It is the best hotel. Food is very delicious and perfect and service is worth to get 5 stars. Many thanks to Marina, she is always ready to help everybody who needs it. She is always friendly. She speaks Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish and English so any problem can be solved immediately. Room cleaning is great. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels are always changed without any reminds. My best recommendations to everybody who wants to stay at this hotel. Be sure you won't be disappointed. It isn't big and for me it's good because I was there like at home, this hotel is cozy and wonderful. I wish Kleopatra Ramira only thankful guests and 5 stars and I want to come back.

It's a great hotel! Responsive staff. Clean, cozy rooms. Cooking is delicious, all the guests have enough. There is a bus to the beach, but we have never used it, as we go ten minutes. That's where the fats go, you're throwing back your appetite. If we get to Alanya again, it's only this hotel.

Everything is super: Clean everywhere (both in the room and in public places), the food is tasty and varied, drinks on the system all inclusive varied (loved how to do Selman Pinot Colada) … We liked to walk to the beach (to cook the food after breakfast-traffic is Life) ) ) ), but there was also a chateau to the beach at certain times, umbrellas and sun loungers from the hotel for free… The room was very… It was very lacking. And so everything is super… All the expectations of the hotel justified. I'M happy and I would have come back here.

Great Hotel. The Rooms are clean and tidy. Food is good. In Russian almost do not speak, but people still found common language, I had enough of my English. Half of the hotel guests were Germans aged. To the beach carry and take away from it. The Hotel Beach on Cleopatra Beach is so it's nice sandy. The Hotel is perfect for a family holiday with children, because It is located in a quiet area and there is no animation: Well once a week live vocals and dancing Turkish. Young couples without children in the world of course in the evening do not have much to do, only at the bar sit. The night Alanya is quite beautiful and romantic, as is the night beach. Overall I liked the hotel, put 9 out of 10 thumbs up.

Nice Small Hotel. There is no Territory. The Rooms are small but cozy and clean. Food is varied, always enough: there are soups, a few side dishes, always meat and fish. The bar is rich in alcohol. The Staff is pleasant and attentive. The Hotel is international.

Stayed in May 2018. Overall The experience is positive. The Room is small but clean, the furniture is all new. The Food is not very varied, but the hungry did not go. A Lot of salads, desserts, but the choice of meat is not great. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach is a 15 minute walk Away, but more often on the hotel's free shuttle bus. Near The big vegetable market, a lot of small shops. To The shops in the central part of the city to go minutes 20-25.

I was today to Check in to the ramira hotel When I saw my room I was nearly to cry how awful and terrible it was dusty too small ugly everyting even it was located in nowhere they put tousend of rooms beside each other and tried to put the room small as possible noooo I would kill my self to slleeep over there told the service plz cancel I didnt like it and they didnt even they didnt give me another room. So I I switch the hotel and be honest sleeping in the street or sleeping in ramirai would pick The street I dont care if I lost money better than go back there manager was to arrogant to notice oh u money dont come back.
Just a Disappointment, I don't know how the quite good Reviews have come to be able to probably also bought off like the "4 stars. " I Arrived I got my Room and the first Impression was that I wanted to cry not only that the location was in the middle of Nowhere. My Room was a Nightmare it just wasn't worth a Star, it was too small; Dark; Dirty just horribly directly logged off and the Service, the Man who calls himself "manager" was too lifted and imagined with the Phrase you can "forget your Money" — just cheeky would have preferred to have thrown the Bracelet in his Face, I'm straight to another hotel Gated and am happy now.

The hotel itself is nice. Meals are delicious. Level of service could be better though. You'll have to ask for everything twice.

Location The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I are very pleased with the stay! In Turkey the 4th time. There is something to compare.
The sea is far away but the bus runs. Or you can walk along the streets of Antalya.

Such sweet and fun personnel, nice hotel, we had a great stay.

Pleased the hotel with its cordiality. Very warmly received and settled within an hour. The hotel is not big, but quite comfortable. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, so the heat was not felt much. The food corresponds to the level. Very balanced, liked the fact that the dishes were moderately caloric. You can see that people make up the daily menu to make sure that tourists with their restless appetite do not overeat). They never left hungry. The staff at the restaurant are very caring and smiling, especially to the kids. As for the beach, it is located 10 minutes from the hotel, the shuttle is on schedule, but personally we walked and enjoyed the morning walk around Alanya. The entertainment program corresponds to the level of the hotel, there were belly dancing with Turkish folk, there was an evening of live music and a fire show. Our child 12 years old liked the program, children watched with pleasure at the circus performance.
In general, there were excellent impressions, probably a big role in this played sincere smiles of the staff.
When you are going to rest, you always dream of a perfect holiday. We succeeded. Thanks to all employees and sincere wishes of prosperity and well-being personally to the management of this cozy hotel.

Small but very nice hotel. Food is good rooms are pretty and very clean.

A hotel that I have visited again and again. Situated close to town centre and to the beach friendly and helpful staff.

Terrible pool which was unsafe as it slanted at every angle to a point in the middle which was deep. Location to a lovely beach was 3 minute walk BUT unfortunately across an extremely busy main road with 2 lanes in both directions. Food was terrible and that was the all inclusive. However the local kebab bar was great. I highly recommend doing the excursions, we did a pirate boat day with singing and dancing and great food and entertainment, a quad biking day in the mountains and also a jeep excursion which ended up at the most amazing waterslide park which the kids loved! Rooms okay with air conditioning and large balcony BUT unfortunately overlooking a derelict dump type place. If adults going here it would be fine but do not take your kids! No slides nothing to do but a crappy table tennis table and the risk of drowning in the pool. Our visit was June 2010. All in all the country itself was brilliant but do not travel with Thomas Cook.

There is very nice and the beach is also clean and the food is ur tasty as fills a man well him Hotel this year was already twice there, I can tell you that no Hotel is going up next year again in this Hotel mfg silvia.

Very well maintained hotel complex. At the reception German was spoken. The evening buffet we liked. Massage and Hamam were very nice.

Sure bet with all inclusive, you will be satisfied you had a wonderful holiday.

Clean and good looking rooms. Good room service.

Stayed here for a week with my girlfriend and parents. The place is nice and clean and the hotel staff is very kind. The food was OK. The pool and the pool area was very small but it was just fine. There were too much chlorine in the water though, so I had some irritation in my eyes after swimming. The location of the hotel is very good, a couple of blocks behind the main street along the beach. Bars and restaurants are nearby.

Rooms, food quite good actually, every day so-so.
