Service very bad. Rooms were okay.

This hotel was extremely rude and cheap, no room service, VERY rude staff they gave no respect to foreigners. Internet was rubbish and when you ask they insult and reply harshly. Cleaning service was horrific, no mopping, wet bed sheets, hair on pillows and dirty towels, sometimes they made us clean our rooms, AC was leaking and very poor is fan. No shampoo or body wash no razors and a very unhealthy environment to stay in. Receptionist would cut the phone on your face. They would even switch your phone off so you do not ring. The males down in the reception would ignore you completely. They would also swear in Turkish at you.
