Baronessa Apart Hotel was complete disappointment. The manager was a very bad and impolite person. He yelled us because we had a problem with the standard room which was totally unacceptable and was very dirty and dark and we complained about room cleaning which was awful He said he will throw us out in the street. We callded to the police and they talked to the manager very angry. The only good point was MR. Karam who was very supportive and helpful. I do not recommend this apart hotel.
