I am in Alanya for the fifth time. But this is far away the best hotel I have had here! the rooms, the staff, the food, the pools. Everything is perfect here! fortunately we still have 6 days but we already know that we will definitely be back. Then we only fly via gazispasa, because from antalya the bus ride of 3.5 hours is a bit far. But definitely worth it! we are here with a family of 2 children and a baby of 5 months. Lots of different accommodation options. As in the main building, there are separate villas. The food is more varied than in other hotels. They won't leave hungry. Animation. Discos. Good afternoon. I want to share my impressions about staying in Alanya. At the Gold City Hotel. We came as a family and settled in a villa. There is cleanliness and order everywhere. Everything you need is there. The air is fresh, clean, the humidity is not high as the hotel itself is on top of the mountain. Like a separate cozy town with its own entertainment complexes. Water park, swimming pools, sports fields. Sports entertainment for all tastes. There are a lot of fun for children, including mini disco. Animation takes place at a high level. Thanks to the individual animators. You're smart. Every evening there is always a new entertainment program for holidaymakers. We were very interested.

Great for families, own theatre and entertainment group, shows each night, buffet food good selection, all inclusive excellent value, pools several all nice, only down was the golf which is a long walk down narrow steps, not functioning, no clubs or balls, no notice at the top of the entrance to get these from reception first so very disappointed on that, it is 2+ hours from airport but worth the trip.

This is a condominium hotel, so it has everything for comfortable living: kitchen, utensils, stove, kettle, washing machine, etc. I'll go into more detail on why I think so. We found the staff very friendly and helpful and approachable, whilst we were here it was our daughters birthday, a bowl of fruit and birthday card was left in our apartment. We all went down to thank the reception staff, they were delighted. Pools were well patrolled and the Entertainment team fabulous, cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

If u owe a place here they don't care which makes absolutely no sense. People on all inclusive deals have there food & drink included people staying in the self catering apartments are paying money for the food & drink it would make sense to treat these people with a lot more then something u stood in which is how I felt. The complex is amazing in its design the staff are ruining the place, if u didn't leave the complex you'd be left thinking that unfortunately Turkish people are inhospitable. Which was not the case in the town at all they are so nice.

A very bad place to spend the vacation! It's like a prison on the top of a hill with swimming pool and aqua park. Road to reach there is so tiny and dangerous especially at night. There is no light on the road. Even the T intersection between the highway to the hill is without light signal and it is very dangerous to cross it. It's far of the center of Alanya for more than half an hour. Food in the restaurant is not delicious at all. The waiters will not remove the empty plates until you have finished your food. Restaurant is full of flies and sometimes cats! The service is very bad especially if you are owner's guests or owner himself! We asked for electrician he came after half an hour and as all most turkish he doesn't speak English. Our towels were very dirty and there was blood on the towels. We asked to change they didn't come ever.
