This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in my life. They advertise on the website that has a beach at the front (lie), you need to take the long journey to find a rocky beach. The hotel said it has free Wi-Fi, I am still trying to connect my phone and did not get anything. The hotel has no suitable place for a breakfast and lunch. The hotel does not offer any room service day. We waited 2 hours after check in to get into dirty room, no toilet paper, no linens for my child, with dirty towels. I was very disappointed because the price was not cheap, and the staff does not speak anything in English and nothing around the hotel is written in another language. I think this country is wonderful and with a welcoming people but all hotels should be prepared to receive the tourists, at least with the minimum of dignity that we as consumers deserve.

It's a worst place ever. Stayed. Today is my first day and I will be staying for another 4 nights. There is no Wi-Fi, no bell boy, not enough light in the room. I booked an apartment for 5 family members and was given 1 queen blanket to be shared among five of us so I had to upgrade my apartment and pay ththem a good sum extra, it's location is worst with nothing nearby, very poorly managed, not recommend for any one.

The accommodation features a sauna. Accommodation is fitted with air conditioning and features a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. A dishwasher is also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. There is a shuttle bus in summer time every 2 hours for guest available. The wellness area offers a fitness centre. A garden and an outdoor swimming pool are featured at the apartment. 5M Migros is 7 km from Moonlight Residence. The nearest airport is Antalya Airport, 20 km from the property.

We booked an Duplex AP which was very nice but not clean at all. I asked at the reception if I can get cleaning stuff cause in the bathroom was still dirty. The man at the reception sent the cleaning lady and she just rinsed the shower with hot water and left. So I cleaned by myself. The air conditioning wasn't not working and we asked many times for a hair dryer which we never got. The swimming pool is nice and big. The area is not nice and far away from city center and beach.

Cool, quiet place not far from the sea, there is Wi-Fi and catches everywhere also sauna, hammam, outdoor and indoor pool and fitness. Excellent combination of price and quality. A chic place in its beauty ❤

We were very dissatisfied with this accommodation: it was not cleaned (dust, trash in the bucket, uncleaned dishwasher) We had to ask the responsible person who did not understand English, extra to take care of it) there was no internet in the bathroom was the shower cubicle Not tight and we always had to wipe the floor after showering.
Check-out was made on the day of departure for early morning 5.30 o'clock, but no one came from the office.
In addition to the aforementioned inconvenience, the following things were missing in the apartment, which should be made available according to the booking confirmation: hair dryer iron kettle cleaning Agent coffee machine towels (so we had to ask for extra But for 4 people only 2) cleaning agents (we had to buy everything ourselves to keep the apartment reasonably clean during the stay) pool view (we only had the street views) soundproofing (you could hear the neighbors very well) you have to Emphasize that the plant itself is very beautiful and green, but it simply lacks good organization, adequate control and a hospitable, interested staff or contact persons. In any case, we had the feeling that we were not important as a customer and we will not recommend this facility to anyone else.

The hotel is pleasant, we lived here a month. The rooms have everything. From TV to small spoons. There are no! Internet speed dicontinued slow, noisy neighbors, room cleaning and extra blanket cost money. The rest of you can live.

I'm really glad it's a great clean residence with friendly staff, an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a sauna, hammam, a bodybuilding room, games for kids and all that free. There is nothing to say. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby with really affordable prices. Very quiet place.

Clean and good residence lovely staff especially Mohammed very helpful man great swimming pool just Wi-Fi was too slow I hope to work for it but every thing it's ok … I really enjoy in my holiday in this residence thanks to every body.

Not everything is as good as I wanted…
We had a half-better with grief, still trying to beat the money for the accommodation, although we all paid for it.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The service is no, more precisely it is not present at all: the towel did not change, the paper was not brought-we bought, the rooms were not cleaned until we asked to remove after 5 days.
The room was stitches clean, there is a posudojka, oven, microwave and washing machine.
The kettle is electric no, but was their local.
The bathroom is very dirty and old, shower creaked and almost apart, under the sink flowed pipe, the washer was old and also leaked at the wash, more precisely water flowed straight from under the glass.
It was not possible to sleep at night due to the noise of the blocks from the air conditioner.
On the 3rd day the internet was gone, but so no one fixed it for all the days of our stay, and as the staff was not quite responsive, they did not care ( ( (

The pool is great and the rooms are clean.

Nice apartmint &nice pool but with out clean service in rooms only after 5 day resarvaition.

A huge effort must be made to achieve the standards sooner a willingness to do better; what is DeSola c they can do better than that; The description made on booking is faithful to the reality.

No cleaning service, the shower broken by last pepol, no water to drink you must by from far supermarket outside.

Big Pool, clean appartments, kidspark and very Beautiful gardens.

It has nothing near by and it smells like trach and the up stars bed is like a brick and I found bugs in my room DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ ON THIS THE HOTEL HAS FAKE PICTURES that they show they also have holse in the walls and also wals have black on them im not useing the apartment if it is free I want to give my room to the homels im get a reel hotel today and im going to run away if you have a room give it to someone and go get a reel hotel today also the hotel lies about the gym there is no gym and not fun for adults or kids I leave for 20 min to just to get water Deer moonlight owner I know that you work hard for your coutemrs but u showed the room soo clean it realy has black on the walls and holes to I know there is alot of maids in turcky so why do you leave it all up to us to clean but I well rate you 3 stars for working.

Perfect to spend 1 week vacation. The only minus is the distance to the nearest market which is 20 min. Should have some transport mean otherwise perfect.

Great Apartments, staff, equipment, amenities, etc. We stayed here 6 nights and loved every minute.

I enjoyed my time at Moonlight Residence. The apartment was well-kept and has pretty much everything one needs for a short or extended stay. They offer a free shuttle bus to the beach but I never used it — it's not too long a walk and it's a walking is a good way to enjoy the neighborhood and people. There's a bus stop nearby; I got an AntalyaKart (public transit card) so I could hop on a bus or minibus and get all over Antalya with relative ease. The apartment is in a residential neighborhood and it is very safe and secure. Cleaning is once weekly. All in all, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
