feel so special. 100% recommend this for families. Food is amazing, drinks are lovely too. Perfect holiday.

Have been staying at this hotel since 13.07-25.07 I am a husband and son of 10 years. Overall the hotel experience is positive. Very large and beautiful territory, well-groomed, clean. The beach is clean and large, there are always enough places, the entrance to the sea with a small pebble, gradual is not sharp. The food is very diverse, almost for every taste, everything we ate was delicious, without complaints, almost every day there were shrimp, mussels and squid. Meat, chicken and grilled fish, grilled vegetables every day, also meat and chicken in a different performance (with sauce, vegetables, potatoes) pasta in different performance, greens, cheeses, cold snacks, vegetables and green salads are the shortest many. If someone says there's nothing to eat, I don't agree it's just a lie. Baking in terms of sweets, buns, croissants, etc. Just unlisted, fresh and tasty. The water is bottled in unlimited quantities in all bars and restaurants. Fruits are also a lot : watermelons, melons, apples of two kinds, oranges, peaches, plums, cherries, grapes, bananas, nectarines, apricots. In general, in terms of nutrition, everything is fine. Yes by the way about dirty dishes in the dining room, for all the rest caught only one plate with a small speck, but it does not count, basically everything was clean. There is also enough space in the dining room, especially if you do not come to the end. Children's buffet did not use, I can not say anything.

So first a top arrival, a super helpful person to drop us off in a cart, in a nice room very clean (by the way surprised by the comments) then visit the place wawww paradise we have 2 children who had stars full eyes 1 stop restaurant a choice for all the taste of the meal diette adult dish normal grill dessert choice crazy then see the pool then at the beach a great time '! Arrival top then we met the photographer Daniel top top put us rdv on the 2nd day it's to do with the loulous waw report of sick photographer super also tjrs smiled' t the bjrs the word for laugh … Awesome entertainment in the evening a cleanliness as jms fine top top just small flat in the cmolex no French except entertainment evening and children but I think back very quickly and hygiene was there throughout our stay, I already recommend this hotel at all

We had a fantastic holiday at The Paloma Grida. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean with a free safe and mini bar that was replenished daily. The resort was set out like a mini village and the grounds were kept immaculate, the staff work so hard and always greet you with a smile, they seem genuinely happy to work there. The entertainment was spot on and we spent most evenings at The Zomm Bar watching the live bands and drinking cocktails! The choice of food was amazing and every night there was a different theme, I can honestly say I didn't get bored with the food which can often be repetitive on all inclusive holidays. All in all this was a fantastic place and we would quite happily return.

Best hotel in the world! The food is the best and so is the nature of the place! It is very lovely if you want a hotel that is relaxing, naturally beautiful. I recommend to any families or even young people. Great service.

My family of four have just arrived home from visiting the Paloma & we didn’t want to leave. The resort is beautifully done out and is always immaculately clean. The staff are really hard working & friendly. Apologies for the long review but there are so many good points to list… We arrived in the middle of the night and were checked in really quickly then taken to our room on a golf cart so there were no bags to carry and we couldn’t get lost! There are loads of pools & water slides — my 8 & 9 year old kids loved them. We found that sun loungers were easy to come by even though the resort was busy. Food is lovely. The main restaurant is a little repetitive but if you mix it up & go to the a la carte restaurants as well then you can’t go wrong. I highly recommend the seasons restaurant. The Disney cake displays in the main restaurant are very impressive. The organic wine served all over the resort is delicious (particularly the red). All of the bars have a long cocktail list although my favorite was a secret recipe mix by our favorite bar man Vahap Celik in bar Bianco. Entertainment is fabulous. In particular, the circus & magic evenings are amazing. We hired a cabana for the day which was €50 but it’s worth it. The staff bring you champagne, water & a huge fruit platter on arrival then again at 2:30. They also bring you your choice of lunch at around 1pm, a plate of cookies and ask regularly if they can bring you anything from the bar.

The staff here work unbelievably hard to ensure the stay is what you would expect. Although the breakfast and lunch menus could be repetitive, the choice was so vast, you never have to have the same meals twice. (This didn't seem to be the case with the dinner menu, as that appeared different each night) Pools were great, location great, entertainment great. Only slight gripe is the prices the resort shops (which I believe are independent from the rest of the complex) charge for their wares. Would highly recommend for families, couples, groups… basically, they cater for everyone. First class set-up. Oh, did I mention how good the staff are? …

Arrived to relax in this hotel today 03.06.2018 by a family of 4 with 2 children 11 years and 1.8 years — at first glance all very much liked. Arrived at the hotel at 8am and we were immediately moved in, as with a small child. And so the standard settlement at 14.00. Not the usual design — reception in the open air — we see the roaring times. Two-storey cozy houses, located very conveniently, compactly and beautifully. By the way, we were settled in the super-room. I understood here mainly place holidaymakers with children, because the stroller was a whole pile on the pen floor and because there are mini and teenager clubs. The room is larger, light, the room has a large 2 bedroom and one-bedroom, sofa. A chair with a journe. Table. Kettle, which is a lot when you rest with the kids. The bathroom has a bath and shower — generally convenient, that likes, so and enjoys. And the rest as everywhere else, cupboard, bollards, table mirror, refrigerator safe. A very original alley from the front desk with shops and bars. The area is bigger, beautiful, clean. Pools are large, sunbeds are free everywhere and by the sea and by the pools. This is the first impressions — after the holiday we will write another review, compare, so to speak, impressions "before" and "after. " We went to rest) ) )

This is a very noisy hotel, if you are looking for peace and quiet, it is not here that you have to come. The music is very loud at the pool level. The place reserved for + 18 years is no longer, the waiters say nothing to the children who come to put the mess. The hotel is not worth these 5 stars as it claims, it remains old and very dildoing from the inside. Food is the only positive point because it is very diversified. There is no disco for young people, at 11:30 pm, everything is over. If you do not speak English, the staff will make no effort to help you. The rooms are not cleaned properly. Too many children, never seen, there are more than adults.

A good place for a family holiday with children. The concept of the hotel on that and built. Everything here: Water park, swimming pools, kids club and even a small amusement park with trampolines and Carouselas. There is a separate children's restaurant. The hotel area is large. The hotel itself is made in the form of a large number of cabins in 2-3 floors. But it is not a minus, but rather a plus, because it creates the impression that you are in some nice village, with pleasant winding streets. On the lawn, often there are turtles, which are perfectly calm, no one is afraid, crawling and pinching grass. The food is good and varied. As for the sea, today May 19 its temperature is not less than 24 degrees.

I have spent a pleasant stay at the hotel. The dishes were diverse. The staff is very friendly and attentive. But the music was too loud to talk during the shows and concerts. In case of heavy rains (very rare), a lot of plates of water and risk of slipping perilous.

Nice hotel in a lush green setting when you see some other surrounding. Good food, very friendly staff, very lively atmosphere. Children well taken care of. Only downside: some work of interviews, painting, are inconvenient for comfort.

Very clean, very flowered and very attentive staff (flowers and food deposited in the Villa). Hyper reactive technician in a problem with the bathtub. Very varied and personal Club for children who speak French very well.

Was a lovely hotel the beach wasn’t great and the pools wasn’t heated. The temperature on their board was showing 29c when I checked in my phone it was 23c (someone is lying). The food was ok but got feed up after a while. I understand Turkish as I’m Turkish and didn’t appreciate the workers telling the tourist to go because they came a bit late to the restaurant. Most of the workers were rude and saying some nasty things under their breath and thought no one understood them. If you don’t like working there leave, why make someone feel unwelcome. Me and my kids felt very unwelcome in my own country.

Great time great place for families… there could be a bit more for the teenage group… only one pool table and not so great gaming etc… films for cinema is restricted… the reception staff can be rude at times… other than that fab holiday.

It was wonderfully beautiful with you. The whole facility is fantastic. I would like to mention Dogukan and Barbaros from the Animtören: you are just great. It was never boring.
I liked the best live music every night. The ambiance of this Staße is so great.
The SPA team is also top. After the massage of Kadir I felt like a newborn.

Absolutely fantastic, up there in the top 3 hotels I've been to. Free Wi-Fi, free beach towels, 2 free minibars in the room. Staff really friendly. Great atmosphere. Entertainment is a bit short but it is the start of the season.

Green, very well maintained complex, embellished with exotic plants, very tasty, varied food (almost around the clock) from our own production, nice service, day social program, child-friendly facilities, comfortable beach area with great views — us Everything fit for the perfect holiday!

Very nice hotel. A great facility, not quite as big but perfectly adequate. Very nice beach area, lying everywhere and sunscreen. At any time you can eat and drink, for the kids there is always program, great animation, nice pool area, slides for small and big.

Were September 2017 with seven people there for 10 days. Beautiful facility. The food is very good. Dad Personal is very very accommodating and discreet. Unfortunately, like some guests, I heeded that and treat the staff badly to the point of belittling. Even in such a situation everything proceeded courteously … it would be appropriate for many outrageous guests to point out the border. In part, that was really hard to look at. Respect the staff! A star deduction because the pool in our holiday mind. Was locked four times for connoctioning with feces. Either swimming nappies are not known to the Russian guests represented in large numbers in number or you simply don't care about the hints. At the very least, guests should have clearly made this clear and offered swimming nappies on site in the market. I hope that the potentially culturally related problem will come to grips with. Otherwise Top Hotel. In my opinion, Turkey is still the best holiday destination with unrivalled hotels. This one is one of them. In Spain, you number at least. Double for the same performance. We'll definitely be back.

Great place for a family with kids. Good entertainment, super delicious food. Only downside was the spa! I would suggest to avoid from this places as there s no fix price for spa. I was given price quote of €70 for a treatment. My friend paid $40 (dollar not euro unlike my quote) for the same treatment. So my conclusion is that they try to charge whatever they could in the spa. That's shame for a such a lovely hotel! Apart from that it was a first class hotel.

HI I was in the Paloma Grida from 24 10 to 03 11, with two children. It was a very nice holiday. Very friendly staff, nice rooms, top food.
The complex is very well maintained and really nicely laid out.

Nice and Big hotel. Not 5 stars, but solid 4. Large and groomed grounds, clean and wide beach, huge restaurant. Kitchen on 4, monotonous menu, little fish and seafood, little fruit, only once were bananas. The rooms are different, there is a balcony and a bathroom, and there are little ones at all. The furniture is old, the mattress is rigid, carpet is not present, on a floor the tile cold. Animation on 2. Girls are not engaged in children, themselves have fun and all. Mini Disco at all About nothing. These are the main disadvantages for which one star was removed. The staff is very polite and helpful, no problem to solve any question. The location is good, designed for a large number of visitors. The Mini club is well equipped, but again everything is worn out, confused and there is no order.

Great hotel for family holidays. We stayed in this hotel in October. Beautiful green area. The hotel is decorated in the form of a European village. The grounds are clean, well groomed. Clean beach.
Very good service in the restaurant. Very kind waiters. Minimal, but still speak Russian. The food is very tasty. Maybe only there was not enough meat assortment.
The room fund is not new. The rooms are small, but quite clean and cozy.
The animation is good: Interesting shows and live music every night.
Wonderful animation for kids. Very friendly animators, always smiling and communicating with children as with their own. Children love them very much. In general, this is the best mini Club of those that met. Many different themed rooms for kids of different ages. Children are difficult to pull out) ) ) in the Mini Club you can be sure of safety-all rooms are equipped with cameras.
The result is a wonderful holiday for both parents and children.

Having tried some other all inclusive hotels around the Med we have just returned from our fourth visit to Paloma Grida Resort. Why? Excellent facilities. Several good pools with/without slides, a smart spa with heated indoor pool, a large well kept private beach, and a huge variety of high quality food. The evening entertainment is remarkably high quality with several professional dance and acrobatic shows each week. Best of all are the amazing facilities for kids at mini club, mini water park, a splash park, all day mini club with soft play and a daily activity programme, mini disco every evening all staffed by a wonderful, professional, engaging, and caring team (all with good English), who my two year old and four year old love and talk about between our visits!

Lovely hotel. Kids club was brilliant, especially Damla. She knew exactly what was going on and her English was fabulous. Our girls didn’t want to leave! We had to drag them out :) entertainment was good and the service was spot on, bringing you drinks and crisps. Room was clean and spacious.

Lovely hotel and grounds with a private beach. The hotel is all inclusive so there is always some delicious cooking somewhere. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and well maintained. The staff are effective and always busy, front of house are very friendly, service staff not so much. Over all the hotel offers good value, though the 5* rating is in my opinion over the top.

This hotel is never a 5 *as advertised. I will not resist or recommend to anyone. As a family 4 out of 5 of us have had tummy bug either through the awful food or general hygiene of the place spreading germs. Our room is dated and full of dust the floors don't get cleaned the maid even left her dirty mop in our room one day. Some of the staff clearly don't want to be here one lady hasn't cracked a smile all 10 days we've been here. Not one of the entertainment team have spoke to my children and some nights not even a word of English was spoken by those doing the kids disco was everything but. Thomas Cook should review this hotel and take stars away Very unhappy tourist.

Amazing hotel. Great Staff. Includes Cat Shelter and friendly cats walk around the hotel grounds. Also FREE Wi-Fi throughout the main section of the hotel and poolside is definitely a plus!

A very temples system. She's very sprawling, so you don't even notice the amount of people. The staff is very friendly and trying and keeps everything in a tip top condition!

The hotel impresses especially with its style, it does not defy, like other hotels, with size and visitor numbers, but makes you feel at home. The hotel also offers street cats a great home and not to forget: The first-class and friendly service, to the centre of Belek it is only 800m and the hotel is located directly on the shallow sandy beach! The pools also offer variety and are very clean, there are also countless leisure activities available! If the hotel is a bit old, it is still highly recommended! Both thumbs up!

It is a very good hotel with beautiful beach and pools. We have booked a cabana where we can lie urgently every day (overlooking the sea). The food also tastes delicious! So I would recommend it to any family! The rooms are kept very simple and what I find particularly good is that it is just no real hotel but only so individual houses with about 2-6 individual apartments. Super!

We had a wonderful holiday 10 days all inclusive. Our room was lovely and comfortable it was cleaned daily and fresh towels and shampoo provided. All of the staff were extremely polite, friendly and extremely hard working. They all went out of their way to ensure our holiday was amazing. The food was outstanding and although I'm a vegetarian I was well catered for and ate something different for every meal. I even had meals prepared for me in advance. My husband and son are meat eaters and they also loved everything on offer. Especially our night in the a la carte steak house. Theres a pool to suite any mood, party, chilled, fun slides and children's climbing frame and slides. The beach is clean and the sea was warm and great for swimming. The range of daily activities on offer daily is wonderful and we all took part in something. The shows were fantastic and that great I almost cried one night. My son was very happy to chill ocassionally in the teenage room there's were plenty of games and technology on offer. I would go back tomorrow if I could. Fantastic all inclusive service. Big resort with a beach, small waterpark and kids facilities. Very good food for an all inclusive resort.

Lovely place, lovely food and the views are stunning. For me the only thing that let's it down is the shower size the bathroom is big but the shower is small.

For a family with children, a hotel for a five. Quality nutrition for children and adults. Great animation during the day and the evening show.

"Paloma Grida" with children 4, 6, 14, 10 days, and entertainment. The territory is big, beautiful, all green; Basins for any depth of 20 to 140 cm; The sea is clean, the bottom is clear; There are several bars in the territory that make delicious cocktails; In the evening for children, a mini disc, then a show, after the show, can go further and entertain; There's also a kids ' club that works from 10 to 10, you can leave the kids all day, they'll be doing it, playing, showing different master classes. The great children's club, every child will find an approach, there's a playground with Roundabouts; The restaurant is just 5 ++, food is good, different fish every day, meat, shish kebabs, many different cakes, pastries, fruits, baklava, skinny leave; The mini bar is filled every day; The only minus, the room was clean, the rest of the day was found under diaper (new) and wet napkins for the children, and so it was perfect.

There's no rest in this hotel, but it leaves much to be desired. The hotel was very relaxing from 12 to 28 May 2017, and the staff is in short supply, as a result of: Queues for food (with a very modest food assortment), and then the search for a free space in a single restaurant and take care of the waiters who are really Little. In addition, dirty dishes, broken and non-working children's carousels, broken toys in a children's club and an AP. And pi. The kids at the hotel were so much, living like a daycare. Given the lack of any noise in the hotel rooms, the children's screams will be heard all the time. It's not like the job is 24 hours a day at the bar and the presence of foreign spirits.

Everything was fantastic, the resort, the people, the staff, the food, the accommodation. We enjoyed it and would definitely recommend. We would also come back again. Thanks for everything Paloma Grida Resort.

We are now 3. Time within a period of one year here and it was, as always, stunningly beautiful. We come in 5 months again and hope that we'll all see each other again. Especially Hassan, Mehmet, Rüstem, Bircan, Bulent, Ramazan and all the other us for the umpteenth time, a stunningly beautiful vacation place!

Went with my wife and wee boy of 6 we had a great time the food was good, staff were great, booked this hoilday as there was a lot for my wee boy to do we were not let down the kids club staff were great hotel was 10 min walk from town felt safe and shops were great. Hotel was well layed out the shops in hotel were good (news agent shop was great had most things you need and owner was great) would go back great value for money.

Very decent hotel for a family holiday, everything is done at a good level. Very lame service only in the main restaurant. The main restaurant get ready for full self-service.

A very very good place to stay with family or even for a couple. I was staying with family and have a 5 year old son and we all liked it very much.

Great hotel. For families with children from 2 to 10 years, probably the best Turkish "classmates", due to the larger number of children's playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions, and continuous animation. Conveniently, Belek itself is a 10-15 minute walk.

Rested in may 2009. Location, area, service, food, everything is close. Animation sensual, international youth team. On the evening views sometimes was just a delight!
