It is an amazing hotel with a huge luxury. Very clean. Meals are delicious. Drinks are good. The weather on October is incredible and hot. Staff with so high quality. From the housekeeping to receptionists and to the waitresses. We would like to tell thank you to the waitresses İSMAİL, AVNI and to the receptionist Patrycja for their special help for us. For sure we will be back here.

An awesome hotel! Beautiful location and especially recommend to pay extra for a room with sea view. Staff very nice and professional, you can feel very good there. But not for people who want to be on a beach with fine sand, but it didn't bother us at all. Very useful are water shoes. Very recommendable 🙂.

The strength of this hotel is the staff who is very friendly towards guests. The meals served in the hotel’s restaurant are in the taste of even the most demanding gourmets, and live music makes the time spent in a beautiful, picturesque place pleasant.

Its clean and food is good. Everything is nearby just one stair and you are on the beach. There is a shower so you can was of the sand before leaving. Swimmingpool is clean. The people who work there everybody is friendly and correct!

Floria Beach Hotel was the perfect choice for early summer holiday. Location of hotel is great — not far from the town center, but out of the crowd of any kind. Concept of the hotel is AI, but luckily, there are no bracelets — you feel like a part of family, where the kind and friendly stuff remembers your name or favorite drinks, so no need to be formally recognizable. The garden is heavenly simple and beautiful — under the trees, we enjoyed in delicious food, good books and sea view. Unlike many hotels around, the exterior and interior are elegant and functional. The choice of music (playing discretely from the morning to the evening) is excellent — classic jazz, evergreen, old pop. It seems that guests who choose this hotel appreciate all mentioned above — in two weeks we didn`t see or hear rudeness of any kind. We are already making plans to go back at the end of the summer.

The rooms are clean and the pool is nice. The Food is varied and tasty (first time accustomed), the staff rustles, all friendly. But… The staff was very… Better know English. Language. The Bar on the beach is… and it's the only minus, not working on the system-all inclusive. But sunbeds and umbrellas are free. The next time… Then without excursion we will enjoy the sea and the sand, the sun.

Hotel in the years to come. At night very loud parties in the rooms, poor Service, the staff incompetent and listless, one-sided eating. The Hotel is not recommended.

We have just returned from a fantastic week of vacation at the Floria Beach Hotel. The hotel is brand new with delicious and modern fixtures.
The food is inviting and varies from day to day in the warm dishes.
The waiters are always very smiling, polite and attentive to their guests. They quickly cleaned away and when there is a rare time less to do, they keep up with cleaning in and around the pool and restaurant area.
The manager of the hotel is a very good role model for his employees. He walks around and small talks with the guests and at the same time helps his staff with cleanup and there is a good atmosphere among the staff. The hotel has an excellent location right next to the water with a really nice atmosphere and with walking distance of the seafront to Alanya city center. Will be back again.
If there was a simple little minus, it would be desirable to have a large trash in the room.

Dirty sheets and towels, we were staying there for a week, towels and bedclothes wasn't changed at all! But the worst thing is, my friend was beaten in front of reception, the staff even didnt call an ambulance, and you know what? The only camera suddenly was broken. Coicidence?

Very bad hotel!
Clean rooms, furniture extremely damaged, mold in the bathroom and if the neighbor in the upper room shower you get in the bathroom underneath directly drop on the head because something is probably damaged. Hand and bath towels you probably have to use 3-4days even if you have already thrown them on the ground and thus wiped the floor because it is so bad treckig. Soap and shampoo are given on the day of arrival (2x shampoo 1x soap). The rooms are not air conditioned or only when you put the chip in a kind of socket, you leave the room and take the chip where the room key is fixed with the climate is also out — if you return to the sauna in the room. So cleanliness is extremely bad and the service anyway. There are neither hallways nor lobby or restaurant Klinatisiert. A lift for 5 floors?! I guess the stairs are going to go faster. To eat… extremely bad. The breakfast we enjoyed 2x "The lunch is sogut like every day (cheques), the only dinner was reasonably fine. Leftovers from the dinner will be left on the following day for lunch. Cakes and fruits as well as salads every day the same! Staff absolutely incompetent. For example, a waiter comes to our table, looks at us and laughs out loud, then a good 2-3 min stops there and then simply laughs continuously. Cutlery you often have to look for yourself as there is none. Who gets all-inclusive bay in the time of 8-23 pm Cola Fanta & Sprite for drinking. Nothing else. We come niewieder to this hotel! Oh.

The hotel is just A MUCH! The sea is nearby, quiet, cozy, everything is delicious! Service at the highest level! The numbers are brand new, clean! It's a pleasure to relax here! Carry on!

We moved from a hotel in the city and wow… we arrived in heaven. Your hotel is everything, you can really feel the engagement from every staff, we enjoyed staying and we will absolute come back. We can only recommend this for people who like to be spoiled and relaxed on their holiday. Please give our regard to all the staff for making our holiday the best.

The average hotel. Beautiful and well maintained. But the service falls short.

Stayed here with my daughter 11 years old in 2012. The hotel is not big but cozy. Room a bit small and not the first freshness, and therefore the 4 rating. In all other respects very much. The food is excellent. The terrace in front of the coastal strip under two huge sycamore trees in hot weather to take cold beer or wine and normally sit to relax. Between lunch and dinner somewhere in the area 16:00 serving pastries, coffee, tea. In General will not go hungry. Our compatriots a little, no fuss, all is quiet and decent. The hotel is mainly a rest foreigners. There is a good bar with 2 pool tables and a ping-pong table. The beach line is the purest. The sand represented in the form of small limestone with a grain diameter of 1-2 mm. Entrance to the sea is quite shallow, the bottom of the same limestone. The sea is clean, small waves, after rain a little muddy. In front of the entrance to the terrace after the sea there are three showers after sea water and two showers for feet after walking on the sand. Loungers paid 2USD or 1EUR. No beach towels so bring your home. If you get tired of sitting on the beach we went out on the road and there is also a bus stop in principle and you can walk 15-20 minutes and you are in the center of the city. By the way the buses run very often and well on a schedule in the center of Alanya.

Came with the child 4 years, settled in a single +1 bathroom twin beds (quite comfortable), air conditioning and small refrigerators.
