Beautiful view from the fifth floor in the restaurant. In the morning AND after sunset during the dinner time. You can see the wonderfully lit up city walls of the medieval ruins of rhe old Alanya. Food is very good but of course you can complain about the some items or the repetitiveness. The rooms are tiny, not the newest or cleanest but for thecountry standard I think it's fine. The four stars are a little bit of an overoptimistic claim, it may have deserved 3 stars when the hotel was new though. But the staff and atmosphere are pleasant. The view while dinning, the really OK food (comparatively, we grew much more tired of the restaurants in town than of our buffet), the central the location and the competitive price made it all up for us for the shortcomings.
Reception staff is very friendly thoughtful & very helpful Managment is fantastic reception manager Mr Senzer and Two wonderful twin brothers is the front face page of Buyuk hotel they where great and very professional breakfast great nice and clean room service was fantastico everyday nicely cleaned and perfectly done for you if you have any problems Mr Senzer and uzay and he’s brother very quickly acts and fix your personal issues and problems I would like to give 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️highly recommended with lots of love guys Fermani Sissior hands from Ireland see you all soon again thank you for everything Senzer.
