Well, what can I say about this hotel other than WOW WOW WOW WOW AND WOW?!
All I can say is our stay was absolutely amazing. My husband and I went to Antalya for our honeymoon for a week and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The hotel very kindly upgraded our room to a honeymoon suite. The suite had an amazing view of the sea and the mountains. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing. Always smiling and happy to help. We met some amazing staff there; Nursa, Damla and a young lovely trainee whom all worked on reception. They were extremely helpful from day one and throughout our stay. They have a wealth of knowledge about Antalya, what things to do and where to visit. Each tour will cost between €35 to €70 each depending on what you want to do. The hotel had an amazing all you can eat breakfast which seemed to alternate on a daily basis and a pool (free for the guests) along with a spa (which you had to pay extra for, which was very reasonably priced). Its advisable to take half Euros and half Turkish Liras (you’ll need the euros for when going on tours). The best place to exchange your money is either at the western union in Antalya or in the arrivals hall at Antalya airport as it is commission free. Never exchange money from the airports in the UK. A taxi to Antalya centrum from the aiport is approx 70TL. Other private hires will charge €35 or 200TL. The yellow taxi is what you want. As you come out of arrivals the taxi stand is to the far right.

It was one of the worst hotel I have been in my life. Staff are not friendly, interiors are outdated, air conditioning system is not working, cleaning is below the standards. I won't recommend it if you are coming to relax as it makes your trip unpleasant and not good to remember!

I am so surprised that this hotel is. 4 star hotel. There are major problems including the air conditioner that does not work. I was there for two nights on August, and I had to go down to the reception because of the heat in the room turned it to sauna. Many guests were sleeping in the reciption because they placed mobile air conditioner down there. The bathroom was not clean and the sheet beds was not. I asked them to change it and they said they can not because their strategy is to change them every two days. I had a stomach bug after eating there and I assume that this is expected if air conditioning is not working. I should read the review before going. Please save your time and go to a better place.

A hotel good or bad not to look at the hotel itself new and old, mainly or service and attitude.
This Best Western Plus Khan Hotel, in my opinion, is definitely not recommended for poor reviewhotels. First of all, the hotel's parking lot is underground, but there is no clear direction or obvious underground lobby, there is no guide, we first walked from an underground shopping mall two steps to the lobby, there is no waiter to help us carry boxes.
Imagine walking up the steps with a huge box.
Second, we live on the sixth floor, but there is an elevator on the sixth floor button is bad, we can only sit on the fifth floor and walk one floor.
Third, the elevator hall on the sixth floor, from the beginning of our stay until the next morning at 8 a. M. There was always a pot of leftover room plates there, not knowing what their room service was thinking.
Fourth, the room air conditioning is linked with the balcony door, however, the door hit the simple, lock but spent the effort to eat milk, even if the security door lock is not locked there will be psychological shadow.
Fifth, the bathroom washbasin of the tap loose, open the minimum amount of water will automatically turn off, completely forcing me to waste water. Sixth, the bathroom tap shelf is bad, can not be fixed in the normal position, must be bent down to bathe.

The hotel is not located on the beach and is not far from the beach, but you need some time to reach the beach I think you need 10 to 15 minutes. The hotel is located in the old city and is a very good place to shop and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a beach view or swimming on the beach.

Good location in between shopping area. Large, average rooms with old styled furniture and no view from balcony. Restaurant was excellent with variety of eating options on the buffet and breakfast. Staff and service was average.

Delicious food. Rooms are spacious. Clean. The problem is that at the end of May the air conditioner in the room works very poorly. So if you don't mind being hot this may be a place for you. Honestly I dont understand why they won't fix it.

In the centre of the city. Very close to the konyaalti beach. U can take a fancy horse cart ride for beach from the clock tower which is just 2 mins walk away from hotel.

I was there for only one night and the next day I had to change the hotel because the room was so cold and the heat was off, I asked them to fix it many times but they did not. The guy in the reception was so rude to me and he tried to over charge me and nobody helped me with my heavy bags. I do not reccomand this hotel. You can have a better deal in antalya with the less price.

Most staff don't speak English. Very good breakfast, big room with good view especially from higher floor, close to the market and the old village. Very good Turkish Bath and Sauna.

A lovely hotel in the very heart of the old city. A sumptuous breakfast for the guest, extremely helpful & knowledgeable receptionist that helped me with my travel plans. Spacious comfortable rooms.

Best western khan best choice for families quiet & centraly location antalya town down freindly staff we enjoyed me& my wife it was second house all around shops restaurants tram train buses old town kaileichi marina beach zoo water falls expo only bought a antalya card & enjoyed the trips no need taxi it was nice this summer 18 — 25 spet. 2017 Don't ask about breakfast or dinner are delicious open buffet, thanks for khan hotel good manager menas good services special thanks to ms burcu front reception she was our adviser answer ower questions w/smiling face thanks for all Imad/beirut.

The room service is horrible I told them to fix the leaking from the bath and they use the hotel towel to stop leaking! Seriously! The reception rude don't speak English and close the phone while I was talking, the bathroom door didn't close, but the food was good and delicious the restaurant staff was good the location is good in general the hotel worth 2.5 stars.

The Wi-Fi is bad, nobody speak your language exept a girl at the reception, breakfast is good but lunch hell no.

In my room from the next day arrived the staff took everything from my fridge without replacing (water, chocolate, beer etc) without telling me or even apologies. Fifth

The swimming pool very very quiet cos is so boring, no music no entertainment no staff to seel from the mini bar. Seven
Do not book for all inclusive cos you gonna eat the same food every day and the staff in restaurants they don't speack English at all Otherwise clean good air conditioner in a room, 3 lifts with is ok. Result I will never book again they don't know how to treat the tourists. The hotel in my opinion is not a 4* I will give 3

My name is Ruweeda Essop and I was at this hotel in Antalya on the 11th & 12th of April. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Big thanks to Umar at reception for all his assistance and to Sirhat at the restaurant. They have been extremely helpful & pleasant and it was a pleasure meeting them.

Perfect location in old city. Very near to beach area. Little bit expensive. I booked sea view suite. Food was good. If wants to enjoy local food, restaurants are very close to the hotel. Staffs are so helpful.

Great overnight hotel, usually stay here a couple of times a year. Great central location if you have things to do in Antalya. Staff great, rooms spacious and well equipped, free parking is a bonus.

I miss a bar, they just have a small one.
