I don't recommend this hotel because here is terrible food, no internet in the room and no amenities, many russians and very rude reception service. Actually from receptionist Özgür.
He behaved often in a boorish way, very superficially towards the guest somethimes rude and totally not helpful.
For an example, some woman asked him to change the room, but he was very aggressive and ignored her asking and only after 20 min the room was changed by another manager.
Each time when I asked him about something (room amenities, Wi-Fi, city map, lunchbox) I didn't get a help and feel discrimination and humiliation.
Özgür behaved as a racist and spoiled the mood totally. I don't understand, how this ugly person can be a face of 4 stars hotel. It is terrible ( ( (

We are currently staying at Tac premier and we cannot fault the hotel enough. All the staff are friendly, but a special mention to Mustafa Mermerkaya (we got his last name as he deserves the credit) he works so hard everyday and has made sure me and my family are having a great time here. However, all the staff are amazing. They are all so polite and it’s been the best holiday to Alanya because of this hotel! We still have another week left but wanted to leave the review now as it’s been so amazing!

We stayed at Tac Premier in May and I have to say that we enjoyed staying at this hotel so much because the guest service Maria did an amazing job! She always had an open ear and tried very hard to ensure that everything was settled!
The location of the hotel is great and the beach right across the street!

It's a great hotel! Good service, great food. Convenient location. Evening programs are held almost daily. A small animation for children before going to bed. During the day, men can play water polo, beach volleyball, darts, participate in sports competitions in the pool. You can visit the spa and get the benefit and enjoyment of hammam, massage and other treatments. I liked the hotel and I would love to rest in it.

I had a week to stay at the hotel. It corresponds to the 4th, even 4" Located almost in the center (walking until late in the evening) Arrived late (23.00), immediately settled (literally 2min) and fed (late dinner-soup-mashed).
Room: Lived in 4 enclosures, good location (the only room was not overlooking the sea, but that's not a problem). Nothing superfluous, very cozy and clean, everything worked. In the shower were gels, shampoos, etc. And everything was replenished.
Wi-Fi was also in the room (very good quality)
Cleaning:daily, changing towels daily, bed linen changed 1 time. Every day replenished water supplies (on 1 person 2but. Water by 0.5l)
Nutrition: everything is fine! Diverse, fresh, tasty. Breakfasts: omelets, eggs, sausages, cheeses, olives, salads, buns apparently-not-visible) ) fruits (peaches, plums, grapes, apples, oranges, watermelon, cherries, apricots), juices (freshly squeezed for a fee) and so on. Lunches: soups of 2 types, meat (turkey, chicken, liver, beef), fish, many different salads, pliv, several side dishes (rice, potatoes, mantas. ) A lot of sweets, especially on Fridays (Turkish evening). For snack cookies and ice cream).
Saturday was a super show and a foam party by the pool. The animation was, but not every day.

A lovely hotel in Alanya, 50 meters to the sea, the city centre, all nearby. The food and bar are beyond praise. Lovely pool, entertainment, little Russians, which is important. There are calm Germans all around. No irons, iron things at home. There are a lot of sunbeds on the nearest beach, but they are paid. At the same time to go there is not necessary, settle on a towel and no one will tell you a word.

We stayed over Pentecost for 5 Days in this Hotel. Very friendly and accommodating was the Staff. The Family Room was fine. The Food is ok, it's always the Same. I found it was too little Animation for both the Kids and Adults. I would have liked Music by the Pool. It was just a bit boring. What I have to complain about very much were the Glasses. I would have 4 x a Wine Glass with Lipstick: — (So what can't be done at all. The Beach is great. The People of Transfer are very friendly.

I thought it was very nice there. Beautiful beach very clean everything really great. Fly back next month. Was now three times since now since must say again and again the hotel clean the people are there all very nice.

Great hotel on its 4 * excellent work out. Clean rooms, good breakfast. The beach is 2 minutes away. You certainly won't be hungry. But the choice is small, the soup is always only 1. There is no choice. With all the overeating turns feeding 7 times a day. At night in 12:00 give soup. This is especially for those who drank) ) in the evenings to go to the Teasu smoke hookah, just super. The staff are all friendly and cheerful. Always joking, I'm amazed at their patience. I would have sent long ago… In short the hotel is worth the money.

Top spot. The best hotel on Cleopatra Beach. The price does not bite until the time. Food is good. The sea is super. 2-3 minutes walk.

It was my first time in Turkey and the hotel totally fulfiled my expectations. All inclusive till midnight is a plus, location near the downtown also. The staff was mediocre, but acceptable.

Unfortunately, the people at the reception lack a friendly smile and so the first impression already reflects the rest.
Attention! Sauna is inclusive and free of charge.
However, from 2 men already on the first day it is quite crowded also to use a massage at inflated prices.
If you still refuse to do so on the second day, you will not be welcomed either hail or the spa.
The staff of the SPA will then provide the sauna immediately at the appearance of guests who have not taken advantage of a massage. There's no such thing as the contract the sauna and Haman are free for guests. The drain in the spa is clogged and you bathe your feet after the sauna in the sweat of all guests. Disgusting! Nice hotel, cozy rooms only a little hard beds, the room has a fridge, kettle, big TV, big shower.
The restaurant has a delicious cuisine. There is a terrace with a great view of Ataturk Street. Friendly staff. In winter it is warm and suitable to spend New year holidays. Elinstvennyj minus it is an indoor pool, it looks like a bath, not deep and when there are several people swimming, the water spills on the floor.

For the price, really good. Problems at check-in long wait but otherwise all right. From food to service. (In the price range of course). The surrounding area is simply super you can easily go anywhere. Great beach.

The beach is close by, within walking distance of the market, the Archaeological museum and the cave. The fortress is also accessible by foot, but it is for the most hardy) fed tolerable. There were always 3 kinds of meat, lots of vegetables, a decent selection of sweets. With fruit we were unlucky, the choice was not big (apples, oranges, pears). There was a season of strawberries, and served it only once.

Comfortable rooms with sea view, cleaning every day, hygiene products do not update. The bathroom was very hot. There is a fridge and a safe in the room.
Alcohol is crappy.

Untidy and dirty. Carpets were stained and beds were hard as rocks. One of my worst experiences in Turkey.

Good value for its price. Rooms could be refurbished. The Wi-Fi connection is not reliable.

6 days doesn't work Wi-Fi, swimming pool is not clear, most of people are Russian pig.

Especially negatively noticed is that the animation Chief is constantly drunk, and is in this condition even the mini disco. Something may not be accepted by the hotel management. Otherwise mediocre but clean hotel with a good location in the Centre of the city. Large outdoor terraces and pool area.

We stayed here for a week in august 2012. First we have a room on the first floor with a balcony useless, so we were a little disappointed. But after we asked the staff at the front desk for a new room on the 5th floor, nice and clean rooms. But terribly hard beds, small balconies and a lot of clay in the nights. The food-wasn ´ t at all well, we ate only breakfast and lunch in the hotel although we had all inclusive. Breakfast was achieved in the heat for several hours, absolutely no cooling at all so we were a little bit scared sick. It was good to be at TAC Premier for a week, but we will probably not go back.

Super service, great staff coming in November again.
