The hotel is declared family-children. And everything would be good: Children's mini-club, children's dining room, children's water slides and exotic flash-platform. But! The tiles around the pool are cheap and insanely slippery. The child fell and cut his lip. No toilet in the children's Hotel has a pot (for comparison, in any IKEA in the toilet they are full for all tastes). Cleaning of the room for 10 days of stay was 3 times as the rest of the time the cleaners came during baby sleep and we asked not to disturb. The arrival requested a quiet room. As a result, the disco was rumbling in the Windows till 1:00 a. M. Every day. In general, the hotel is practically absent soundproofing, hear everything and everywhere: as they walk down the hallway, as the cleaners are shouting, as in the next room screaming child. The team of children's animation seemed rather lazy to me. Children spent most of their time loitering around, often simply included cartoons. In 16:45 the children's club was closed and all were kicked out.

The advantage of the hotel is the kitchen. Huge strawberry dishes every day. 2-3 species of meat, 2-3 species of fish (red, white) cheeses (hard, with mould, salted, etc. ) Another thing is that not all Turks can cook, but here just have to accept-this is everywhere. It's hard to stay hungry.
In the kitchen there would be no complaints, if not one but: on the last night of the dinner in the salad I got a piece of glass! Lucky I didn't break the tooth. I told the chief manager he said he'd find out. The chef came with a girl from the guest role as a translator. They apologized, and as a compensation-free reservation of any restaurant a la carte, but I said that we are leaving tomorrow, and we do not need, we no longer plan to return to this hotel. No more attempts to apologize or to smooth the unpleasant impression was not. The hotel doesn't care about its customers and their stay.
Asked at the reception to extend us the room on the day of departure until 16 o'clock, as the flight to Moscow was evening, at first said that everything is crowded, then storgovany to 14 hours. Thank you, though.
