Stayed with the family from 19-29 may 2018. I liked Everything. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Rooms are simple, cleaned every day. Food for 10 days strongly did not change, monotonous, but hungry we were not. For Those who love variety and meat exactly not here.
The Hotel is centrally located to Cleopatra Beach 10 minutes walk walking distance. There are many different shops, cafes and beauty salons nearby.

Great hotel, lived seven days. The rooms are clean, TV, showers, everything worked. Convenient location in the city center, to the beach 15 minutes to the ruins to go. The service is good, the kitchen although the choice is not great, but lumpy, and the bar is a beer wine, of normal quality. All Happy =)

Good hotel for its 3 stars. The rooms are in normal condition. There are equipped smoking areas. 2 Elevators. The food is delicious, but the meat is not pampered. The pool is clean and cool. Wi-Fi is available but weak. The nearest beach is 15 minutes away. Close to shops, pharmacy, banks and bus stop. The bar is open from 11.00 to 23.00, there is beer, wine (red and white), Cola, Sprite, Phantom, bottled water, etc.

Did not helped). 3) bad food (not tasty, normal meat (chicken) — only once a week. 4) they are rating themselves as ALL included, but please note guys, if you drink more than two coctails or two glasses of wine per day — they can say that you are alcoholic. 5) stuff was horrible. Not plite, shouting on guests, drinking alcohol.

I have from the beginning of the year, unfortunately, only 5 Short weeks ago in the "Diamore" spent. The Hotel is the price/performance is perfectly okay even inexpensive. Very Clean, the staff very attentive, friendly, fond of children almost familier. The reception is 24 hours Occupied and the days will be especially Memmeth immediately in German language. I've felt right at home because of a "you, Sir, or Mister, there is no value, there is still a human being. Will the next ice age will be there again.

The hotel liked us really well. The value for money is really top. The beach and shops are walking to reach, as the hotel in the Centre of Alanya is located. The food was varied and the service good. We like to come back.

I was really disappointed with the stuff of the hotel ego mean the female Receptionost. She was really rude to us, at our check-out they charged us for the regulator, which was broken. The thing is, that it broke when the door is opened, so it was done with intention. It could have happened to someone else. It was really unfair! No explanation has been accepted, the lady was really rude, they may not work with people coz receptionist should know how to use it. The other thing is the boss, which disappears at the check out. There is no way with him talk. The receptionist raises the boss that he ordered us free of charge to you, and when they call it refuses. As a conspiracy!
