The staff is not trained, can not speak English and very rude. Disorganization regarding the Covid19 measures. Especially at meals (sometimes self-service, then not within a day). At the reception you will not be well looked after / advised (because no one can english / german) regarding PCR test. You have to take care of everything yourself, although the hotel advertises that someone is on site for the test every day (lied). Pool water very cold. At noon and in the evening the same monotonous food and that daily (No variety).
I advise everyone the hotel against… gives better ones for this price! No 5 stars (rather 3 stars).

Well below expectations, service was poor, beach too far and too many extra charges for the ultra all inclusive arrangement. Access to beach and restaurant by many unknown people, poor looking and migrants, security was on low level. Gym was very poor as well as selection of drinks, entertainment offer very limited. Only good thing was food, well prepared and variety of choices. Overall, very low value for the price paid.

The hotel is good! But the service is disgusting! Water sports are organized ugly! Places on a banana do not count on the number of applicants. Stand forced in the heat with children! The organizer did not even notice that a few tourists stayed on the shore, and the banana left! Shame on the hotel 5!

The hotel is small, cozy, on the second line. Great hotel on 3 lines. A large bus runs to the sea every 15 minutes. Feeds well. The hotel has 9 swimming pools, slides and a water park. The rooms are new. The cleaning is great.

The ideal place to stay with the family, there are slides and pools for children and bars with pools and sunbeds for adults. The hotel is perfect.

Very nice hotel and very delicious food. Location is good next to new opening Land of legends shopping avenue and park. Rooms are cleaned well. I think need only more toiletries in rooms like cotton buds, conditioners. Only thing I don't like is the indoor pool was not hot enough.

Excellent service. Fed well. The room was cleaned every day. The sea is transported by bus every 15 minutes. Everything's fine.

Stayed 6 days, end of october: Very clean hotel, friendly staff, very calm; spa area invites for relaxing (massages are awesome) ; fitness equippment is partially not working, fitness room smells like wet moss; buffets are rich, from good quality but recurring; missed some theme dinners; private beach area with bar is a nice add-on.

Cons (significant) : 1) The indoor pool is only open from November, but it is not mentioned anywhere. And if you are gathered in the summer period steam in the sauna, and then swim in the basike, then you are waiting for a bummer.
1) The spa-complex itself is not in charge of the hotel, so all the questions should be addressed not gest relation hotel, and the administration of the spa.

Very nice and big hotel, nice staff. The hotel has 2. Different areas from the pool, which I haven't seen in another hotel.

We had had a room on the 1st floor. The cleaning lady had been very demotivated there as it wasn't really clean from the start. Personally, I would have preferred to have cleaned myself. In addition, at the bottom of the basement is a disco that is open until at night at 2 o 'clock. If you want to get an eye at night, you have to be patient. You can hear seeeehr loudly the bass. At night there maybe only a maximum of 5 counted people, so in my opinion you can turn it a little quieter. My recommendation therefore is to try not to get a room on the first floor.

The hotel is come to my impression in the years and down wont! Perhaps Yes the 5 stars were once justified many years ago, but in its present state it is not 3 star value in my opinion. I can describe only as inferior food. For each course has to be paid extra. Sad if "all inclusive" has been posted! You don't even get a mediocre orange juice for breakfast, but must buy this. The drinks that are there include porridge, strange sugar water in various colors and flavors, cocktails that could be mixed this sugar water and go through as non-alcoholic beer and a "coffee" which tastes rather like in gekokelten sawdust! Everywhere, one has the impression that the tourists should be milked where it just goes! There's a small run-down gym in which I've found no device which would have easily worked. Actually, there is no Wi-Fi! There's a Wi-Fi router although at the reception area but the signal does not extend beyond the foyer and the Internet is not really usable as unbearably slow! Most of the guests should probably be (mostly German) pensioners.
Antalya airport is a 30min drive away and directly in front of the hotel there is a stop for the public bus so you can forgo the overpriced transport offers of the hotel well.

This is the worst Hotel in which we have done so far is holiday. Once and never again! There is no recommendation can be made. Except: The weather was beautiful and the applications in the savings area (extra charge) were great.

This hotel rated 5 * in fact is only a 2 * at best. Food disaster, just dessert that passes, clean hotel run down and unsafe a shame, mattress transits disgusting no animation or almost I discourage the vera chain remove all offers. The 5 stars isn't pulls, 3 hard!

This is the best hotel where I have seen so far. Simply the Hammer! Every day, super animation! On the evening of super show. Super food, super entertainment, super output. Just perfect! June 2015. A very comfortable hotel for family holidays with children. Road noise is not audible. Cockroaches have not seen. Room cleaned every day — clean towels, bedding every three days and water in the fridge is always in the room. Two children's pools, "splash" (there are 3 pool with depth of 140cm). One wading pool with children's water slides. There are slides and adult — the water Park of the three hills. Nursery age 0+. Steamed, boiled dishes. Peeled vegetables. Fries without salt.
