The hotel staff are very rude and impolitely they don't offer any help and whatever you ask them they don't provide it. The housekeeping service is not neat and unprofissional.

The worst hotel I have ever been, except the sea view from the room, nothing satisfies the customer needs. Always there is a problem with Wi-Fi, same breakfast and dinner, we felt REGRET to spend our family vacation here :/ plus air conditioner does not work good, bad smell on elevators. Not professional staff! Only location could be +point, rest is all awful.

A failed hotel where employees hate us so much we pay for it and can not drink water with food.

The only reason for one star is the managment of the hotel is very poor. The hotel itself is in a great location and is very nice inside. The only thing I would suggest to the owner is to re-staff and hire new people.

It's very bad hotel. Service is too low the employees are angry all day. My advice not even to try it.

The hotel is getting older. For the price but completely ok. The beds are hardly enough for a person of 180 cm … For breakfast, you should bring your own bread.

Hotel is at the junction street, everything is within accessible zone. Markets get closed but food, Sheesha, Ice cream parlors and coffee houses remain open until late. Night life is so-so. One can go to the beach nearby or shopping at lara. All rooms are beach front, food is good.

This hotel is colletion of disgusting things in one place as I ever seen in Turkey. I don't know how turkey tourism managment accept this rubbish place as hotel with uncivilized manager, rude stuff, expired food and dirty rooms. Even one star is too much for this place… With shame, I booked 4days but I left the hotel at first night without take back my money. Iam not recommended this place for your stay because you just waste your time and money. Don't let them to cheat you with there fake photos.

The worst hotel I ever seen there is no service and cant drink water or enter bottle of water from outside without payment. Otherwise we entered bottle of water without payment so we did success in that mission.

Antalya is beautiful, suffering begets the old town to the scraper rack,, unfortunately. Unfortunately… The gravel beach in the North (Kemer) is also underway, although many holidaymakers are already there, beginning with the works…

Very very very bad and low quality food, I saw warm in tomato and the potatos were uneatable, all the food was uneatable. We paid all inclusive price but there was no free water in hotel, just during the times that the restaurant was open, Other times you should pay a high price just for a bottle of water. But The Outside view was nice. And the cleaning Lady was a nice and lovley person.

Bad service, air conditioner doesnt work, bad food, rooms arent clean. The location is good.

Every time I hear about Turkey I remember the bad experience I went through in this Hotel. The staff was very rude. And food 'OMG' the A/C in my room was very noisy when it is on… When I checke_out went to the bus and the bus was about to move, the Reception guy stop the whole bus to ask one the guests pay for using bottle of water from the mini bar. Very bad service and management.

Very bad hotel. The minibar not cleaned for many weeks. The food very bad. Fungis infekted cheese. Have never experienced so bad food in Turkey. Sad they spoil the turkisk kitchen.

Only location and view is good, other than that all less than expected, rooms very small, cooling system not working good, service very poor. Over all not recommended and do not deserve 4 stars even not 1 star hotel.

Hotel rooms are clean and the view from the rooms is very nice, however hotel stuff are very rude and no Wi-Fi niether inside rooms nor in the lobby.

Actually this hotel had a super bad cooling system that you don't feel th air condition also the food is not so good with no many choices also the staff is not so professional and dont have a good communication skills with customers, I have forgotten my bag at the hotels' restaurant and when I asked them about it they did not help me and not allow me to see cameras.

Location of this hotel is good, in the beginning of Isiklar street where is the life of Antalya, very close for the Trum and many supermarkets and restaurants around, the swimming pool is big and nice, all rooms have view of the sea but there is no swimming beach close for the hotel, food is good but not perfect and Wi-Fi is hard to connect, stuff are friendly and nice.

Great views from the hotel, but very very poor service. Internal cooling system might as well not have been there. Several of the rooms had cooling problem, and in July, the heat was unbearable. It took 20 minutes for a person to come and have a look at the AC.

Really bad customer service they dont give even water with their meals if u have a guest to your room even for 10 minutes they charge u, I had two guests to my room for half an hour and they charged me for both of them and they turn the AC off cause they say the weather is cool but I couldnt sleep because it was hot.

Staff was 2 stars very poor service food spoiled and never for 7 days were not cleaned and the towels had to ask.
