This hotel is the worst I have ever seen.
The cleaning ladys were in our room just once along the 11 day. When they cleaned they left just 2 towels for 4 person. The situation was the same (2 towels) when we arrived. The service is a nightmare, the man in the reception is very rude. We need to ask twice 2 more towels. The sheets were never changed. Also we didn't got new towels.
The food was very bad, that was everyone's opinion.
The coffe machine was wrong twice int the first 3 day, and they couldn't give coffee for the guests.
The glasses were dirty every time, they didn't wash them normally.
The drinks were hot and when we asked for ice they didn't give any.
The water in the shower was cold every time, we couldn't get a shower normally or wash our hair.
I don't recommend this hotel for anyone.

➜ In this hotel everything is very nice clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Recepsion was very helpful and have. We made the holiday very nice thanks to the reception we had a great holiday thanks to all of you. As I read above, the guests had booked half pansiyon and did not follow the rules despite admonition. They kept it going and made the staff stupid, this is a bottomless impregisticness from the guests, stick to your booking and it will be a nice holiday. There are no words about this hotel… From the first minute of arrival, we found out that the internet is not paid for, even though it was written as free Wi-Fi when buying the tickets. He continued to be surprised by his poorness with each passing day. The food is terrible, the choice is minimal, one hot, rice and vegetarian. In the last days I felt very bad, after eating breakfast or lunch I had to run to the toilet immediately. A nightmare. Pigeons do not give peace in rooms. I also had to meet a cockroach. Croup. Dishwashers and toilet brushes in brown. People can be heard talking in the rooms like in the corridor… Each service person speaks differently, one tells you this and that is included, the other comes and says here is extra. But the last day killed. We had to check out at 12 o'clock, so we did. He cut off his bracelets, said that lunch is still due. When lunch time comes, the service staff comes by us and says: drinks that were already included are not included for you. When we went to have lunch, they didn't let us in because they said you didn't have a bracelet. Seriously? The worst hotel I've ever been to. Do not recommend 100%!
