Although most of the staff are friendly I must caution you of few things. The air condition is too expensive at 7 euros per night and only in the bedroom so you don't get the benefit of it in the living room or kitchen area where you spend most of the time as a family or when you eat. As soon as you leave the room electricity is out and so is AC, so you come back into an oven which is very inconvenient. They give you only one key to the room which is really bad when you're a family. Safe box is chargeable. Lounge is not air conditioned. Wi-Fi does not work in the apartments and does not work most of the time even in the lounge. The location is good and only 7 minutes walk from the beach. There is a couple of convenient stores (Bim) right around the hotel. Appt x01, x04, x05, x08 are bad locations while x02, x03 overlook the sea on higher floors and the main street in general, and x06 and x07 overlook the pool and the mountain view which is breathtaking.
The people are very kind. It is a great hotel. I Will come back! The service is perfect.
