It's not five stars! But the hotel is new and it is a fat plus. The rooms are spacious, nice balconies, plumbing works, water is always there. The room has air conditioning, kettle, tea, coffee, water 1, 5l, flat TV. The beach is wide, sunbeds and umbrellas a lot, nice to lie on a shallow pebble. There is a pier, you can dive, but not safe. The bottom should be cleared for comfort and safety of vacationers. No beach bar. Although everything is there, drinks are cold, hot, beer, national pastries. But all "AAs". I was in June. The grill didn't work at all. The restaurant was strangled with mackerel, chicken and beef heart! Offal instead of meat, and it's in 5 *!? The tomatoes are immature, although around the hotel are solid greenhouses, cucumbers with trimmed peel, which speaks about their quality. But the hungry were not, brought 2, 5 kg. Lots of desserts, but it was necessary to catch baklava, as well as a cherry. About strawberries and did not dream. All bought on the market, cheap and excellent quality. Terrible Hotel. 5 stars Stated. The Rooms are not cleaned. The Bar closes at 22h. The Pool is dirty. Not recommended. There are no Animations on the big score. The room was very clean.

We in Turkey for the first time and have nothing to compare on this subject my intuitive opinion about the hotel and staff. Don't want to spoil the holiday or mood, all you need to see the pros. We rested very well. Thank you for the hotel and tour operator. We wish the hotel growth, without feedback from visitors to grow to be nowhere! Our rating for the overall impression of the hotel 6 out of 10 for cleanliness 5 out of 10 (and it's not just the rooms, but in General about the whole cleanliness of the hotel), the staff 8 out of 10, food 9 out of 10

Hello! Rest in this hotel with 01.05.2018, today is 8 days. The hotel is in 5 pulls, you can put 4 with great tension. Upon arrival, the reception asked for a sea view, I was told that this addition will cost $ 45 without any hesitation… It was the beginning… In short, NO one would suggest this hotel. Good day and good mood. The hotel is nice and the staff is attentive. 12 April 2018 us a group of six people brought in akvo city for Hamam and akvopark. There on the massage table with me took a Golden earring. Missing I only found the bus on the way home. Popras the driver to call Aqua city administration. Everything is OK. They Told me do Not worry everything back. Proshol day. Oh, no. I can not find. Lies. They were not looking for and did not try. A little massage and start to extort money.

The listed 5 stars are a travesty.

A fun family friendly atmosphere. Pros Beach is very close (2 minutes) and accessible with a bridge connecting the resort and allowing you to transverse the road without worrying about traffic. Bar staff are incredible friendly; the maids exceptionally so. Lots of choice of food with new dishes being avaliable everyday. Many different palates from different parts of the world. Bedrooms are fantastic value for money with great views of either the sea or mountains surrounding the area. Lots to do on-site with table tennis, darts, karaoke, volley ball and even a kids club. Cons I had the pleasure of going with a few friends arriving very late on the first night (due to flights and no fault of the hotel) the night staff were rather rude as much paper work had to be fillled and they tried to rush me and pressure me and were not considerate of my tiredness. One other issue is that their are some staff members who will force and to an extent harrass you everyday to take part in the off-site entertainment such as clubs near the city and not part of the all inclusive. Food is avaliable throughout most of the day with some gaps inbetween meaning if you miss lunch you could be waiting 5 hours. But their is a very small snack available for 2 hours after lunch but with first come first serve. Wi-Fi is available however it has limited connectivity and you will be lucky to have access for more than 5 minutes at a time.

Nothing about that hotel is 4 star! its a 1 star hotel. Absolutely disgusting is every way. Dont bother wasting your time and money here!

No medkit! Whaaat? Poor internet connection Poor quality drinks, especially cola was disgusting even if they poured from a CocaCola bottle. Staff is not likely to speak english Sea is dangerous and dont have any protection. Got cut in first day of holiday and real help came just after 2h after bleeding half of my blood. Staff works more than 8h so they are less likely to provide quality service. Not recommended!

The hotel has very nice beds and a great animation.
Food is junk just a mass clearance.
And everything is offered for the customer to be satisfied. Hardly any dishes from their own country. Who wants proper sandy beach is out there out of place because of pebbles.
Alanya very nice excursion destination. Unfortunately for us too much paid, at departure the Lunchbox is scrap… no drinking water… so take care of your departure… Visitors: everything is available.

Great vacation, had a rest in 2015, 12 days. The food is excellent, staff very good, rooms clean and comfortable. When it opens in Turkey we will go again!

The hotel is just bad nothing for German all just Russians and everything is only in Russian. The staff is bad, everything dirty people posts the just don't you will regret it. I care that I have so much money I paid because that has never 4 star food Was so bad that all were sick.

Vacationing in may 2015, very satisfied, the food is good, fish, chicken, Turkey, lamb, liver, etc. After a while changing, rooms clean, friendly staff. The price corresponds to quality.

Vacationing with his son and girlfriend 10 days in July 2014 years. I liked the hotel. The only minus we were offered a room with two beds for three. Later we regretted that not changed room on room-3 beds.

For the price (in the may 213, — Euro 1 week all inclusive with flight from Vienna) a total bargain. There are indeed many Russians in the hotel, but there were no problems, the food was satisfactory, the rooms were clean and air conditioned. The staff was very helpful. Each short breaks to recommend. Only drawback — the rooms go primarily to the sea and also to the main road.

Disgusting food. Scarce without the meat, fish and poultry at all! Disgusting animation. Alcohol — only beer and vodka. The beach is horrible. And only the rooms are OK.
