A dream hotel. The staff was always very friendly and always available when you had something. The Pavilion is simply a dream and the service waiter Onur Gul from the pavilion is a class in itself and fulfilled every wish. The food was excellent. Even in this difficult time, the hotel does not let its guests feel that Corona determines our old day.

Erverything is excelent, but Wi-Fi and internet connection is worst in such category hotels. Very bad and slow internet connection. Wi-Fi connection works time to time, but even if you have connected to Wi-Fi, quality of internet is not enough even for messenger and texting. Forget about any skype/viber calls or vpn connections. I think there is no any problem in 21th century to make normal internet service for guests. But not in this hotel. (

Perfect holiday in a beautiful hotel. We felt very comfortable on the spot and will certainly not have been in the Rubi for the last time. From the great staff in all areas to the quality of food and drinks, it was the perfect holiday in this beautiful hotel. It is a very nice clean hotel with friendly staff and great ambience. Very comfortable, although season is and the hotel is fully booked, you will not notice it either by the pool or while eating, it is nevertheless everywhere quite comfortable children's events are also so nice and pre-planned nice weekly program for the children and the children's pool is very equipped and not boring for the children.

On our second day, an amazing resort. Fabulous food and all the staff are brilliant. Highly recommend… Now where is the roller skate waiter with my vino.

Excellent food, service and drinks. Clean, nice and calm, but good animation team is there, and the fitness center works good. Shows in the evenings are very good, and the set-up for the audience are truly well done — felt welcoming and luxurious.
Staff is proffessional and nice. Loved my staying!

Beautiful and clean room. The staff is a child's favorite. The restaurant seats are unfortunately very far away from the buffet, so it becomes difficult with child. The pool area and loungers are sufficient for the guests. Unfortunately, animation and activities are not offered enough or you won't get them with you if something happens. Kidsclub we liked. Unfortunately, there is no special children's dinner in the main restaurant. Only in the kids club there are manageable menus. In summary, despite the few small things, we are satisfied with the hotel.

Really nice place to relax. Food is good, they have many activities like mini golf, tennis, basketball, beach bar and so on. Staff is really friendly.

Great Hotel for family holidays. Beautiful grounds. Lots of flowers and other vegetation. Everything is very comfortable. There is a swimming pool and entertainment for children. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Room is great, the baby has a separate big bed, the rooms are cleaned every day, swans knit often from towels:-) The Hotel is all inclusive, whiskey, champagne, any cocktail, premium beer Tuborg, the food is great, cooked very tasty and varied, ice cream all day. Great relaxation pool, waiters constantly drive up your orders. The Beach is great, sand, separately there is a pier. The Evening animation is great, good water slides. In General, we loved the hotel. The Only point is if you are a light sleeper, then take the sea view rooms, the rooms with the city view are noisy but they are also cheaper.
Separately I want to thank Ukrainian girls from the lobby bar and party-service: Vladislavs and Dana for their excellent service!

Had a great vacation here together with my wife. We had sea-view room and it was great view. Room was quiet. Furniture and devices were at good quality. Cleaning was good. Mostly we where at "Relax" swimming pool, there they have great sun loungers. Food was well done and variety of food was good. Few things we didn't like, but they are minor: — there were no non-smoking zone at swimming pools — WC in rooms have glass doors with gaps, and you didn't feel privacy — Brining drinks wasn't a priority for waiter's, it would not be a big problem if they would have separate table with tea and coffee as they setup in the morning for breakfast.

I will write that the road from the airport is 1 hour 45 minutes and still makes a stop for 15 minutes near the supermarket. Arrived in the morning, settled us not immediately, but did not wait until 14 when the official settlement. The rooms are wonderful: beauty, cleanliness, good cleaning, mini bar replenished. Great food, lots of grilled dishes, meat, fish. Delicious! The hotel is great, the staff are friendly! The only negative, in my eye, is the beach: the sunset from the pier, which houses 27 sunbeds, the main location of the sunbeds on the grass, the second sunset from the shore, is in the bay and the view from there is like you're home on the lake, the sea is not visible! And so everything is fine!

Great hotel. Excellent service. Friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen is wonderful. One remark, weak internet, do not play, although Viber works.

Rubi Platinum is a modern looking hotel with a Santorini-vibe, or similar greek/italian feeling but also with a touch of classic turkish style. Its located close to the sea and take about 1.5-2 hours from airport. Grand Bazaar is located very close for those who like market shopping. Room — We liked how the room was shaped, that the sink area was open and the WC and shower were separated with each doors. Overall not so big room but with a nice and modern look. The room had poor Wi-Fi — slow and not connecting. Worst thing was the central aircon which mean we could not set the temperature ourselves. We had to call to the lobby to ask them to set the temperature which was annoying and the temperature we wanted also changed through the day. The last night we were gonna leave in the middle of the night for our transfer so we wanted to sleep early before pickup. At this time our aircon temp had gone up from 22 to 26 which mean we couldn’t sleep, we called down to lobby and they said they couldn’t change the temp until tomorrow (why? ) and by then we would already be gone. We had to open the door but it wasn’t enough cold and then we had to hear the noisy traffic and couldn’t sleep anyway. 
Pools — The two outside pools (one relax and one play pool) are both quite large. The bigger play pool also has a kid area close to it. The pools are located very centre in the resorts which makes it easy to access from the rooms.

Big rooms Great service Friendly, well trained, and hard working staff with outstanding management team. The only downside was the slow internet and unprofessional bartenders. Everything else was just perfect. Will visit soon again.

Just want to say I've been here 4 times, very good, almost everyone understands the Russian language and talk that very surprised food upper class, lunch, and dinner has a great selection and you can eat every day different specialties, there is a village where you can stint, there a large market on Wednesday opened and you can build up clothes) Bar is a separate conversation, everything is imported, local bottling Nope at all, can any trifle and there are but I didn't even notice this, traveled here and will ride on, all looks good already even the hotel became the mother tongue of me:)

Very nice hotel.

A little doubted before the trip, but not for a second regret about the trip to Turkey and particular this hotel, was bored once, the food is wonderful and in the room is clean and cozy. Service as always in Turkey is top notch. The holiday was worth the money and it would be more expensive once in five to relax with the same comfort in Sochi. And from a photo with Cappadocia wife in delight, nowhere there are no more such kinds, it is possible to take with itself the photographer, more expensive, cheaper, better more expensive and Slavs and to enjoy not only a spa rest but also kinds and impressions for a year ahead is enough.

The hotel is highly recommended. I was there last week and couldn't find anything negative. The rooms are classy and very clean. There is always the possibility to eat, be it in the restaurant (great view of the sea) or in the lobby (small snacks) or of course at the buffet. It also tasted superb. Drinks are available at the lobby bar or outside areas at any time. There were many well-known alcohol brands, Hunter Masters, Havana and more. For the large and small people there are various activities offered during the day as well as in the evening. Every evening there are various shows, live music at the beach bar and if not enough, it is still possible to celebrate in the hotel's club (which is open from 0 to 2 o'clock).
During the day, volleyball, football, tennis, bocce, archery, minigolf, yoga and badminton are offered.
Those who do not like sports activities can relax anywhere, be it on the beach, at the jetty of the sea (very nice view) or of course by the pool. A small highlight is of course also the water park with several slides. The gym also offers enough equipment and is air-conditioned. A small final word applies to the staff of the hotel, both the waiters, bartenders, animators, receptionists and the office manager, all very friendly and helpful, no matter what situation. Thank you very much.

At first glance, very nice, but there are a number of nuances that very badly spoil the cover and appearance. My family and I were on your hotel last week. We were 3 families, so 10 persons in total. I have to say it has been a great experience. My holidays turned up to be the best I ever had. The food and the rooms were incredibel and if I have to say so the beach was fantastic. The organization, including the entertainment was on point. If you are asking for my opinion, rasing from 1-10, my number will 10. Can't wait to spend some other holidays back to Rubi Palitnum. It's not our first time in Antalya but I have to say the service was great. I am very happy spending time in your gorgeous hotel. Thank you again for everything. It was an amazing summer!

The hotel is just wonderful! Peace and quiet, delicious food, fruits and vegetables, clean sea and beach. In the lobby bar from 20:30 the game starts on the piano is a wonderful performer. Very good show, entertainment. Only 24 Jul left. No complaints! Everything is just gorgeous! Next year will come only in this hotel!
