The hotel was amazing, even better than the pictures. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great, even rescuing our drone from the palm tree!

We were completely satisfied with the room, rich breakfast. From reception to kitchen and cleaning always polite and friendly staff. Central location. Clean rooms and well-kept facilities.

It's a great hotel. One of the best ones i've been to. The staff was very friendly and great, even The hotel manager, who was very nice. The food was very good. Every thing was fantastic!

Lovely friendly staff, secure in the heart of the city. But feels like you can be in the middle of nowhere. Manager takes time to sit and listen. Rooms very clean cleaners come everyday. Breakfast time is very good. Lots lots places to eat food is not expensive. Old market is a great place to shop. I would definitely go again. Well done guys keep up the good work. The Hotel located in a very nice place. Easy to access international and local restaurants. Walking distance to Mermerli beach. Lovely and polite staff. Breakfast is nice and the room is very comfortable and clean with sweet classic interior design. The pool is very clean and there is enough beds and chairs around the pool to chill and enjoy the view… I stayed there for 12 night with my mother and we both are really happy and enjoy out stay in this lovely Hotel. I want to thank Miss Seda and Mr Emre for providing nice room and good service to us.

Friendly stuff Great location I stayed in standard double room on ground floor, I couldn't sleep from neighbours from upstairs floor. The floor was wooden and their kids were running all time.

Due to the good rating and great photos, we chose the hotel. Arrived and we have beaten reality. Construction site, a dirty pool, wooden stairs that almost disintegrate and more. So a photo can say more than 1000 words to yourself.
Ps: We then went against and unfortunately didn't get any money back even though we didn't enter the room at all.

I rarely take the time to review hotels, but given my negative experience at this particular place I feel like I should provide some feedback to help other potential guests make an informed decision about their booking. Firstly, I'm not exactly sure what is going on with the reception area of this hotel but the front desk is currently being operated through the open french doors of an unoccupied hotel room. This means that guests are forced to stand outside in the cold (or rain) when checking-in. Upon arriving at my room I went to use to the Wi-Fi, but both my phone and computer were unable to connect. I went back to the reception and the staff setup my device at the counter. As I returned to my room the signal dropped out and I was left with no internet. When I approached the staff again and they told me the room was out of range and that I was welcome to sit near the reception to use the Wi-Fi (outside in the cold). The quality of my room was poor to say the least. It was very tacky and outdated and there was a distinct musky smell to it. Nevertheless, given the fact that I had arrived late to Antalya, I decided to put up with these inconveniences and stay the night. The next day it rained very heavy while I was sightseeing in the city. Upon arriving back to the hotel, I was told by reception staff that my ground-floor room had been flooded in the downpour (which really didn't surprise me given the severity of the weather).

This hotel is located only 5min-walk away from Ismetpasa tramway station. It's got pretty nice elegant interior, but the thing is stuffs in a bathroom seem old. However, staff is very nice and breakfast tastes good! I recommend it here especially if you visit Antalya during the summer because it has nice deep pool inside!

I am very glad to choose this hotel after hours of searching for the best hotel in antalya. The hotel is located comfortably in the true heart of Antalya and is stretched into the old town for quick access to all the hotspots. The hotel has all the places of interest with in 30min walk from the Hadrians Gate (30second walk), Yatch Harbour (15mins) and all the charming old town streets. We stayed in a family twin room and it was nothing short of a open plan studio apartment. The beds were all queen sized and the decor was pristine and really stood up to the "Boutique Class" standard… Quite possible the best part of the hotel was the staff. They were all very smily and more than happy to help. Especially the receptionist "Shanazi" who went out of his was to translate the public announcement during the failed military coup. This kept us all calm and happy. All other staff were very receptive and warm. For a relaxing break, Elegance east really is a great hotel in the best possible location in Antalya. Also its highly regarded by the locals This hotel deserves a better rating online and I wouldnt hesitate to book here again in the very near future.
